송전선로 EMI 특성 실험용 인공잡음발생장치 설계, 제작 및 적용 (The Design, Manufacture and Applications of a Gap Noise Generator for Testing the Characteristics of EMI from Transmission Lines)

  • In order to survey the radiation characteristics of pure line noise of unwanted noise from overhead high voltage AC transmission lines, a disk type gap noise generator was manufactured. Disk size which decides capacitance between the noise generator and earth was selected through preliminary indoor experiments and analysis by using surface charge method. The capacitance is one of principal parameters related to the injection of a proper noise current into lines. On the basis of the capacitance obtained from calculation, 5mm of space was given to the gap of the noise generator to be installed o test line and an aluminum disk of 60cm radius was made. The field experiments were performed with the noise generator hung on the Kochang 765 kV full scale test line. As the results, the useful data which can be used to analysis the radiation characteristics of noise from transmission lines were obtained. Those are the directivity of antenna toward the line, lateral profiles, frequency spectra, height pattern and so on.

  • Hypoid gears are widely used in rear drive and 4WD vehicle axles. Investigation of their sensitivity to deflections is one of the most important aspects of their design and optimization procedures. The deflection test is performed in the actual gear mounting using completely processed gear. This test should cover the fun operating range of gear loads from no load to peak load. Under peak load the contact pattern should extend to the tooth boundaries without showing a concentration of the contact pattern at any point on the tooth surface. Transmission error is tested on an axle assembly triaxial real car load condition.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a fundamental data for efficient and economical reduction method and predict ion method of floor impact noise. In order to get the useful results, the measurement on the vibration transmission characteristics of standard test building with four rooms by using heavy and light-weighed impact source were carried out. In this measurement various conditions such as the change of test structure construction, the pick-up sensor location, the excitation posit ion, and the resilient material types were applied to get the vibration characteristics transmitted from excitation room to adjacent rooms.

  • This paper presents a technique, which identifies both process noise covariance and sensor noise covariance by using innovation correlation test. A correlation test, which checks whether the square root Kalman filter is workingly optimal or not, is given. The system is stochastic autoregressive moving-average model with auxiliary white noise Input. The linear quadratic Gaussian control is used for minimizing stochastic cost function. This paper indentifies Q, R, and estimates parametric matrics $A(q^{-1}),B(q^{-1}),C(q^{-1})$ by means of extended recursive least squares and model reference control. And The proposed technique has been validated in simulation results on the fourth order system.

  • The weight of soundproof panels is an important consideration in the design of both panels and supporting structures. The soundproof panels in noise barriers have to carry their net weight in wet condition respectively the reduced weight and also the weight of the above installed panels in wet condition without showing any failing. In this study, a compression test and a flexural test were performed to determine the maximum vertical load which a wood plastic composites (WPC) panel can bear. In addition, the maximum loading number and height of WPC panels in a noise barrier were calculated for full, simple, and continuous support conditions.

  • This paper described the Performance test and sound characteristics of helicopter 'Tail-Fan' anti-torque system. In this research, Korea Aerospace Research Institute(KARI) developed 'Tail-Fan' anti-torque system for a helicopter and carried out performance and sound capturing tests of even and uneven tail fans. The performance test is carried out and the noise signals which are generated during the test are saved with microphones at the same time. The performance test's results meet the design requirements. Tone-corrected perceived noise level is reduced by replacing the even product with the uneven one.

  • This paper specified the measurement results conducted by the Korea Electric Power Research Institute (KEPRI) 765kV double circuit transmission test line that measured the audible noise, hum noise, radio interference, electric field and aeolian measurement. This test line consists of 6-480mm$^{2}$ conductors per phase. The analysis of the test results shows that this 6-Rail conductor bundle satisfies the audible noise criterion under the stable rainy weather condition and the radio interference level under the fair weather. And the other items are also agreed with the design level criterion. (author). 9 refs., 7 figs., 2 tabs.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a prediction model for evaluating heavy-weight floor impact sounds in a test building. Three rooms in the test building (slab thickness In and 240mm), which consist of frame concrete structures were tested and modeled. First, the SPL distribution in the receiving room was analyzed by measuring SPL at 90 positions using a bang machine. Then, a vibration model using finite element method is proposed considering the material properties and boundary conditions. In addition, the result of transient analysis was compared with field measurements using a standard heavy-weight impact source. Through a vibro-acoustic simulation program, an acoustic model evaluating the building elements (reflected wall, nor, window and door) was proposed. Finally, validation of the prediction model was conducted by vibro-acoustic analysis with field measurements of noise radiation characteristics in receiving rooms.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수도권 지하철차량의 소음과 진동에 방음차륜(또는 탄성차륜)이 어느 정도의 효과를 가져오는가를 평가하기 위한 것이다. 실차시험을 통하여 일체차륜이 장착된 차량과 방음차륜이 장착된 차량의 차내소음 및 차체진동을 비교하여 보았다. 그 결과 방음차륜은 지하철차량의 소음과 진동에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 실제 적용은 소음과 진동 이외에도 여러 가지 측면에서의 검토가 이루어져야만 가능할 것이다.
