DDV를 이용한 압력 제어시스템의 강인제어 (Robust Control of Pressure Control System Using Direct Drive Valve)

  • In this paper, it is proposed that the method for constituting pressure control system controlled by Direct Drive Valve (DDV). The DDV has a pressure-feedback-loop itself. It can eliminate non-linearity and uncertainty oi hydraulic system such as uncertain discharge coefficient and change of bulk-modulus. However, the internal feedback-loop can not compensate them perfectly. And fixed gain of the DDV's internal feedback-loop is not proper to apply it through wide pressure range. The steady state error and nonlinear characteristic of transient behaviour is observed in the experiment. So another controller is needed for the desirable performance of the system. To compose the controller, the pressure control system controlled by DDV is modeled mathematically and the parameters of the model are identified using signal-compression method. Then sliding mode controller is designed based on mathematical model. Desirable performance of the pressure control system controlled by DDV is obtained.

성형 Polyethylene의 연소성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Combustability of Formed Polyethylene)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the combustability of the formed high density polyethylene (HDPE) with the low density polyethlyene(LDPE). That is, the easiness of ignition is examined by using the methods with Oxygen Index(OI) Tester and ventilation parameter, and the combustion velocity of these polyethylenes is measured by changing the size and shape of opening area. As the result of it, the oxygen index of HDPE, in a ignition, is required more than LDPE. Then, the concentration distribution of CO by combustion is increased when the opening area is small, but, in the same opening area, LDPE tends to increase more than HDPE. In addition, as the ratio of height to width of opening area is increased, combustion velocity becomes faster relatively. In consequence, when it is generally considered, the combustability of LDPE is better than HDPE.

  • In this paper, a speed controller using a controller is implemented and applied to a DC motor for FA ( Factory Automation ). The objective of this paper treats the analytical and experimental studies on the improvement of control circuit and control method using a SCR-LEONARD circuit for the speed control of DC motor. This system is concerned with stabilization of single input or single output systems, so the plant (SCR-LEONARD+DC motor) is simplified to the first order system. The parameters for the PID controller are obtained by the transient-response tunning method, and this control scheme has a backward-shift operator. The control algorithms (Chopper+transient response tunning) is used to check the performance of PID Controller through Computer simulations and experiments. The good experiment results show that the direct control of the DC motor applied to industrial field such oi factory automation.

  • The delta sleep-inducing peptides (DSIP, Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Gly-Glu) is an important regulatory hormone, controlling hypothalamus and pituitary functions. In the current study, an expression system was designed for the rapid and economic expression oi recombinant DSIP for biophysical studies. Artificially synthesized oligonucleotides encoding DSIP were cloned into a pGEX-KG vector and expressed in E. coli (BL21). The recombinant GST-DSIP was then readily purified using a GST affinity column. To obtain intact DSIP from the GST-DSIP, thrombin cleavage and a CNBr reaction were successively carried out. The DSIP in the CNBr reaction mixture was subjected to RP-HPLC purification to yield 1.2 mg DSIP from a 1 liter culture of E. coli. Identification of the DSIP was peformed using MALDI-MS and an amino acid composition analysis.

  • In this paper, a new neural networks and neural network based sliding mode controller are proposed. The new neural networks are an mor self-recurrent neural networks which use a recursive least squares method for the fast on-line leammg. The error self-recurrent neural networks converge considerably last than the back-prollagation algorithm and have advantage oi bemg less affected by the poor initial weights and learning rate. The controller for suspension system is designed according to sliding mode technique based on new proposed neural networks. In order to adapt shding mode control mnethod, each frame dstance hetween ground and vehcle body is estimated md controller is designed according to estimated neural model. The neural networks based sliding mode controller approves good peiformance throllgh computer sirnulations.

Optical Long-slit Spectroscopy of Parsec-scale Jets from DG Tau

  • We present the result of a long-slit spectroscopic study of DG Tau, which is known to emanate parsec-scale outflows. To study the kinematics and physical properties of the jet, we obtained the optical emission lines of $H{\alpha}$, [OI], [NII], and [SII] from HH 158 and HH 702 using the long-slit spectrograph at Bohyunsan Optical Astronomical Observatory. HH 158 shows the peak radial velocity in a range of ~ - 270 to - 30 km s-1. HH 702, located at 11' away from DG Tau shows the velocity of ~ - 80 km s-1. The proper motion velocities of detected knots are estimated through the comparisons with the locations of those knots in the previous studies. We also examine the variations of physical parameters depending on the velocity distribution and the distance from the source using line ratio maps derived from obtained forbidden emission lines.

  • Leisure time may be used to participate in activities alone, with family, or with other people. The purpose of this research was to identify types of leisure time with whom and determinants of the types. The data source for this research was the '2009 Time Use Survey' conducted by the Korea National Statistical Office (KNSO). The item 'people involved in each activity' was surveyed for the first time by KNSO in 2009. 3,712 diaries completed by married adults aged 20 to 59 years were analyzed using chi-square, cluster analysis, and logistic regression analysis. Leisure time with whom was classified into four types based on three categories of leisure time (alone, with family, with others): "individual-oriented leisure," "family-oriented leisure," "others-oriented leisure," and "vulnerable leisure." These types were different by various socio-economic variables. And gender, work time, the presence of preschool children, and household type were identified as important determinants for the types.

한부모가족의 시간사용과 시간부족감의 성차 분석 (Time Use and Time Famine in Single-Parent Families: A Comparison of Single-Mothers and Fathers)

  • This study was aimed at exploring gender differences in time use and time famine between single-parent families. Data were obtained from the time use surveys, that were conducted by the Korea National Statistical Office in 2014. A total of 500 time diaries (168 from fathers, 332 from mothers) from single-parents aged between 20 and 59 were analyzed. Descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and t-test were used for the statistical analyses. Results indicated that the single-parent families exhibit gender differences in time use and subjective time famine. The single-mothers spend a significantly longer amount of time on housework and less time on leisure than do the single-fathers. The single fathers and mothers also differ in time use and time famine according to employment status and working days on/off.

  • This Paper describes the influence of additive concentrations and sintering temperature on the surge protection performance in ZnO ceramic varistors. It is found from the experiments that the metal-oxide semiconductors based oi ZnO with an additive incorporation of 0.50% molx(Bi$\_$2/O$\_$3/+MnO+CoO+Cr$\_$2/O$\_$3/+2Sb$\_$2/O$\_$3/) and sintered at 1250.deg. C present excellent V-I characteristics in view of transient surge suppression. Gapless arrester element with aluminum electrodes shows also good reliability against impulse shock and marks a low voltage clamping ratio(V$\_$1KA/V$\_$1mA/<2.0) compared with the conventional SiC varistors.

  • synchronizer의 입력단에 비동기된 두 신호가 인가되었을 때 일어나는 Metastable 현상에 대한 회로의 해석과 Metastable point에서 stable state로 천이되는 과정에서 일어나는 현상을 해석하였으며, 이러한 mishappen 상태에 의해 기인하는 logic failure를 개선하기 위한 방법으로써, Inverter Method, open collector Method를 사용하여 올바른 논리를 이론과 실험을 통하여 구현하였다.
