본 연구는 온라인 학습환경에서 대학생의 그릿이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 중 가족건강성의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 실시되었다. 2020년 11월부터 12월까지 C도 G군 소재 일 대학에서 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며 가족건강성의 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학생들의 그릿은 가족건강성(r=.230, p<.001) 및 학습만족도(r=.407, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계가 있었으며 가족건강성과 학습만족도,역시 정적 상관관계를 보여주었다(r=.378, p<.001). 가족건강성은 그릿과 학습만족도와의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있었다(adj R2=.243). 이는 온라인 학습환경에서 대학생들의 학습만족도를 높이는데 있어 그릿은 직접적 영향 뿐 아니라 가족건강성을 통하여 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 온라인 학습환경에서 대학생들의 학습만족도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 그릿과 가족건강성 모두를 고려한 프로그램의 개발과 시행이 있어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the formation and changing pattern of nursing perspectives of nursing students. 176 subjects were composed of 118 nusing students and 58 non-nursing students. The data were collected through openended question and structured questionair. The result were as follows : 1. Nursing perspectives were classified six categories(nature of nursing, image of nursing, component of nursing, meaning of nursing, range of nursing, function of nursing) 2. As increased major lecture period, the item of ${\lceil}$Nursing is helping${\rfloor}$ was changing positively. 3. As incresed clinical practice, the student's perception about items of ${\lceil}$Nursing has gap between theory and practice${\rfloor}$, ${\lceil}$Nursing is helping${\rfloor}$ was increased. 4. As increased self-concept, the students were considered the item of ${\lceil}$Nursing is action that giving knowledge and helping to effective coping for individual and group${\rfloor}$ significantly. 5. 1) The students having religion were considered the item of ${\lceil}$Nursing must doing politely${\rfloor}$ significantly relatively to the students don't have religion. 2) The students having experience of admission to hospital in their or their family had negative nursing perspectives. 3) Against the students who select nursing major for his high school perfoermonce and advice of their significant others, the students who select nursing major for service had positive nursing perspectives.

This study was phenomenological analysis of maternal nursing of online practice experience. The study participants were students in between the ages of 20 to 25 who participated in the online practice of maternal nursing and conducted to a total of three interviews until the meaning were no longer derived. The data collection period was from May 26 to June 5, 2021, and analysis was conducted simultaneously with the datas have collected. The collected data were analyzed using the Giorgi's Phenomenological Analysis Method, and the study resulted in five categories (Opportunity to repeat, Systematic Scenarios, Immediate nursing intervention feedback, Beneficial hands-on experience, Different case experiences), 11 subcomponents, and 21 Semantic units. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions were obtained. In maternal nursing, nursing students could experience more systematic and diverse case online than experiences throughout clinical practice, and achievement was also increased in theory learning for online practice. In other words, the online practice of maternal nursing was suitable for various content compositions that could not be experienced in clinical practice, but it is deemed urgent to have a program in Korean suitable for Korean culture. In future studies, this researcher hope to produce a maternal nursing practice program in Korean.

본 연구의 목적은 핵심기본간호술 선배멘토링교육이 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 연구설계는 단일군 전후 설계로, 간호대학생 57명을 대상으로 하였다. 교육내용은 총 6시간으로 활력징후 측정, 단순도뇨, 피하주사 3개의 핵심술기로 구성되어 있으며, 교수의 지도하에 선배 멘토가 라포 형성 및 교육, 자율실습, 평가를 실시하도록 하였다. 자료수집은 자가기입식 설문지를 사용하여 사전, 사후조사로 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 paired t-tests를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 핵심기본간호술 선배멘토링교육이 간호대학생의 임상수행능력, 비판적 사고성향을 통계적으로 유의하게 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 핵심기본간호술 선배멘토링교육이 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고성향을 향상시키는데 효과적이므로 간호실습교육에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 향후 대조군을 포함하여 처치군과 대조군의 차이를 비교하고 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 인형을 이용한 아이돌보기가 간호대학생의 피임태도, 성태도, 미혼모 인식에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사실험설계를 사용하였다. 연구의 참여자는 연구 참여에 동의한 간호대학생으로 총 104명이었다. 대조군은 강의식 성교육을 실시하였고, 실험군은 강의식 성교육과 인형을 이용한 아기돌보기를 실시한 후 피임태도, 성태도, 미혼모 인식을 조사하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2017년 9월부터 12월이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test로 분석하였다. 인형을 이용하여 아기돌보기를 한 실험군은 대조군보다 피임태도가 높았으며 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다(t=4.66, p=<.001), 인형을 이용하여 아기돌보기를 한 실험군은 대조군보다 성태도가 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며(t=-2.23, p=.028) 특히, 쾌락유희성이 통계적으로 유하게 감소하게 나타났다(t=3.96, p=<.001). 미혼모 인식은 인형을 이용하여 아기돌보기를 한 실험군과 대조군에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다(t=-0.08, p=.937) 이상의 연구결과를 통해 볼 때, 인형을 이용한 아기돌보기가 피임태도와 성태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 추후에는 효과적인 성교육을 위해서는 강의식 성교육 외에 다양한 교육방법의 활용이 요구되었다.
