The college age is an important developmental stage for achieving personal growth through interaction with people. In this study, we analyze the impact of the level of nunchi awareness on the interpersonal skills and learning outcomes of college students majoring in aviation services. For analysis, a survey is conducted targeting college students majoring in aviation services attending universities in the metropolitan and Chungcheong areas. To test the research hypothesis, demographic characteristics are identified based on the questionnaire, the reliability and validity of the measurement items were verified, and structural equation model analysis was performed to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follows. First, nunchi behavior, which is a sub-factor of nunchi recognition among college students in the Department of Aviation Service, is found to have a positive (+) effect on temperament of others, communication, and relationship promotion of interpersonal skills. However, the significance of the influence relationship between nunchi perception factors and interpersonal skills is not confirmed. Second, among the sub-factors of interpersonal skills, only temperament with others and communication are found to have a positive effect on major commitment. Based on the research results, we aim to present practical strategies for designing effective major learning and developing competencies related to the work environment.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore and understand nursing students' nunchi experiences in clinical practice. Methods: Participants were nursing students in the third and fourth years who had clinical experience. A total of 20 nursing students were divided into three focus groups based on their grade levels and gender. Data were collected from December 2017 to March 2018 through focus group interviews and were analyzed via Colaizzi's phenomenological methodology. Results: The study results consisted of 5 theme clusters, 11 themes, and 24 subthemes. These clusters were: confusion about ambiguous behavioral standards, effort in following social norms, concern about getting hurt, physical and psychological exhaustion, and forming social attitudes. Conclusion: These results show that nunchi has positive and negative effects on the clinical practice of nursing students. We need to improve the causes of nunchi, which can have a negative impact on clinical practice.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력, 눈치가 대인관계조화에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 전라북도 소재의 B, H, H, J, K 대학에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 간호대학생 178명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문조사로 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Independent t-test, One way ANOVA와 Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise regression을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 의사소통 능력이 가장 큰 영향력을 나타내는 변수였으며 눈치 파악, 간호학 전공에 대해 만족도 순으로 대인관계조화에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 이들 전체변수의 간호대학생의 대인관계조화에 대한 설명력은 55%로 나타났다. 그러므로 의사소통 능력, 눈치 수준, 간호학 전공에 대한 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 전략이 간호대학생의 대인관계조화를 높이는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 눈치와 학습몰입도. 의사소통능력 간의 상관관계와 의사소통능력에 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 자료수집은 K광역시에 소재한 일 간호대학에 재학 중인 260명을 대상으로 연구기간은 2019년 3월 5일부터 4월 17일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN21을 이용하여 빈도, paired t-test. ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 눈치와 학습몰입도는 유의한 순 상관관계를 보였으며(r=.502, p<.001), 눈치와 의사소통능력(r=.619, p<.001), 학습몰입도와 의사소통능력(r=.567, p<.001)에서도 유의한 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 의사소 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 눈치(β=.381, p<.001)와 학습몰입도(β=.243, p<.001), 실습만족도(β=.107, p<.028) 순으로 나타났다. 또한 이들 변수의 의사소통능력에 대한 설명력(R²)은 47.4% 이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 의사소통능력 향상을 위한 눈치와 학습몰입도 강화 프로그램 개발 및 전략이 필요하다.

