노인 뇌졸중 질환자의 재활에 대한 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of the Rehabilitation in Elderly with Stroke Disease)

  • Purpose: The goal of this study was to define and clarify the concept of 'rehabilitation' of stroke patients in the elderly. Method: For analyzing the concept of rehabilitation, this study used the hybrid model, which involves an in depth interview six stroke patients. Result: The concept of rehabilitation of patients with a stroke condition can be categorized with two dimensions; overcoming, new recovery aspects. Besides, three attributes and twelve indicators were analyzed. The concept of rehabilitation of patients with a stroke condition can be expressed as one of the following processes; It can be said that it is a process of accepting and overcoming one's physical limitations in order to overcome, and to grow resilience by making a leap from crisis to recovery with inner enforcement in dimension of new recovery. Conclusion: The rehabilitation is important for stroke conditioned patients in order to control their disease in the long term. The attributes and indicators drawn by this study could be used for tool development and useful resources of rehabilitation competence for stroke conditioned patients.

간호대학생의 하브루타 수업 참여 경험: 현상학적 연구 (Nursing Students' Experiences of Participating in Habruta Teaching Method: A Phenomenological Study)

  • 본 연구는 전공교과목의 하브루타 수업에 참여한 학생들의 경험을 확인하여 본질을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 2022년 11월 22일부터 2022년 12월 6일까지 간호대학생 8명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 개별적으로 시행하여 자료 수집을 하였고 Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석 방법론을 적용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 하브르타 수업 참여 경험은 '걱정과 기대의 공존', '이해와 습득의 과정', '지속적인 부담과 불편함', '압박감 속에서 나아감과 퇴보함', '인정받으며 찾아가는 안정감', '긍정으로의 생각전환'의 6가지 범주가 나타났다. 추후 간호대학생의 긍정적인 하브루타 수업 참여를 위해서는 적합한 수업설계, 교수-학생간 적극적인 의사소통 채널 마련 및 교수자의 역량 강화 등이 요구된다.

간호사의 임파워먼트와 직무만족, 조직몰입과의 관계 (A Study on the relationship of Empowerment with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment perceived by nurses)

  • Today, environments of healthcare and hospital organizations are changing very rapidly. In response to these rapid and uncontrollable changes, organizational members should be required to be empowered, because empowerment makes feelings of powerlessness and frustration reduce and leads to work performance such as Job satisfaction and Organizational commitment. The term 'Empowerment' is frequently used in recent, but there is a lack of study. In nursing administration, studies are also few. Empowerment is defined here as a cognitive, continuous and active process which empower intrinsic work motivation to members. This study takes empowerment as a construct composed of four factors-meaning, competence, self-determination, impact. 1. The purpose is to analyze the relationship of empowerment with job - satisfaction and organizational commitment perceived by nurses. 2. The method : Data were collected from 334 nurses in 2-hospital and gathered during the period 20days from September 11 to September 30, 2000 and ANOVA, Pearson's correlaton etc are conducted for this study. 3. The results were as follows: 1) In characteristics of subjects, age and the period of duty were significantly different in empowerment (p<0.001). Educational background, marriage and motivation to be nurse were different in empowerment(p<0.05). 2) Empowerment degree perceived by nurses was 55.52. 3) Empowerment was related with job satisfaction (p<0.001) but was not related with organizational commitment. 4. Conclusion : The above result was different from other empowerment studys which empowerment is related with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study on empowerment is important in the aspect of strategies for increasement of work performance. For the proper tool in nursing practice, we study empowerment in various aspects and the further studys for the relationship of empowerment with organizational commitment are needed.

임상 시나리오 중심 핵심 간호기술 강화 프로그램의 효과 (Empowerment on Clinical Nursing Skills Core Program)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 학생들의 핵심 간호기술의 향상과 역량을 강화하기 위해 임상 시나리오 중심의 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 간호학과 학생들의 비판적 사고성향, 문제해결과정 및 임상수행능력의 효과를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상자는 4년제 간호학과 4학년 학생을 대상으로 편의 표출법(Convenience Sampling)을 하였으며, 실험군과 대조군의 동질성 검증은x2-test와 t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 임상 시나리오중심 핵심실기역량 강화 프로그램의 차이는 independent t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 실험군은 대조군에 비해 비판적 사고(t=4.102, p<.001), 문제해결능력(t=5.082, p<.001)은 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 임상수행능력은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이는 간호학과 학생들의 자기주도성의 차이로 사료된다. 본 연구결과 핵심 간호기술 강화를 위한 임상 시나리오 중심의 교육프로그램은 간호학과 학생들의 핵심 간호기술 역량을 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것이다.

