  • In this study, we try to detect new attacks for vehicle by learning only one class. We use Car-Hacking dataset, an intrusion detection dataset, which is used to evaluate classification performance. The dataset are created by logging CAN (Controller Area Network) traffic through OBD-II port from a real vehicle. The dataset have four attack types. One class classification is one of unsupervised learning methods that classifies attack class by learning only normal class. When using unsupervised learning, it difficult to achieve high efficiency because it does not use negative instances for learning. However, unsupervised learning has the advantage for classifying unlabeled data, which are new attacks. In this study, we use one class classifier to detect new attacks that are difficult to detect using signature-based rules on network intrusion detection system. The proposed method suggests a combination of parameters that detect all new attacks and show efficient classification performance for normal dataset.

  • The purpose of this study is to survey the reading reality of comic books for learning in elementary schools, to research the perceptions of students and their parents to reading comic books for learning, and to suggest the methods which librarians and teachers make use of the comic books for learning in their classes. For doing this, firstly 3 elementary schools were chosen and every school, 4 classes from 3rd year to 6th year, total 12 classes' students and their parents were searched. As the results of this, it's revealed that most of students have experiences of reading the comic books which are circulated in school libraries, etc., and both groups of students and their parents thought the comic books to help their academic achievement, and they have the thought that the reading comic books induce themselves to read the other normal books for more informations. It's suggested that the comic books for learning should be thought of the important media for teaching learning, and be utilized as the media for normal reading attitude s and habits of students in elementary school libraries.

  • In this study, we established an algorithm to determine whether the work in the gas facility is a normal work or an abnormal work using the threshold of the reconstruction error of the autoencoder. This algorithm do deep learning the autoencoder only with time-series data of a normal work, and derives the optimized threshold of the reconstruction error of the normal work. We applied this algorithm to the time series data of the new work to get the reconstruction error, and then compare it with the reconstruction error threshold of the normal work to determine whether the work is normal work or abnormal work. In order to train and validate this algorithm, we defined the work in a virtual gas facility, and constructed the training data set consisting only of normal work data and the validation data set including both normal work and abnormal work data.

  • In this paper, a deep learning method is proposed to detect the fire effectively by using video of surveillance camera. Based on AlexNet model, classification performance is compared according to kernel size and stride of convolution layer. Dataset for learning and interfering are classified into two classes such as normal and fire. Normal images include clouds, and foggy images, and fire images include smoke and flames images, respectively. As results of simulations, it is shown that the larger kernel size and smaller stride shows better performance.

  • The social interest for collaborative learning and educational game has been increased. In this paper, we investigates the educational value of collaborative learning and game. Based on this investigation, we propose an educational on-line game model for collaborative learning. Although the proposed model is still conceptual design, it sufficiently shows that on-line RPG game can be a good collaborative learning method for young children. In detail, we speculate about the conventional educational method performed in normal school. And then, we describes the elements of a computer game which complies with the real collaborative learning program.

  • Collaborative learning has been highlighted as an effective method of teachers' professional development in various studies. To disclose teachers' discourse threads in the process of collaborative learning for developing their knowledge, this paper adopted two methods including "content analysis" and "time-sequential analysis" of learning analytics. Such analyses were implemented for mining teachers' updated knowledge and the discourse threads in the discussion during collaborative learning. The materials for analysis involved two aspects: one was from the video-taped lesson observation reports written by teachers before and after discussing, and the other was from their discourses during the discussion process. The results proved that teachers' knowledge for teaching the centroid of a triangle was updated in the collaborative learning period, and also revealed the discourse threads of teachers' collaboration contained "requesting information or opinions", "building on ideas", and "providing evidence or reasoning", with the emphasis on "challenging ideas or re-focusing talk"

  • Video action recognition is widely used in video surveillance, behavior detection, human-computer interaction, medically assisted diagnosis and motion analysis. However, video action recognition can be disturbed by many factors, such as background, illumination and so on. Two-stream convolutional neural network uses the video spatial and temporal models to train separately, and performs fusion at the output end. The multi segment Two-Stream convolutional neural network model trains temporal and spatial information from the video to extract their feature and fuse them, then determine the category of video action. Google Xception model and the transfer learning is adopted in this paper, and the Xception model which trained on ImageNet is used as the initial weight. It greatly overcomes the problem of model underfitting caused by insufficient video behavior dataset, and it can effectively reduce the influence of various factors in the video. This way also greatly improves the accuracy and reduces the training time. What's more, to make up for the shortage of dataset, the kinetics400 dataset was used for pre-training, which greatly improved the accuracy of the model. In this applied research, through continuous efforts, the expected goal is basically achieved, and according to the study and research, the design of the original dual-flow model is improved.

  • Although microscopic analysis of tissue slides has been the basis for disease diagnosis for decades, intra- and inter-observer variabilities remain issues to be resolved. The recent introduction of digital scanners has allowed for using deep learning in the analysis of tissue images because many whole slide images (WSIs) are accessible to researchers. In the present study, we investigated the possibility of a deep learning-based, fully automated, computer-aided diagnosis system with WSIs from a stomach adenocarcinoma dataset. Three different convolutional neural network architectures were tested to determine the better architecture for tissue classifier. Each network was trained to classify small tissue patches into normal or tumor. Based on the patch-level classification, tumor probability heatmaps can be overlaid on tissue images. We observed three different tissue patterns, including clear normal, clear tumor and ambiguous cases. We suggest that longer inspection time can be assigned to ambiguous cases compared to clear normal cases, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of histopathologic diagnosis by pre-evaluating the status of the WSIs. When the classifier was tested with completely different WSI dataset, the performance was not optimal because of the different tissue preparation quality. By including a small amount of data from the new dataset for training, the performance for the new dataset was much enhanced. These results indicated that WSI dataset should include tissues prepared from many different preparation conditions to construct a generalized tissue classifier. Thus, multi-national/multi-center dataset should be built for the application of deep learning in the real world medical practice.

  • In general network-based intrusion detection system is designed to detect malicious behavior directed at a network or its resources. The key goal of this paper is to look at network data and identify whether it is normal traffic data or anomaly traffic data specifically for accounting information systems. In today's world, there are a variety of principles for detecting various forms of network-based intrusion. In this paper, we are using supervised machine learning techniques. Classification models are used to train and validate data. Using these algorithms we are training the system using a training dataset then we use this trained system to detect intrusion from the testing dataset. In our proposed method, we will detect whether the network data is normal or an anomaly. Using this method we can avoid unauthorized activity on the network and systems under that network. The Decision Tree and K-Nearest Neighbor are applied to the proposed model to classify abnormal to normal behaviors of network traffic data. In addition to that, Logistic Regression Classifier and Support Vector Classification algorithms are used in our model to support proposed concepts. Furthermore, a feature selection method is used to collect valuable information from the dataset to enhance the efficiency of the proposed approach. Random Forest machine learning algorithm is used, which assists the system to identify crucial aspects and focus on them rather than all the features them. The experimental findings revealed that the suggested method for network intrusion detection has a neglected false alarm rate, with the accuracy of the result expected to be between 95% and 100%. As a result of the high precision rate, this concept can be used to detect network data intrusion and prevent vulnerabilities on the network.
