코로나19 팬데믹으로 촉발된 메타버스 시장은 현재 가파른 성장세를 보여주고 있다. 메타버스 플랫폼은 컨텐츠를 생산, 소비하는 크리에이터와 사용자 그리고 플랫폼에 조성된 청중을 광고 대상으로 하는 광고주를 연결시키고 있다. 이들 플랫폼 참여자간의 상호작용은 새로운 형태의 경제인 크리에이터 경제의 부상을 가져왔다. 본 논문은 크리에이터와 메타버스 플랫폼의 다양한 수익원 중 광고 수익을 중심으로 플랫폼의 특성이 플랫폼과 크리에이터 간의 수익률 배분에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 게임 이론 기반 분석 모델을 통해 본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼이 광고 회피를 감소시킬수록, 광고의 효과성을 높일수록, 그리고 효과적인 컨텐츠 제작 툴을 제공할수록 크리에이터의 수익 배분율을 낮출 수 있음을 보여주었다.

Pile composite foundation (PCF) has been commonly applied in practice. Existing research has focused primarily on semi-infinite media having equal pile lengths with little attention given to the effects of inclined bedrock and dissimilar pile lengths. This investigation considers the effects of inclined bedrock on vertical loaded PCF with dissimilar pile lengths. The pile-soil system is decomposed into fictitious piles and extended soil. The Fredholm integral equation about the axial force along fictitious piles is then established based on the compatibility of axial strain between fictitious piles and extended soil. Then, an iterative procedure is induced to calculate the PCF characteristics with a rigid cap. The results agree well with two field load tests of a single pile and numerical simulation case. The settlement and load transfer behaviors of dissimilar 3-pile PCFs and the effects of inclined bedrock are analyzed, which shows that the embedded depth of the inclined bedrock significantly affects the pile-soil load sharing ratios, non-dimensional vertical stiffness N₀/wdE_s, and differential settlement for different length-diameter ratios of the pile l/d and pile-soil stiffness ratio k conditions. The differential settlement and pile-soil load sharing ratios are also influenced by the inclined angle of the bedrock for different k and l/d. The developed model helps better understand the PCF characteristics over inclined bedrock under vertical loading.

최근 전력 계통에 인공 관성, 감쇠, 블랙스타트 기능, 독립 운전 기능 등을 제공할 수 있어 많은 주목을 받고 있는 Grid-forming(GFM) 컨버터는 저전압 Microgrids(MG)에서 낮은 라인 임피던스의 X/R 비율과 작지 않은 전력각으로 인한 유효전력과 무효전력 간의 커플링 현상이 발생한다. 이러한 전력 커플링 현상은 GFM 컨버터의 안정성 및 성능 저하 문제, 부정확한 전력 공유 문제, 제어 파라미터 설계 문제를 유발하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 GFM 컨버터와 관련된 제어 방법뿐만 아니라 전력 디커플링 방법에 대한 검토 연구로서, 유망 제어 방법을 소개하고 전력 디커플링 방법에 대한 비판적 검토를 통하여 향후 연구 활동의 접근성을 높이고자 하였다. 이에 따라 전력디커플링 방법 연구를 위해 향후 연구자들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있어 분산 발전원 확대에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Opening of trade relationships through an increasing number of international free trade agreements and the now defunct General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade has resulted in an increase the number of the species being exchanged in the world. In the last 20 years, international environmental laws have multiplied and a number of treaties address harmful non-indigenous species (NIS) directly with specific provisions, while other treaties deal with related environmental issues and indirectly affect international regulation of NIS; however, such treaties are weak due to lack of enforceability. From the stand point of national law, many countries including the USA, Australia and New Zealand enforce national laws and regulations to protect biological resources. Typical strategies include : 1) strengthening quarantines to prevent unintentional and illegal introduction of harmful NIS, and 2) developing technologies for managing harmful NIS. However, the recent international trend for managing NIS has shifted. In 2002, the Bonn Guidelines on Access to Genetic Resources and Fair and Equitable Sharing of the Benefit Arising out of their Utilization was adopted at the 6th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biodiversity. One major issue highlighted in the document is that "there is no more free of charge to get a biological resource from other countries". The Bonn guidelines will affect international and national NIS regulatory systems because the NIS is a potentially disrupts ecosystems as well as native species. A number of impacts are expected including the revamping of national biodiversity policy regimes in many countries in the world. In particular, the ROK, which is not very biologically diverse, has to evolve national laws to protect valuable ecosystems from NIS. In the meanwhile, national rights of using beneficial indigenous and non-indigenous species as biological resources should be considered through the investigation and national registration of NIS around the world for the promotion of the biotech industry.

