If the stage of establishing concept in interaction design approaches only analytic and numeral & quantitative aspects, it would be lack of new and creative ideas of concept for the suitable and proper relationship among the human and tools or machinery which is required in interaction design. This study has explored the possibility of access through the research of diverse point of views in the various knowledge systems about the relationship. That is this study has expanded from improvement-intended approach as analyzing human and tools and solving problems with analytic and engineering aspect to value-intended approach as pursuing new ideas though various points of relationship. Or so, to examine 'Relationship' in other knowledge systems, it could be the basic research for more deepening and specific study in interaction design. To integrate this study, at first, it deals with interaction design and process. Through the specific method, it has investigated the current interaction design and related studies. In the next, it has researched the study of relationship in oriental and western philosophy, cultural science, social science, natural science and engineering so it has examined the relationship in the various points of knowledge systems. Based on the contents, it has considered the possibility of access in interaction design to explain the relationship in the various points of knowledge systems.

This paper describes an off-line method for recognizing totally unconstrained handwritten digits using modified chaotic neural networks(MCNN). The chaotic neural networks(CNN) is modified to be a useful network for solving complex pattern problems by enforcing dynamic characteristics and learning process. Since the MCNN has the characteristics of highly nonlinear dynamics in structure and neuron itself, it can be an appropriate network for the robust classification of complex handwritten digits. Digit identification starts with extraction of features from the raw digit images and then recognizes digits using the MCNN based classifier. The performance of the MCNN classifier is evaluated on the numeral database of Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. For the relative comparison of recognition performance, the MCNN classifier is compared with the recurrent neural networks(RNN) classifier. Experimental results show that the classification rate is 98.0%. It indicates that the MCNN classifier outperforms the RNN classifier as well as other classifiers that have been reported on the same database.

HMM tends to output high probability for not only the proper class data but confusable class data, since the modeling power increases as the number of parameters increases. Thus it may not be helpful for discrimination to simply increase the number of parameters of HMM. We proposed two methods in this paper. One is a CMC(Confusion Likelihood Model Selection Criterion) using confusion class data probability, the other is a new recognition method, RCM(Recognition Using Confusion Models). In the proposed recognition method, confusion models are constructed using confusable class data, then confusion models are used to depress misrecognition by confusion likelihood is subtracted from the corresponding standard model probability. We found that CMC showed better results using fewer number of parameters compared with ML, ALC2, and BIC. RCM recorded 93.08% recognition rate, which is 1.5% higher result by reducing 17.4% of errors than using standard model only.

Objective: The aim of the study was to determine the effects of traditional Korean medicine treatments on a patient diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. Case Summary: A 29-year-old male patient suffering from lower back pain and chest pain was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. Korean medicine treatments, including acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, and herbal medicine, were applied. The treatment effect was evaluated with a numeral rating scale (NRS) for pain and by changes in C-reactive protein (CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). After 44 days of treatment, the patient's symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis were improved. The NRS score for lower back pain decreased from 3 to 2, and the NRS score for chest pain decreased from 10 to 1. In addition, the ESR level decreased from 13 to 10 and the CRP level decreased from 1.39 to 0.84. Conclusion: The integrative Korean medicine treatments appeared to be effective in relieving pain associated with ankylosing spondylitis.

■ Objectives The purpose of this case report is to show the effect of Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) on a patient with Miller Fisher Syndrome. ■ Methods A patient with Ataxia, Diplopia, Mydriasis diagnosed as Miller Fisher Syndrome was treated with herbal medication, acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, and press needles. Then we evaluated the improvement with the size of pupil, NRS(Numeral Rating Scale) of Diplopia, Assessment for Gait disturbance. ■ Results We could observe decrease in pupil size and NRS of Diplopia and improve in assessment for gait disturbance after the TKM treatment. ■ Conclusion This case showed the effect of TKM treatment on Miller Fisher syndrome.