본 연구는 간호사의 이직의도, 눈치, 직무스트레스가 조직사회화에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. G도에 소재한 병원 근무간호사 180명을 대상으로 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/21.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 사용하였다. 조직사회화는 이직의도(r=-.52, p<.001), 직무스트레스(r=-.31, p<.001)와 역상관관계가 있으며, 눈치와 순상관관계가 있었다(r=.33, p<.001). 대상자의 조직사회화에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 이직의도(β=-.37, p<.001)이었고, 눈치(β=.26, p<.001), 직무스트레스(β=-.24, p<.001), 원했던 부서로의 배치 여부(β=.19, p=.001), 30세 이하의 연령(β=-.14, p=.012), 수술실 근무(β=.11, p=.050) 순이며, 설명력은 47.0%이었다(F=25.59, p<.001). 따라서 이직의도와 직무스트레스를 낮추기 위해서는 조직 사회화 향상을 위한 프로그램 마련이 필요하며, 근무부서를 배치할 때 연령과 희망부서를 고려할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 눈치와 사회적 자기효능감의 관계를 확인하고 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 대학생의 건강한 대인관계 형성방안을 마련하고자 시도되었다. 2023년 10월 1일부터 10월 29일까지 D시에 소재한 3, 4년제 대학의 180명의 대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 대인관계는 눈치(r=.645, p<.001), 사회적 자기효능감(r=.465, p<.001)와 유의한 정의 상관관계가 있었다. 대인관계의 영향 요인은 눈치(β=.566. p<.001)와 사회적 자기효능감(β=.211, p=.001)이었으며, 설명력은 46%이었다. 그러므로 대학생의 건강한 대인관계 형성을 위한 대학생의 눈치와 사회적 자기효능감의 수준을 높이는 다양한 방안을 모색하고, 대학생의 대인관계에 긍정적으로 작용할 수 있도록 눈치 수준 향상과 사회적 자기효능감을 높이는 변인에 관한 다양한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 토익을 학습하는 보건계열 일부 대학생의 자아탄력성, 눈치 및 셀프리더쉽과 의사소통능력의 관련성을 파악하고 의사소통능력에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 분석하였다. 자료수집은 2018년 11월 1일부터 2018년 11월 30일까지 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하였으며, 조사대상은 임의로 선정된 J지역 소재 대학의 보건계열 토익학습반에 참여하는 대학생 280명으로 하였다. 의사소통능력은 자아탄력성, 눈치 및 셀프리더쉽과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 공분산 구조분석 결과, 자아탄력성이 높아질수록, 눈치가 높아질수록, 셀프리더쉽 이 높아질수록 의사소통능력을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때, 토익을 학습하는 보건계열 대학생의 의사소통능력을 높이기 위해서는 자아탄력성, 눈치 및 셀프리더쉽을 높이는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 토익을 학습하는 보건계열 대학생의 의사소통능력을 높이는 교육지원 및 중재 노력에 활용이 기대된다. 향후연구에서는 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 추가요인에 대한 조사가 필요하다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심역량인 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육이 눈치, 문제해결 능력, 회복 탄력성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 결과 눈치의 하위변인 눈치 파악이 유의미하게 증가하였고, 문제해결 능력과 하위변인 문제 인식, 정보수집, 분석능력, 확산적 사고, 의사결정, 기획력, 실행과 모험 감수, 평가, 피드백에 유의미하게 증가하였다. 회복 탄력성과 하위변인 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성이 유의미하게 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육이 간호 대학생의 핵심역량을 강화할 수 있다는 것이므로 현장감 있는 실습 모듈 개발을 위한 기반이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

Objectives: This study intended to investigate the effect of Nunchi, self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy on adaptation to college life among dental hygiene college students in a three-year program. By extension, the study seeks to find positive ways necessary for students to adapt to college life. Methods: A survey was conducted from Aug 1 to Sep 30, 2019 on 182 dental hygiene college students who agreed to participate in the survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0. An independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post-hoc test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients were employed, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results: Findings showed that the students' average score on adaptation to college life was 3.34. Factors having a significant effect on adaptation to college life came out in this order: grade_dummy2(2/3), academic self-efficacy and grade_dummy1(1/2). Explanations skills accounted for 28.0%. Conclusions: The results highlight a need for programs dedicated to improving dental hygiene college students' adaptation to college life should be developed and implemented.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생 191명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 대인관계능력 3.61점(5점), 눈치 3.57점(5점), 임상실습스트레스 2.97점(5점)으로 나타났다. 임상실습스트레스에 영향을 주는 요인은 대인관계능력, 눈치-행동이었고, 대인관계능력과 눈치-행동이 높을수록 임상실습스트레스가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이들 변인은 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스를 설명하는데 23%의 영향력을 나타내었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