대한민국헌법 제82조에 따라 대통령이 문서로 하는 국법상 행위에 국무총리와 '관계' 국무위원이 부서(副署) 하는 제도는 대통령의 독단 방지와 국무회의 구성원들이 연대 책임을 지는 중요한 의미가 있다. 그러나 '관계' 국무위원의 부서행위가 헌법 규정과 달리 운영되고 있다. 이는 국무위원으로 보하지 않는 처와 행정위원회 등 일부 중앙행정기관의 사무에 대하여는 법령상 부여된 업무와 무관한 행정자치부장관이 "정부조직법" 제34조 제2항을 근거로 형식적으로 부서토록 한 법제처 지침을 따르기 때문이다. 따라서 이 논문은 '관계' 국무위원의 부서제도를 헌법 취지에 맞게 내실화하기 위하여, 국무위원이 맡지 않는 중앙행정기관 사무와 관련된 부서(副署)의 경우 행정자치부장관이 획일적으로 대신할 것이 아니라 업무 내용과 가장 밀접한 국무위원이 부서를 하도록 '관계' 국무위원의 결정 기준, 절차, 권한과 책임, 부서의 효력 등을 "법령 등 공포에 관한 법률 시행령"으로 만드는 방안을 제안하였다.

최근, 정보 통신 기술의 발전에 따라 무선 통신망에서 음성, 데이터, 정지화면, 동영상 및 다양한 멀티미디어 데이터를 추구하고 있다. 효율적인 실시간 멀티미디어 데이터 전송을 위해서는 실시간 데이터의 지연 한계를 보장하고 비실시간 멀티미디어 데이터의 데이터 손실을 최소화해야 한다. 무선 ATM은 유선 ATM을 기본으로 하고 있지만 무선 환경에서의 다양한 서비스에 대한 힘든 전송률과 품질에 따른 문제점들이 수반된다. 그 결과, 무선 통신 환경에서 각각의 트래픽 종류에 따른 품질 서비스(QoS)를 보장하는 방법을 찾는 것이 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 무선 ATM망에서 실시간 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스 전송을 위한 스케줄링 방법으로 개선된 TCRM 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제시한다. 무선 환경에 따라 Uplink와 Downlink시 각각 다른 방법으로 실시간 멀티미디어 데이터 전송 스케줄링 정책을 적용하며 실시간 데이터와 비실시간 데이터의 QoS의 요구사항을 보장하고 불충분한 무선 자원을 공유분배를 위한 공평성 문제를 다룬다. 또한 VC(Virtual Control)를 BS(Base Station)에 두어 예약버퍼와 임의의 전송속도 pk를 사용하여 TCRM의 단점인 비실시간 데이터에 대한 비효율성 문제를 해결한다.