This study reports the effectiveness of Korean medicine therapy by improving symptoms in patients with herniated lumbar disc (HLD) diagnosed with chronic overflow urinary incontinence (OUI). The patient was treated with two types of herbal medicine and electroacupuncture for 10 days. We used diary of voiding and incontinence, Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS), Bristol Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms questionnaire (BFLUTS) and numeral rating scale (NRS) to assess the symptoms. After treatment, the number of nocturia decreased from 5 to 2.5. OABSS decreased from 9 to 2 and BFLUTS decreased from 95 to 87. The NRS of back pain decreased from 7 to 3. This study may suggest that Korean medicine therapy can be effective therapy for OUI with HLD.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness and possibility of Integrative Cancer Treatment (ICT) on an advanced metastatic leiomyosarcoma patient. Methods: The patient was diagnosed with recurred and advanced metastatic Leiomyosarcoma, suffering from dyspnea, abdominal discomfort, lower limb edema. The patient refused conventional treatment, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy but was treated with ICT including acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, moxibustion, hypertherapy and herbal medicine for symptom management. The clinical outcomes were measured by NRS (Numeral rating scale). Results: After treatment, dyspnea, abdominal discomfort and lower limb edema was relieved from NRS 6 to 3, 7 to 3 and 7 to 6 respectively. Also, loss of body weight, decrease in abdominal, thigh and calf circumference were improved. During and after treatment, we found neither hepatotoxicity nor nephrotoxicity on laboratory findings. Conclusion: This case study suggests that ICT may improve symptom relief and life quality of leiomyosarcoma patient.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effectiveness of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with Samchilchoongcho-Jung (HAD-B1) in conjunction with Alectinib. Methods: The patient was diagnosed with Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) mutated (2+) non-small cell lung cancer adenocarcinoma stage IV, suffering from edema of lower extremities, dyspnea, pleural effusion, general weakness, insomnia. The patient being treated with Alectinib was treated with Samchilchoongcho-Jung (HAD-B1) for disease control and symptom management. The clinical outcomes were measured by National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Event (NCI-CTCAE), Numeral rating scale (NRS) and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG). Results: After treatment, dyspnea and edema of lower extremities was relieved from NRS 7 to 5, and 6 to 1 respectively. And ECOG score of the patient was improved from grade 3 to 2. During and after treatment, we didn't find any severe toxicities on laboratory findings. Conclusion: This case study suggests that Samchilchoongcho-Jung (HAD-B1) may improve symptom relief and life quality of NSCLC patient in conjunction with Alectinib.

The purpose of this study is to propose a classification system that can classify various industrial and craft materials consistently and systematically by comparing and analyzing the classification system of materials libraries in domestic and foreign. For this study, it was investigated the operation cases and classification system of domestic and foreign material libraries, and then proposed a method to classify consistently and systematically by comparing and analyzing the classification items of KDC and DDC. The classification system of material library was not classified by subject, but classified into the name of material and type, or the classification system of a material library was divided by Arabic numeral as a general classification system. It is difficult to access and share information because most of material libraries use the classification system developed by the library itself. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a standard classification system to share the information stored in the material libraries.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to report the effects of Yangdokbaekho-tang and Hwangryunhaedok-Tang wet dressing on the treatment of erythrotelangiectatic rosacea patient. Methods : A patient with Erythrotelangiectatic Rosacea treated with Yangdokbaekho-tang, Hwangryunhaedok-Tang wet dressing and acupuncture. We evaluated the score(frequency ${\times}$ intensity) of the hot flush, the main symptom of rosacea and NRS(numeral rating scale) for the subjective symptom. Results : After treatment, the score of the hot flush decrease from 20 to 6. the NRS changed and NRS score improved from 7 to 1. There are no adverse effects and no relapse of erythrotelangiectatic rosacea after 18 days of discharge. Conclusions : According to the result, Korean Medicine such as Yangdokbaekho-tang and Hwangryunhaedok-tang wet dressing can be effective for the treatment of erythrotelangiectatic rosacea.