  • Purpose: This study is analyzing nurse managers's common fundamental competencies changes and responses to the application of the action learning, and promoting introduction and revitalization of action learning. Method: The research design is one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects are 40 nurse managers. The program was performed for 5 weeks. Data were collected before the program and after 5 weeks program and were analyzed with paired t-test. Result: Action learning was an effective way to develop an individual and team and to solve the problem of organization. There were more significant increases after the program than before the program on common fundamental competencies(p<.05). Conclusion: This study has us confirm that action learning is an effective education method for organization members on the spot to recognize their problem and study by themselves and solve the practical problems with various solution process.

간호서비스 질에 대한 환자의 인식과 만족도 및 재방문의도와의 관계 (The Relationships among Patient's Perception, Patient's Satisfaction of Nursing Service Quality and Revisiting intention)

  • This study is an empirical investigation and study on the measurement of nursing service quality as perceived by patients. A series of H1. H2. H3 alternative hypotheses were tested using a sample of 250 patients in Taegu City. Korea. HI hypothese were tested for application of five component of service quality (SERVQlTAL and SE RPERF : tangiblity. reliability. responsiveness. accessibility. understandability) in Taegu area Hospitals. Validity test - the five components of service quality were rearranged into two components of service quality (personal factor. nonpersonal factor). Although SERVQUAL was verified in USA. application for five components of service quality in Korea indicated that it need more analytical studies. Nobody can deny the fact that the recent growth of the nursing service quality is one of the most important driving forces of hospital management. In many hospitals. the nursing quality charges more than 50% of the medical service quality. As a result. many hospital managers should be enormous interests in the investment potentiality of the nursing service. However. doesn't many researchers invest their time and effort on the research of the quality control in nursing service. Nursing service management is the process to satisfy customer's desires and expectations through the various service activities. Presently nursing service are being faced with three Common tasks of improving quality of nursing service. competitively differential advantage and productivity because of quantitative expansion of Nursing service. Such a phenomenon is also found in our medical service industry. resulting from increasing demands for medical service owing to national medical insurance policy and consumer's attitude change emphasizing prevention of illness. excessiveness of medical facilities in large cities and increasing medical lawsuits due to influence of consumerism. Therefore. under such circumstances. this research on nursing service is conducted from nursing managements to improve the nursing service quality problems faced by medical institutions. The results of this theoretical/empirical research are as follows: 1. Nursing service Quality is regarded as patients' perceived quality and evaluated on the basis (5 dimension) of technical and functional quality. 2. Nursing service Quality is a concept of patients evaluation on the measurable multi-dimensions intrinsic and extrinsic attributes of service. 3. Nursing service Quality is conceptually defined as the difference between the perceived service and the expected service. 4. Korean consumers trend to evaluate nursing service quality based on such dimensions as responsiveness and reliability. understandability. accessibility. tangibility. 5. After analyzing whether or not there are some differences in respective medical institution. it was found that there are significant difference on understandability. reliability. communicability. courtesy. competence. 6. After analyzing the difference between the expected nursing service and the nursing perceived service, it was found that the expected nursing service is higher than the perceived service in every medical institution. 7. HI hypothesis was tested with regard to the validity test between SERVQUAL and SERVPERF in nursing service quality. The result of validity test between SERVQUAL and SERVPERF was found to have differential result. That is the R2 of SERVPERF is higher than that of SERVQUAL. Therefore. HI was verified in nursing management. H2. H3 hypotheses were tested whether or not the nursing service quality and patient satisfaction is the preceding variable. The result of H2 hypothes is that the nursing service quality is the preceding variable of patient satisfaction and the patient satisfaction is that of revisiting intention. After analyzing whether or not there is any differences on the demographic variable of five nursing service quality factor. it was found that there are statistically significant differences on communicability and courtesy at the sex. understand ability. accessibility and tangibility at the age. understandability at the academic background respectively.

