본 연구의 목적은 간호대학 저학년생의 신체활동 정도와 신체활동에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 간호대학 저학년생의 신체활동의 증진 및 유지 전략을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 U시에 소재한 일개 간호학과에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 여자 간호대학생 234명이었고, 자료수집 기간은 2016년 9월 5일부터 9월 15일까지였다. 연구도구는 한국판 신체활동 수준 질문지, 계획된 행위이론 변수 질문지, 신체활동 사회적지지 질문지, 신체활동 습관 질문지를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 사후검증, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학 저학년생의 신체활동은 평균 9.09점(범위 0-80)이었으며, 신체활동을 leisure score index(LSI)에 따라 분류한 결과, 활동군은 25명(10.7%), 중정도 활동군은 31명(13.2%) 및 비활동군은 178명(76.1%)으로 나타났다. 간호대학 저학년생의 신체활동에 영향을 미친 변수는 신체활동 의도, 신체활동 습관으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 총 21.2%(F=31.03, p<.001)였다. 따라서, 간호대학 저학년생을 대상으로 신체활동 의도와 신체활동 습관을 증진시키는 신체활동 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요하다.
Purpose: Purposes of this study were to identify non-value-added nursing activities (NVANAs) and to estimate the amount of time spent on NVANAs among total nursing activities. Methods: Non-value-added nursing activities were identified though the use of a focus group. The nurses in the focus group were nurses working in a tertiary hospital. They discussed possible activities that could be NVANAs. Based on the focus group discussion, a pilot study was done to examine the actual occurrence of NVANAs in clinical settings. Results: The focus group discussion showed that NVANAs occurred in ten categories of nursing performances including communication with physicians, communication with other departments, medications, equipment/supplies, nursing records, tests, admission, discharge, and transfer. Direct nursing activities accounted for 35.5% of total nursing activities while indirect nursing activities accounted for 64.5%. Of indirect nursing activities, 16% were NVANAs. Most NVANAs were related to communication and equipment/supplies. Conclusions: To improve the quality and efficiency of nursing activities, it is necessary to identify NVANAs and their causes. Results of this study suggest that improvement in the work process and nursing unit structure, support for equipment/supplies, and effective communication are needed to reduce NVANAs in tertiary hospitals in Korea.
본 연구는 이현희(2017)의 연구에서 개발한 병동 간호활동원가계산 프로그램의 실무 적용 확대를 위하여 자료의 저장 및 그래프 변환 출력 기능을 보완하여 수정 개발한 후속 연구이다. 전체 프로그램 개발과정은 프로그램 요구사항 분석과 프로그램 설계 및 개발, 프로그램 타당성 검토의 3단계로 이루어졌다. 본 프로그램은 단순히 원가계산에서 그치는 것이 아니라 원가효율성 및 원가분석 추세 비교까지 결과를 산출하여 간호관리자가 병동 간호단위 관리에 필요한 원가정보를 얻을 수 있고 이를 기반으로 원가관리전략을 수립할 수 있도록 하여 그 활용도를 확장한 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 향후 이를 기반으로 병동 단위 뿐 아니라 수술실, 중환자실과 같은 특수부서 그리고 외래와 같이 간호활동의 구성과 범위가 다른 부서별 간호활동원가계산을 수행하는 원가분석 프로그램 개발할 수 있는 토대를 마련한 점에서도 의의가 있다. 이에 본 연구를 기반으로 이를 다양한 실제 임상 간호관리 실무에 적용함으로써 임상 간호사의 원가관리 역량을 강화하고 나아가 간호단위 간호활동의 수익과 이익 분석을 통해 계량화된 간호의 기여도를 측정, 제시함으로써 간호성과 측정 연구를 확대해 나갈 것을 제안한다. 아울러 본 TD-ABC 간호활동원가계산 프로그램의 적용과 활용을 학부 수준의 간호관리학 교과과정과 접목하고, 임상간호사의 보수교육 프로그램으로도 활용하여 간호원가관리 역량 강화를 위한 교육매체로도 활용할 것을 제안한다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of a physical activity program on the physical fitness in persons with intellectual disabilities. Methods: The study design was an equivalent control group pre-post test. The treatment group received ths physical activity program five times per week for 20 weeks. Data were collected from the treatment group at two time points: Week 1 and Week 20 following the initiation of the treatment protocol. Data were collected from the control group at the ends of week 1 and Week 20. Data analysis was performed using the IBM SPSS v.21.0 software program. Results: The experimental group showed a significant reduction of physical fitness: basic of physical fitness (t=-2.07, p=.041), flexibility (t=2.25, p=.027), muscular strength (t=2.70, p=.009), agility (t=-3.35, p=.001), except for sense of balance (t=-0.91, p=.368), while control group showed no change in these variables. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that the physical activity program has proved to be a stable and physically active intervention program for physical activity in intellectually disabled persons.
