  • 식량의 증산을 위해서 신품종 개발과 재배기술 못지 않게 중요한 것은 수확 후 곡물의 손실을 줄이고, 고품질의 쌀을 생산하기 위한 건조, 저장, 도정, 포장 및 유통 등 수확후 처리 기술의 확립이라 할 수 있다. 고 등(1993)은 도정 공정중에 발생하는 손실은 대부분이 정백과정에서 발생하므로 정백수율, 완전미수율 및 정백 효율을 극대화시키기 위해서는 정미기의 특성을 고려하여 여러 가지 형태로 정백 시스템을 구성해야 한다고 하였다. 따라서 도정수율과 품위를 높일 수 있도록 정백시스템을 구성하는 것은 매우 중요하다 하겠다.   • In this paper, we introduce a new sliding surface adaptable to arbitrary initial conditions. The surface is initially designed to pass given intial errors and subsequently moves towards a predetermined surface via rotating or/and shifting. We call it as a moving sliding surface (MSS) comparing with the conventional ones, for instances, employed by Slotine and Sastry. Using the MSS, it is shown that the tracking is much faster than conventional one without increasing the magnitude of discontinuous control gain. To demonstrate some advantages of the proposed method, we apply the MSS to the path tracking control of a two-degree-of-freedom robotic manipulator subjected to external disturbances.

  • A new algorithm classifying ECG Arrhythmia signals using Back-propagation network is proposed. The base-line of ECG signal is detected by high pass filter and probability density function then input data are normalized for learning and classifying. In addition, ECG data are scanned to classify Arrhythmia signal which is hard to find R-wave. A two-layer perceptron with one hidden layer along with error back-propagation learning rule is utilized as an artificial neural network. The proposed algorithm shows outstanding performance under circumstances of amplitude variation, baseline wander and noise contamination.

  • Recently we cannot almost pass a day without watching a word internet on TV or in the magazings; but the history of internet is considerably old and it has passed more than 30 years. The internet (internetworking), as we know from the words "international"or "interstate", meant originally to connect computer network, but at the present time generally it means one particular network connecting the world. We are being surrounded by the internet so rapidly that I would like to describe its historical background, present status, further it′s subjects, future prospect of th internet.

  • In order to prevent the environmental pollution, the dryers are commonly used to treat sludge that one of sewages is polluting the quality of water. Rotary dryer is a good apparatus to treat them. The rotary dryer is the way that is to make substance transmission and heat using hot air between sludge particle and heated gas. In this paper, a numerical analysis was performed for the structural analysis of the 3-pass rotary dryer through the finite elemeny method and an experiment was done for the structural stability. And reasonable relation was found between analysis and experiment.

  • Researches about DSTATCOM are mainly divided two parts, one is the calculation of the load-side average active power and dc-link capacitor average voltage, the other part is the current control. This paper proposes a calculation of dc-link capacitor average voltage using improved method instead of conventional method using LPF (low pass filter). Through the theoretical analysis and simulation under unbalance loads and non-linear load, the proposed method is verified.

  • DSTATCOM(Distribution STATic COMpensator) is one of the custom power devices, and protects a distribution line from unbalanced and harmonic current caused by non-linear and unbalanced loads. Conventional researches use a LPF(Low Pass Filter) to eliminate ripple component at the calculation of compensation current. This paper proposes a calculation of compensation current using phase shift that can be a counterproposal of conventional methods using LPF.

  • A Pre-emphasis transmitter for DRAM bus system has achieved 3.2Gbps/pin operation at 1.8V supply voltage with 0.18um CMOS process. The transmitter has 800MHz PLL to generate 4 phase clocks. The 4 phase clocks are used for input clock of PRBS and multiplexing. One tap pre-emphasis is used to reduce inter symbol interference (ISI) caused by channel low pass effects. The analog calibration makes the optimized driver impedance independent with the PVT variation.

  • This paper describes the role of mutual impedance and the transducer power gain which comes from key parameters to determine the amount of wireless power especially in a near-field environment. These two key parameters are applied to the two configurations; one is a dipole-dipole, and the other is a dipole-metal plate-loop configuration. Discussions are given on the achievable maximum power transfer between the sender and the receiver affected by the matching and the pass blockage.

  • Kaisa Nyberg와 Rainer A. Rueppel 등은 〔10〕, 〔11〕, 〔12〕에서 메시지 회복형 DSA를 최초로 제안하였으며, 이를 이용한 일방향 상호 인증 키분배 방식을 제안했다. Nyberg-Rueppel 키분배 방식은 일방향 상호 인증 키분배 방식이면서, 지정된 수신자만이 key token의 출처를 확인할 수 있으며 필요시에 제3자에게 key token의 정당성을 증명할 수 있으므로 메시지의 서명과 암호화를 함께 필요로 하는 응용에 적합하다는 특성을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 Nyberg-Rueppel 키분배 방식에 비해 보다 효율적인 키분배 방식을 제안한다.