갑상선암환자의 방사성요오드 치료 경험 분석 (The Experiences of Thyroid Cancer Patients Receiving Radioactive Iodine Therapy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 방사성요오드 치료를 받는 갑상선암환자가 전처치기 및 입원치료기간 중 경험한 방사성 요오드 치료와 관련한 지각된 어려움, 의료진으로부터 제공받은 방사성요오드 치료정보 수준 및 치료과정에 대한 만족도를 파악하는 것이다. 조사대상은 갑상선전절제술과 방사성요오드 치료를 받은 총 165명의 갑상선암환자이었다. 구조화된 설문지와 개방형 질문을 이용해 수집된 자료는 기술통계와 내용분석법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 방사성요오드 치료 전처치기 및 입원치료기에 환자들이 가장 빈번히 지각한 어려움은 갑상선 특이적 증상이었으며(38.2% vs 43.0%) 방사성요오드 치료와 관련한 의료진의 정보제공 수준은 보통 이상으로 평가하였다(평균$3.63{\pm}0.80$점). 방사성 요오드 치료과정에 대한 만족도는 중등도 수준(평균$6.43{\pm}2.21$점)으로 의학적 관심과 환자요구에 대한 의료진 대처절차에서 만족도($7.64{\pm}2.37$점)가 가장 높았다. 그러나 정보 적절성($5.67{\pm}2.78$점)에서 가장 낮았다. 따라서 방사성요오드 치료를 받는 갑상선암환자를 위한 간호중재 프로그램은 갑상선 특이적 증상과 관련한 환자의 요구를 지지할 수 있고 방사성요오드 치료절차에 대한 환자의 이해를 증진시킬 수 있도록 개발되어져야 하며 이를 통해 환자들은 치료 행위에 효과적으로 참여할 수 있는 역량을 가질 수 있을 것이다.

특성화고등학교 간호과 교사의 역량 분석 (Analysis of Competency of Nursing Teacher in Specialized Vocational High School)

  • 이 연구는 특성화고 간호과 교사의 역량을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 특성화고 간호과 교사에게 요구되는 지식과 기술, 태도를 도출하여 역량군과 하위역량을 검증하고, 우선순위를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 현재 특성화고 간호과에 근무하고 있는 교사 23명을 전문가 패널로 선정하여 델파이와 계층화분석(AHP) 기법을 적용한 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 특성화고 간호과 교사의 역량군과 하위역량은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고 간호과 교사의 역량군은 교수 학습 지도, 학생지도, 교육과정 개발 및 운영, 학교 경영 지원, 산학 및 대외협력, 자기계발 및 전문성 향상으로 총 6개로 나타났다. 둘째, 하위역량은 담당교과 관련 전공 지식 및 기술, 수업계획 및 준비, 수업 운영, 실험 실습 지도, 수업평가, 교수 학습매체 개발 및 활용, 수업환경 조성, 교과 외 학생 교육활동 지도, 진로 지도, 생활 지도, 학급 경영, 기술 및 자격취득 지도, 학교 교육과정 개발 지원, 학교 교육과정 편성 운영, 현장실습 계획 및 운영, 업무기획, 학교경영업무 지원, 교사 평가 및 인사관리 지원, 학습지원(실습실 및 기자재) 관리, 산학협력 구축 및 운영, 지역사회 협력 강화, 학교(학과) 홍보, 교육활동 개선을 위한 현장연구, 학회 및 연수 참여, 최신 지식과 기술의 탐구와 정보활용, 동료 교사 장학으로 총 26개로 도출되었다. 상대적 중요도에서 가장 중요하다고 인식되는 역량군은 교육과정 개발 및 운영이었으며, 역량군별로 우선순위가 높게 나온 하위역량은 실험 실습 지도, 기술 및 자격취득 지도, 현장실습 계획 및 운영, 학습지원(실습실 및 기자재), 관리와 업무 기획, 산학협력 구축 및 운영, 최신 지식과 기술의 탐구와 정보 활용이었다. 이 연구에서 도출된 역량 체계는 향후 특성화고 간호과 교사의 양성교육 및 연수 그리고 교원 평가에 적용하고, 관련된 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
