This technology is able to construct with hardening UREPALT adhesives and TPO URE-Sheet simultaneously using automatic equipments. the benefit of this construction method is that The layer of waterproofing is uniform and defect of construction would be reduced because of no construction joints between UREPALT adhesives and TPO URE-Sheet. Furthermore, this new method could accomplish shortening of construction period, quality control and saving of labor costs. Also the non-exposure waterproofing method would be protected from fire and safe for workers without using a torch.

It has been applied the self adhesion waterproofing sheet which is developed from exist asphalt waterproofing sheet by heat and torch in domestic construction field. However, the problem of waterproofing have constantly happened due to air pocket condition and defect of joint part in waterproofing construction. Therefore, in this study, we would like to analyze the field application as testing in side of materials and construction method of self adhesion butyl rubber sheet and study of the materials performance.

이 연구는 기존 무기질계 탄성 도막 방수재와 고무 아스팔트 시트 방수공법을 지붕구조물 적용에 있어서 나타나는 문제점들을 보완하기 위하여 두 재료를 결합한 비노출 방수공법 재료에 대한 연구이다. 이에 따라 두 재료를 결합한 방수공법의 7가지 성능평가를 실시하여 지붕구조물의 적용 특성을 확인하였다. 종합적인 연구 결과 본 복합방수공법은 지붕구조물에서 요구하는 중요한 성능인 표준 및 저온 고온 하에서의 기본적인 인장성능을 능가하고 구조물 거동에 따른 안정성 확보와 구조체와의 부착성능을 확보 함으로써 비노출 복합방수공법으로써 콘크리트 구조물에 적응가능하다고 판단된다.

The existing polymer resin coating and sheet waterproofing construction method have, however, some weak point such as being decrease life cycle of concrete with water leaking from materials be affected by crack and movement dash bond concrete through the whole-adhere construction. Above the reason, this paper has particular method increasing crack-defending performance from stress occurred concrete movement by part disconnection, adds maintain waterproofing performance subordinate sheet, that can be contributed a convenience of maintenance which is decreasing industrial waste and repair construction cycle through the part repair in case of leaking water.

The problem of water leakage due to damaging waterproof in concrete structure, causes the impediment in a long term and shortened the life span of durability. There are a lot of techniques for repair and reinforcement to improve using environment. However, the improper construction which is unconsidered various environmental conditions, could effect to increase the maintenance expenses. Therefore, this study will be compared and estimated the adhesion liquid and sheet integrate waterproofing material, as analyzing the existing problem. For those result, we would like to arrange the alterative plan for the long durability and user needs of concrete structure.
