  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the repeated measurement stability of scans related to dentition type. Methods: A normal model and the crowding and diastema models are also duplicated using duplicating silicon. After that, a plaster model is made using a plaster-type plaster on the duplicate mold, and each model is scanned 5 times by using an extraoral scanner. The gingival part and molar part were deleted from the 3D STL file data obtained through scanning. Using the 3D stl file obtained in this way, data is nested between model groups. Thereafter, RMS values obtained were compared and evaluated. The normality test of the data was performed for the statistical application of repeated measurements with dentition type, and the normality was satisfied. Therefore, the one-way ANOVA test, which is a parametric statistical method, was applied, and post-tests were processed by the Scheffe method. Results: The average size of each RMS in the Normal, Diastema, and Crowding groups was Normal> Crowding> Diastema. However, the standard deviation was in the order of Crowding> Normal> Diastema. The average value of each data is as follows. Diastema model was the smallest ($5.51{\pm}0.55{\mu}m$), followed by the crowding model ($12.30{\pm}2.50{\mu}m$). The normal model showed the maximum error ($13.23{\pm}1.06{\mu}m$). Conclusion: There was a statistically significant difference in the repeatability of the scanning measurements according to the dentition type. Therefore, you should be more careful when scanning the normal intense or crowded dentition than scanning the interdental lining. However, this error value was within the range of applicable errors for all clinical cases.

  • A chitosan-degrading fungus, BSF114, was isolated from soil. The culture preparation showed strong chitosanolytic enzyme activity at an optimum pH of 4.0 and optimum temperature of $60^{\circ}C$ after 36-40 h fermentation. The rapid decrease in the viscosity of the chitosan solution early in the reaction suggested an endo-type cleavage of the polymeric chitosan chains. To identify the isolated fungus, molecular biological and morphological methods were used. The fungal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region 1 was amplified, sequenced, and then compared with related sequences in the GenBank database using BLAST. The phylogenetic relationships were then analyzed, and the results showed that the fungus belongs to Aspergillus fumigatus. Morphological observations were also used to confirm the above conclusion. The chitooligosaccharides (COS) obtained through hydrolyzing the colloidal chitosan showed that A. fumigatus BSF114 is suitable for degrading chitosan and producing chitooligosaccharides on a large scale. High concentrations of the COS (1,000 and 500 ${\mu}g/ml$) significantly proliferated mice marrow cells.

  • Diarrhea is a global disease with a high morbidity and mortality rate in children. In this study, 25 fecal samples were collected from children under 5 years old. Seven samples had been taken from healthy children without diarrhea and marked as the healthy control group; eight samples had been sampled from children with diarrhea caused by dyspepsia and defined as the non-infectious group; and ten samples had been taken from children with diarrhea induced by intestinal infections and identified as the infectious group. We detected the microbial communities of samples by using high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA genes. The proportion of aerobic and facultative anaerobic microbes in samples of the infectious group was much higher than in the non-infectious group. In addition, the relative abundance of Enterococcus in the healthy control group was significantly higher than in the non-infectious group and infectious group. This can be used as a potential diagnostic biomarker for diarrhea.

  • Aiming at the phenomenon of false information issued by service providers in cloud computing environment, a method for service evaluation based on fuzzy theory is put forward in this paper. According to the quality of services provided by cloud service providers and their behavior during interactions, a trust relationship between cloud service providers and cloud service consumers is established, which can be quantified by using fuzzy theory. The quality of services is evaluated by drawing on the trust relationship. In our method, the recommendation credibility of a cloud service consumer is determined through behavior similarity with evaluators and a praise factor. The introduction of the praise factor better suits the phenomenon of a high-quality service getting more repeat customers. The negative impact of dishonest customers is reduced, and the accuracy of trust and cloud service quality evaluation is improved by introducing a confidence factor that can be dynamically adjusted. The experimental results show that our method can effectively and accurately evaluate the trust value and service quality of providers, while weakening the influence of dishonest consumers, and quickly detect dishonest service providers. This is beneficial for consumers trying to find high quality service providers for similar services.