영어는 국제적 환경에서 중요한 정보 활용의 도구로 인식되고 있어 영어독서능력도 점차 중요한 정보 활용능력으로 주목받고 있다. 이 같은 변화는 공공도서관 독서 프로그램에도 영향을 미치는 요인이 되고 있어 이 연구에서는 비영어권 이용자를 대상으로 하는 영어독서지도 프로그램의 운영 역사가 긴 미국 캘리포니아 지역의 50개 공공도서관에서 운영하는 영어독서지도 프로그램의 현황과 성공사례를 분석하여 국내 도서관이 수용할 수 있는 주요 요소와 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과 중 주목할 만한 사항은 공공도서관이 평생교육측면에서 성인들의 영어독서활동을 지원하여야 하는 역할을 해야 한다는 점과 가정 내에 영어독서환경을 조성할 수 있도록 지원하여 도서관 중심의 독서활동을 가정으로 확장하여 영어독서습관을 형성할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다는 것이다. 또한 모국어 독서습관이 외국어 독서활동에도 중요한 영향을 미치고 있으므로 영어독서 프로그램의 선행과정으로 모국어 독서역량을 강화해야 하는 것도 중요한 시사점이다.

본 연구는 부산시 마을만들기 사업을 통해 조성된 40개소 마을단위 거점시설 이용자와 비이용자를 대상으로 이용실태 및 만족도를 조사 분석하여 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 연구목적이 있다. 설문조사 결과, 이용자는 만남의 장소와 정보교류의 공간으로 활용하고 있으며 주민들 간의 상호작용을 한다는 사실을 알 수 있었고, 비이용자는 이용률을 높이기 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 홍보, 이웃 간의 관계망 구축이 필요하다는 점을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한 마을단위 거점시설이 주민들 간의 상호작용을 한다는 사실과 활성화를 위해 주민주도 운영, 지역사회 네트워크 형성, 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

After the announcement of Moon Jae-in Government's plan (Moon's Care) for Benefit Expansion in National Health Insurance in August 2017, it is necessary to monitor the effects of the policy, especially household out-of-pocket payments (OOP). This paper aims to observe the current status and trend of OOP in Korea. Current health expenditure (CHE) was 144.4 trillion won in 2018, which accounts for 8.1% of gross domestic product (GDP) increased 9.7% from the previous year. Although GDP's share of CHE has been close to the average of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries, the public fund's share was 59.8% of the total in 2018, which was lower than the OECD average of 73.5%. OOP's share was 32.9% in 2018, which decreased from 37.4% in 2008. The share of OOP of non-covered services was 20.0% in 2018, which decreased from 22.9% in 2008. The share of cost-sharing with third-party payers was 12.9% in 2018, which decreased from 14.5% in 2008. The OOP of non-covered services was significantly decreased in hospital and inpatient curative care, but the OOP of non-covered services was significantly increased in the medical clinic. The effect of Moon's Care was not showed in OOP through the results of 2017 and 2018, but further monitoring is needed because the Moon's Care is progressing and the observational period is short.

Purpose: This systematic review was planned and performed in order to determine the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods: We searched related randomized controlled trials in several medical online databases, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Excerpta Medica dataBASE (EMBASE), Public/Publisher MEDLINE (PubMed), Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), National Digital Science Library (NDSL), and Research Information Sharing Service (RISS). NAFLD related outcomes were extracted from the included trials and meta-analyzed. Results: From the 8 included trials, the values of the following examinations were extracted: liver ultrasonography, liver CT, body fat CT, aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT), gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, fasting blood sugar (FBS), hosmeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), weight, body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), obesity degree, body fat mass, body fat rate, leptin, malondialdehyde (MDA), and super oxide dismutase (SOD). In the 4 outcomes, cure rate in liver ultrasonography (RR=1.56; 95%CI=1.05~2.31; P=0.03), cure rate in liver CT (RR=2.23; 95%CI=1.33~3.72; P=0.002), TC (MD=-0.78; 95%CI=-1.41~-0.15; P=0.02), and TG (MD=-2.05; 95%CI=-3.88~-0.21; P=0.03), acupuncture was more effective than the control intervention. Conclusions: In this meta-analysis, acupuncture relieved hepatic steatosis, and reduced TC, and TG in NAFLD patients. more well-planned studies are still needed due to the heterogeneity and the considerable methodological flaws in the analyzed trials.
