Since most documents used in web, XML, office applications are tree-structured, diff, merge, and version control for tree-structured documents in multi-user environments are crucial tasks. However research on edit scripts which is a basis for them is in primitive stage. In this paper, we present a document model for understanding the change of tree-structured documents as edit scripts are executed, and propose a method of switching adjacent edit operations on tree-structured documents based on the analysis of the effects of edit operations. Mostly, edit scripts which are produced as the results of diff on tree-structured documents only consist of basic operations such as update, insert, delete. However, when move and copy are included in edit scripts, because of the characteristics of their complex operation, it is often that edit scripts are generated to execute in two passes. In this paper, using the proposed method of switching edit operations, we present an algorithm of transforming the edit scripts of X-treeESgen, which are designed to execute in two passes, into the ones that can be executed in one pass.

LED lighting is spreading on the strength of LED lighting, and various government policies are being implemented. VLC research which is a wireless communication technology using lighting has been actively conducted, and it has been proven through many studies that a general LED light source such as a high-speed data transmitter can be used. But from now on, one of the main problems is the noise from side lights, which can be compared to the noise of radio broadcasts. So in this paper, we proposed a noise canceling model to remove the interference of ambient light by using an optical filter for a detachable VLC channel. In order to verify the proposed model, various high brightness RGB LED modules were used for comparative analysis. In addition, the applicability was verified through experiments using High Luminance LED lighting which is applied in real life.
A cold roll-bonding process is applied to fabricate an AA6061/AA5052/AA6061 three-layer clad sheet. Two AA6061 and one AA5052 sheets of 2 mm thickness, 40 mm width, and 300 mm length are stacked, with the AA5052 sheet located in the center. After surface treatment such as degreasing and wire brushing, sample is reduced to a thickness of 1.5 mm by multi-pass cold rolling. The rolling is performed at ambient temperature without lubricant using a 2-high mill with a roll diameter of 400 mm at rolling speed of 6.0 m/sec. The roll bonded AA6061/AA5052/AA6061 complex sheet is then hardened by natural aging(T4) and artificial aging(T6) treatments. The microstructures of the as-roll bonded and age-hardened Al complex sheets are revealed by optical microscopy; the mechanical properties are investigated by tensile testing and hardness testing. After rolling, the roll-bonded AA6061/AA5052/AA6061 sheets show a typical deformation structure in which grains are elongated in the rolling direction. However, after T4 and T6 aging treatment, there is a recrystallization structure consisting of coarse equiaxed grains in both AA5052 and AA6061 sheets. The as roll-bonded specimen shows a sandwich structure in which an AA5052 sheet is inserted into two AA6061 sheets with higher hardness. However, after T4 and T6 aging treatment, there is a different sandwich structure in which the hardness of the upper and lower layers of the AA6061 sheets is higher than that of the center of the AA5052 sheet. The strength values of the T4 and T6 age-treated specimens are found to increase by 1.3 and 1.4 times, respectively, compared to that value of the starting material.

K1A1 tank commander's primary thermal sight is a device that enables tank commanders to detect, identify, aim and track the target by observing targets in all directions during day, night and in situations of smokescreen and fog through $360^{\circ}$ rotation independent from the gunner's primary thermal sight and stabilizing the line of sight even under the vibrations occurring when the tank is standstill and moving. The main function of this device is to detect and process visible and thermal images and deliver the final images to the tank commander. One of the core parts to that end is the observation window (daytime/thermal image window). This core part is mounted at the entrance of the optical path for observing the target and plays the role of making visible light during the daytime and infrared light during the night pass through the target and transmitting the resultant images to the internal optical system of the tank commander's primary thermal sight. Such core parts have been selected as depot maintenance items so that they are replaced by new parts instead of being recycled when they are subjected to maintenance in most cases. That is, the military budget is wasted because such parts are replaced by new parts despite that they can be recycled for maintenance. Therefore, this study proposed a mounting tool for polishing and coating observation windows (daytime and thermal image window) using planar polishing equipment and DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating equipment. In addition, this study presented an amendment (proposal) of the Depot Maintenance Work Request (DMWR) already published to verify the performance of recycled products including the establishment of inspection standards for recycling processes.