Studies are needed to determine the standard norms for sleep/activity patterns in new born baby and there have been no established reports of discrepancy of sleep/activity patterns in new born baby among various races. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the NCASA(Nursing Child Assessment Sleep Activity Record) would be suitable to evaluate and to provide the basic resources for a Korean model of sleep/activity patterns during the new born baby, and to provide a basis for nursing intervention for mothers of new born baby. The subjects of this study were 38 normal new born baby who visited the postpartum care center and two general hospitals located in pusan from January 1 to April 28, 2000. They all agreed to participate in this study. The method of data collection was through convenient sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires including demographic data, birth hi story, and general informations concerning the infant, mother and family. The instrument of this study was the NCASA translated by the Korean parent Child Health Academic Association. The collected data were analysed by mean. standard deviation, frequency, and percentage by use of SPSS/PC. The conclusions obtained from this study are summarized as follows: 1. The mean amount of daytime sleep was 10.23 hours. The mean amount of nighttime sleep was 5.53 hours. The mean amount of total daily sleep was 15.77 hours. The mean of the longest sleep period was 4.49 hours. The mean regularity of daytime sleep was 49.69%. The mean regularity of nighttime sleep was 66.98%. The mean regularity of total daily sleep was 55.81%. The mean frequency of nighttime wakenings was 3.09 times. 2. The mean amount of daytime awake periods was 6.12 hours. The mean amount of nighttime awake periods was 2.11 hours. The mean amount of daily total awake periods was 8.23 hours. The mean of the longest awake periods was 3.76 hours. 3. The mean frequency of daytime feeding was 5.71 times. The mean frequency of nighttime feeding was 2.65 times. The mean frequency of total daily feeding was 8.36 times. The mean frequency regularity of feeding was 62.50%. 4. The mean amount of a mother's day time was 16.36 hours. The mean amount of a mother's night time was 7.64 hours. In conclusion, The new born baby slept more during the daytime compare than nighttime and more active during the daytime. On the other hand. although nighttime sleeping the length of the mother was normal, but sleep was interrupted by the infant over 3 times on average. Therefore this research study will contribute to nursing practice and nursing research by its implication through postnatal educational nursing programs at hospital and nursing intervention programs that would help individual caring of early infant mothers at home.
Home nursing interventions based on nursing diagnosis were implemented to the patient who are discharged from one hospital often the treatment for chronic neuromuscular system problem, and its effects were studied. The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of hospital bouned home nursing provided by hospital nurses and to categorize home nursing diagnosis and its interventions. Data from experimental group patients were collected at three different time ; at the time of discharge, two weeks after discharge and our weeks after discharge. Data from controll group patients were collected twice ; the first one at the time of discharge, and the other one four weeks after discharge. For this study nursing assessment and intervention booklet developed by the research team. There were no significant decrease of the number of nursing problems and life satis-faction. But daily activity level of patients showed the signs of significant improvement at the time of four weeks after discharge. Results of this study indicates that home nursing intervention based on nursing diagnosis provided the patients with noticeable difference in health maintanance, impairment of physical mobility, potential for infection, impaired home marntenance management, health seeking behavior, chronic pain, disuse syndrome, impaired skin integrity.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the types and causes of non-value-added (NVA) activities in nursing practice, and to determine the frequency of each NVA type and causes of NVA in clinical area. Methods: This study was conducted using Delphi technique. First, in order to identify NVA and their causes, 24 nurses with 7 years or more of clinical experience were recruited from medical/surgical units in six general hospitals in Korea. Then the NVA types and causes were tested using a larger sample of 130 nurses with more than 3 years of clinical experience at two general hospitals in Korea. Results: NVA was categorized into 6 different types, which are repeating, duplicating, waiting, reverse-proxy working, reworking, and searching. The most prevalent NVAs were repeating and duplicating works. Reworking and searching were less frequent types than others. The causes of NVA were classified into personnel-related, supporting departments, records, regulations, information, materials or instruments, and others. Among them, personnel-related and supporting departments were reported with the highest scores. Conclusion: NVA leads to waste cost and time. These results demonstrated the situations and causes of NVA occurred in nursing practice. Further studies on the typology and moderation of NVA activities are warranted to improve the efficiency and quality of nursing care in day-to-day practice.
Purpose: This study was carried out to substantiate the application process of activity-based costing on the current cost of hospital home care (HHC) service. The study materials were documents, 120 client charts, health insurance demand bills, salary of 215 HHC nurses, operating expense, 6 HHC agencies, and 31 HHC nurses. Method: The research was carried out by analyzing the HHC activities and then collecting labor and operating expenses. For resource drivers, HHC activity performance time and workload were studied. For activity drivers, the number of HHC activity performances and the activity number of visits were studied. Result: The HHC activities were classified into 70 activities. In resource, the labor cost was 245₩per minute, operating cost was 9,570₩ per visit and traffic expense was an average of 12,750₩. In resource drivers, education and training had the longest time of 67 minutes. Average length of performance for activities was 13.7 minutes. The workload was applied as a relative value. The average cost of HHC was 62,741₩ and the cost ranged from 55,560₩ to 74,016₩. Conclusion: The fixed base rate for a visit in the current HHC medical fee should be increased. Exclusion from the current fee structure or flexible operation of traveling expenses should be reviewed.