  • Glutathione S-transferase P1 (GSTP1) plays an important role in detoxification and the metabolism of xenobiotics. Here we show that GSTP1 also regulates the MEKK1-MKK7 signaling pathway. Over-expression of GSTP1 in HEK293 cells inhibited both ${\Delta}MEKK1$- and etoposide-induced apoptosis, and inhibited procaspase-3 activation and PARP cleavage. MEKK1- induced apoptosis requires both its kinase activity and proteolytic cleavage. ${\Delta}MEKK1$ activity was inhibited by over-expression of GSTP1 in vivo and MEKK1 kinase activity was also inhibited by GSTP1 in vitro when assayed with bacterially-expressed MKK7(KM) protein as substrate. GSTP1 inhibition of etoposide-induced cell apoptosis was mainly due to its ability to suppress MEKK1 kinase activity. The glutathione-conjugating activity of GSTP1 was essential for the above effects. These findings provide insight into the mechanism by which GSTP1 protects cells from genotoxin-induced apoptosis.

  • Selectins are carbohydrate-binding cell adhesion molecules that play a major role in the initiation of inflammatory responses. Heparin can bind to P-selectin, and its anti-inflammatory property is mainly due to inhibition of P-selectin. However, the strong anticoagulant activity of heparin limits its clinical use. We prepared periodate-oxidized, borohydride-reduced heparin (RO-heparin) by chemical modification and tested its anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory activities. Activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) assays showed that, compared with heparin, RO-heparin had greatly reduced anticoagulant activity. Intravenous administration of this compound led to reduction in the peritoneal infiltration of neutrophils in a mouse acute inflammation model. In vitro cell adhesion experiments demonstrated that the effect of RO-heparin on inflammatory responses was mainly due to inhibiting the interaction of P-selectin with its ligands. These results indicate that RO-heparin may be a safer treatment for inflammation than heparin, especially when selectin is targeted.

  • The automatic extraction of temporal information from written texts is a key component of question answering and summarization systems and its efficacy in those systems is very decisive if a temporal expression (TE) is successfully extracted. In this paper, three different approaches for TE extraction in Uyghur are developed and analyzed. A novel approach which uses lexical semantics as an additional information is also presented to extend classical approaches which are mainly based on morphology and syntax. We used a manually annotated news dataset labeled with TIMEX3 tags and generated three models with different feature combinations. The experimental results show that the best run achieved 0.87 for Precision, 0.89 for Recall, and 0.88 for F1-Measure in Uyghur TE extraction. From the analysis of the results, we concluded that the application of semantic knowledge resolves ambiguity problem at shallower language analysis and significantly aids the development of more efficient Uyghur TE extraction system.

  • The rapid growth of data has successfully promoted the development of modern information and communication technologies, which are used to process data generated by public urban departments and citizens in modern cities. In specific application areas where the ciphertext of messages generated by different users' needs to be transmitted, the concept of broadcast encryption is important. It can not only improve the transmission efficiency but also reduce the cost. However, the existing schemes cannot entirely ensure the privacy of receivers and dynamically adjust the user authorization. To mitigate these deficiencies, we propose an efficient, secure identity-based broadcast encryption scheme that achieves direct revocation and receiver anonymity, along with the analysis of smart grid solutions. Moreover, we constructed a security model to ensure wireless data transmission under cloud computing and internet of things integrated devices. The achieved results reveal that the proposed scheme is semantically secure in the random oracle model. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated through theoretical analysis and numerical experiments.

  • Blastocystis sp. is a kind of protozoa living in the intestinal tract of human and animals, which will cause intestinal diseases such as diarrhea, abdominal distension and vomiting. This paper was aimed to understand the infection of Blastocystis sp. In golden monkeys and the transmission path in North China. Thirty-seven feces samples from golden monkeys and 116 cockroach samples from Shijiazhuang Zoo were collected from July to October 2019 for PCR analysis of Blastocystis sp. Genetic diversity analysis was further conducted on the samples with positive PCR results. The results showed that the infection rate was 48.7% (18/37) in golden monkeys and 82.8% (96/116) in cockroaches, respectively. The genetic evolution analysis based on small subunit ribosomal RNA demonstrated that three subtypes (ST) of Blastocystis sp. including ST1, ST2, and ST3 existed in the intestinal tract of golden monkeys, while only ST2 was detected in the intestinal tract of cockroaches. This paper may provide supports for the quarantine and control of Blastocystis sp. for the zoo in Northern China.