PURPOSE: This study examined the effects of core stability exercise on the strength, activation of the trunk muscle, and pulmonary function in a Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) patient. METHODS: A 38-year-old male with GBS was enrolled in the study. A core stability exercise program was implemented for four weeks with a duration of 30 min/day and a frequency of three days/week. The program consisted of abdominal crunch, Swiss ball crunch, bicycle crunch, medicine ball sit-up with a toss, medicine ball rotational chest pass, raised upper body and lower body, and dead bug. Measurements of the strength of the trunk muscle (trunk flexion and hip flexion), activation of trunk muscles (rectus femoris; RA, external oblique abdominal; EOA, internal oblique abdominal; IOA, erector spinae; ES), and pulmonary function (forced expiratory capacity; FVC, forced expiratory volume at one second; FEV1) were taken before and after four weeks of core stability exercise. RESULTS: The strength of trunk muscles increased in the trunk and hip flexion after four weeks of core stability exercise, respectively, compared to the baseline levels. Activation of the trunk muscles increased in RA, EOA, and IOA after four weeks of core stability exercise compared to baseline levels, but decreased in ES after four weeks of core stability exercise compared to the baseline levels. The pulmonary function increased in FVC and FEV1 after four weeks of core stability exercise compared to the baseline levels. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that core stability exercise improves strength, Activation of the trunk muscle, And pulmonary function in patients with GBS.
Numerous research revealed a strong association between the ionospheric perturbations and various natural hazards. The ionospheric measurements from Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) observations provide the state of electron contents in the ionosphere that contributes to investigate the source events. In this study, two geophysical events occurred on 23 January 2018, the 7.9 Mw earthquake in Alaska and Kusatsu-Shiranesan volcanic eruption in Japan, are examined to characterize the fingerprint of each event in the ionosphere. Firstly, we extracted the Total Electron Content (TEC) from GNSS measurements, then isolated disturbed wave signatures from the TEC measurements that is referred to as a traveling ionospheric disturbance (TID). As TIDs are short-term ionospheric variations, the major trend of GNSS TEC measurements should be properly removed. We applied a natural neighbor interpolation method together with a leave-one-out cross validation technique for detrending. After detrending the TEC, the remaining signals are further enhanced by applying a band-pass filter and TIDs are detected from them. Finally, the detected TIDs are verified as the response of the ionosphere to Kusatsu-Shiranesan volcanic eruption and Gulf of Alaska earthquake which propagated through the ionosphere with an average velocity of 530 m/s and 724 m/s, respectively. In addition, a coherence analysis is conducted to discriminate between the signatures from a volcanic explosion and an earthquake. The analysis reveals the TID waveforms from each single event are highly correlated, while a low correlation is found between the TIDs from the earthquake and explosion. This study supports the claim that different geophysical events induce the distinctive characteristics of TIDs that are detectable by the ionospheric measurements of GNSS.
This study examines the effects of members' legislative performance on their renominations in the $19^{th}$ Korean National Assembly. We measure how many bills each member has proposed and passed in the Assembly. In addition, we also include rate of passing bills as an indicator of legislative performance. Particularly, we analyze 320 members in total, and 270 members who got in on the competition for nomination separately. The empirical findings of our study show that, firstly, among the total members in the Assembly, as they propose bills more and pass bills fewer, they are more likely to be renominated in the very next election. However, this is a result of different types of members rather than legislative performance. Secondly, among the members who actually competed for renomination, the legislative performance of members can not affect their renomination. Therefore, we argue that it is necessary to stipulate nominations criteria and transform top-down nomination method to bottom-up one in order to raise responsiveness and enhance representative democracy.

Partially blind signature scheme allows the signer to insert non-removable common information into his blind signature. Blind signatures providing with both users privacy and data authenticity are one of key parts of information systems, such anonymous electronic cash and electronic voting as typical examples. Partially blind signature, with which all expired e-cash but for still-alive can be removed from the banks database, copes well with the problem of unlimited growth of the banks' database in an electronic cash system. In this paper we propose an efficient ID-based partially blind signature scheme using the Weil-pairing on Gap Diffie-Hellman group. The security of our scheme relies on the hardness of Computational Diffie-Hellman Problem. The proposed scheme provides higher efficiency than existing partially blind signature schemes by using three-pass protocol between two participants, the signer and requesters also by reducing the computation load. Thus it can be efficiently used in wireless environment.

While The passwords that combined with characters and numbers are easy to memorize and use, they have low complexity. Therefore they can easily be revealed by the shoulder-surfing attack when they are inputted through the input devices such like keyboard. To overcome these problems, many new authentication schemes, which change the user secret different form or let users input their secrets through the more complex manners, have been suggested, but it is still hard to find the balanced point between usability and security. S3PAS is one of well-known schemes which had both usability and security against shoulder-surfing attack. However, this scheme was not considered about intersection attack that the attacker tried to pass the authentication system after observing several authentication sessions. In this paper, we consider the security problem of S3PAS; what the attacker can do when he can observe the authentication sessions in several times. We confirm it through user study and experiments. And also we consider the alternative that overcomes the problem.
Analog-digital converter (ADC) should be one of the most important blocks that convert various physical signals to digital ones for signal processing in the digital signal domain. As most operations of the analog circuit for sensor signal processing have been replaced by digital circuits, high-resolution performance is required for ADC. In addition, low-power must be the critical issue in order to extend the battery time of mobile system. The existing integrating sigma-delta ADCs has a characteristic of high resolution, but due to its low supply voltage condition and advanced technology, circuit error and corresponding resolution degradation of ADC result from the finite gain of the operational amplifier in the integrator. Buffer compensation technique can be applied to minimize gain errors, but there is a disadvantage of additional power dissipation due to the added buffer. In this paper, incremental signal-delta ADC is proposed with buffer switching scheme to minimize current and igh-pass bias circuit to improve the settling time.