The Effect of Curriculum with voluntary program on Self-Actualization in Nursing Students. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the voluntary program experience with curriculum on self-actualization in nursing college students and to guide the desirable voluntary activity of college students. The research design utilized in this study was one group pretest-posttest design. The data were gathered two times with self-actualization test. First data were gathered before voluntary activity. And second data were gathered after instruction and five times voluntary activity. The data were analized by frequency, t-test, paired t-test and ANOVA using the SAS program. The results were as follows: The scores of self-actualization in nursing students belonged to normal range. Before voluntary activity, the scores were significantly higher than standardized group in Nature of Man, Constructive Scale (P<.001), and the scores were significantly lower than standardized group in Feeling Reactivity Scale(P<.05) and Capacity for Intimate Construct Sscale (P<.001). After the activity the scores were significantly higher than standardized group in Self Actualizing Values Scale(P<.001), Existentiality (P<.01), Spontaneity Scale (P<.001). Self Acceptance Scale(P<.05) and Nature of Man, Constructive Scale (P<.001). After the activity the scores were significantly increased more than before the activity in Inner Directed Scale (P<.001). Self Actualizing Values Scale (P<.001), Feeling Reactivity Scale (P<.001), Capacity for Intimate Construct Sscale (P<.001). Spontaneity Scale (P<.01), Time Competent Scale (P<.05) and Existentiality (P<.05). And the scores were not significantly increased more than before the activity in Self Regard Scale, Self Acceptance Scale and Nature of Man, Constructive Scale. The results of this study showed that voluntary activities were effective self-actualization. So, it is thought that voluntary program is necessary in the curriculum for nursing college students. This study suggests as follows : 1) It is necessary to inspect the self-actualization test after various experience of voluntary activity in college students. 2) It is necessary to grope the plans to activate the social service programs. 3) It is necessary to study continious and voluntary social service of college students.
The prime object of the study is to evaluate how much all the students of the Nursing Schools throughout the nation are in comprehension toward the application of nursing process to clinical experience as means of systematic solution of nursing problems. An effort has been made to find out the actual state whether they are in practice of clinical experience in accordance with application of nursing process, over the period of four weeks managing from December 1st to 28th, 1980 and centering on 36 nursing schools, and meanwhile and evaluation, employing the assessment tool used by Bertuccietal, has been made on the nursing process notes recorded by 200 senions out of 21 nursing schools where application of nursing process to clinical experience being in practice. The assessment tool is composed of 5 different criteria in view of patient nursing and authors made an attempt to find out the result of clinical experience on application students in accordance with 5 different scoring criteria and further evaluating all the findings thereof. The findings were disposed of accordance with practice duration and criteria of the specific sudents subject to this finding as to verify the scoring difference in significance and of which the results are as follows: 1) as of now, in 21 (58.2%) out of 36 nursing Schools nursing process in being appliced in clinical experience. 2) Schools that started the application of nursing process to clinical experience amount to - for more than 4 yrs -6 (28.6%) - for 2 to 3 yrs-11s(52.4%) - for 1 yr -4 (19.0%) 3) As for the response upon application of nursing process. To clinical etperience, the largest voice (61.9%) heard was that it is rather difficult beyond the lecturing thereof, to practically apply it outs patients and the second voice (19.1%) turned out to be that it is hard to put in practice owing to uninformed nurses of the process serving in the clinical field. 4) The response. Of the processors assigned to instruction as to the most difficult problem in criteria of nursing process, the largest voice (38.2%) centered on the problem assessment while the second voice (17.7%) on the indirect nursing activity and the objective data respectively and considered to be the easiest was the indirect nursing activity (11.7%). 5) In order for a satisfactory. application of nursing process to clinical experience hence-forth, it has been pointed out that sufficient number of nurses should be supplemented in clinical field (44.1%) and at the same time supplementory education (35.3%) centered around professors be necessary. 6) Of the criteria that record result of nursing process, a significant difference in comprehension of subjective and objective data has been revealed according to the degree of the practice duration of application to clinical experience. For instance, while although poor it may seen, only 74.9% in subjective data and 71.1% in objective data represent the student group in practice for more than 4 years and only 56.3% in subjective data and 66.8% in objective data represent the student group in practice for 2 to 3 years but they still surpass in comprehension over the student group in practice for 1 year attaning only 19.6% in subjective data and 16.8% in objective data (P < 0.005). 7) As for problem assessment, the student group who started application of nursing process for 4 years stand for 37,7% the group for 2 to 3 years started for 25.3% and the group for 1 year started for 5.4%, revealing no significant difference according to duration (P < 0.5) and as poor as to indicate only 22.8% on an overage is in comprehension. 8) On direct and indirect nursing activity, the student group of for more than 4 years in appling nursing process (representing 49.5% in direct nursing activity, 21.4% in indirect nursing activity). 경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 2년 이상 서비스를 이용한 적이 없는 경우
- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
