Night-Scape Lighting with the use of LED lighting has become very popular recently by the merits of energy saving, environmental friendlyness, sensitivity and conversion trends. LED lighting designs are being used diversly as outer elements for screen media stage production as well as buildings with fusioning of information technology. However, methods for analyzing the cases effectively are far from completion. This research evaluates the recent trends of Night-Scape Lighting with LED and processes it through database and aims to propose LED Night-Scape Design process for the various architectural night-scape lighting designs.

Currently, Lighting systems have undergone improvements with its convergence with information technology. However, compared to the developments in Night-Scape lighting, designers are facing difficulties in having efficient access to information. Also, the cost and time it takes to undergo research for benchmarking previous cases is exceptionally high. Thus, this study will investigate the current trend of luminaire, and Night-Scape lighting in buildings, Street furniture, and signboards that has incorporated IT techniques from domestic and abroad. From these findings, the research aims to establish a database composition that categorizes luminaire and its different applications.

Recently, the outdoor lighting of architectural Facade has increased for the improvement of night-scape in urban and coastal resort. The purpose of this research is to analyze lighting characteristics; Luminance, Illuminance, Color Temperature, Chromaticity in Gyengpo Park of Eastern famous coastal resort. The result of this paper is as follows: 1) The Luminance ratio was measured that compare to the 1:10 criterion(IESNA) was in excess to the most building except "K". Because of these condition, Luminance environments was injurious to visual health the overuse of the outdoor lighting or glare to the eyes. 2) The level of vertical Illuminance value was insufficient 33.3% among the cases of survey with 4Lux standard of CIE. 3) The kinds of outdoor lighting of BLDG were increased lighting emitting diode(LED), metal halide(MH) instead of reduction trend of neon, fluorescent light, halogen. As the crisis of Energy resources we will be investigate adapt method of outdoor lighting, which design is based on economical efficiency by the use of optimum lighting.

Water content and strong acidity are estimated for ambient particles measured between Fall, 1991 and Summer, 1992 in Seoul using a gas/aerosol equilibrium model, called SCAPE. Particle water content and formation of solid species are closely related to ambient relative humidity and ionic concentrations. Generally, water content of particles is high during the night and summer. Estimated particle strong acidity level of Seoul is similar to that of Los Angeles, U.S.A. Acidity of wet and dry depositions in Seoul is discussed.

Outdoor lighting is an important factor of urban scape. As a night image of the city, outdoor lighting acts important roles. Cities of developed countries have already had night images of their cites. About this, government is encouraging outdoor lighting of building by various ways. However, in present, outdoor lighting of headquarter buildings was not activated more than that of public buildings in our country. From this point of view, this paper presents a method to measure outdoor lighting effects as quantitative aspects for outdoor lighting activation. Presented the method of outdoor lighting effects is difficult to apply all buildings. Therefore, this paper limits the target to the headquarter buildings.

However, in present, owners of private buildings have not been up and coming about outdoor lighting more than those of public buildings in our country. From this point of view, this paper suggests a quantification method for economic effects of outdoor lighting and analyzes economic effects of outdoor lighting in advertising. A suggested measurement method of economic effects is difficult to measure all economic effects of outdoor lighting. Therefore, this measurement method limits the target to the private buildings.

Although healing is now developing an interest in extending tourism, there have been few studies in this area. Especially late-night tour is closely related to healing experience, but there are little researches that help us understand healing in late-night tour. This study was conducted to examine the relationships among late-night scapes(light aesthetics, sharing mood, culture uniqueness), healing experience(stress reduce and psychological happiness), attitude toward late-night tour. We collected data involving various late-night tourist, and used 198 respondents to analyze these data using LISREL structural modeling. Light aesthetics and sharing mood had positive effects on stress remove, but Culture uniqueness didn't have a signigicant effect on stress remove, unlikely the prediction. And all late-night shape had positive effects on psychological happiness. Also we tested the effects of the healing experience(stress remove and psychological happiness) on attitude. In the final section, we discussed several limitations of our study and suggested directions for future research. We concluded with a discussion of managerial implications, including the potential to advance understanding late-night tourist and implying an enhanced ability to satisfy target consumers of late-night tour.

This study aimed to find problems of nightscape of Anyang-si through examination of behavioral pattern at night and measurement of illumination and luminance in accordance with regional classification following 6 regional classifications on the basis of ur1xm characteristic of Anyang-si. Basic concept of nightscape creation was application of improvement plan with analysis of regional problems and creation of artistic value to enhance image of Anyang-si as a city of art. To obtain balance and unity of night illumination, concept of light zoning was applied to smooth-transform method by regions. Especially, right to view harmonized with surrounding scenery was secured through creating gradual skyline compatible with neighbor buildings using division of each buildings according to their heights. In addition, way to improvement of night lighting environment was proposed as to illumination, height, type of lamp and arrangement of street lights and furniture in accordance with regional characteristics.

As a factor of housing environment, right of light became a subject of discussion as a social issue. Cases on the right of light in properties have been increased. Also many interests in the scape of the city have been increased. This study aims to show the possibility of variation of the shape of the apartment buildings considering the right of light. Reflecting this recent situation, we are setting up the night illumination and constructing a building which acts as Land Mark like the Jong-Ro Tower. And In case of the apartment building, various forms are deviated from an existing standardized form and skyline Existing studies on the sunshine of apartment buildings have dealt with just a standardized apartment building form. So this study analyzed a recently increasing interest for right of light and the changes of sunshine environment of apartment buildings having various forms of skyline.

This study aims to evaluate the Ulsan city residents' perception and satisfaction with open spaces and cityscape after consideration in the side of getting primary data for the city open spaces policy and Green Plan for Ulsan city. In this study, low data was gathered by questionnaires survey with stratified random sampling method. Questionnaires were designed by several sets of variables such as behavioral patterns, satisfactions for open spaces and user's demographic variables. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation and regression analysis. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. In overage the residents were slightly satisfied with park open spaces. There were good and poor park open spaces. in the perceptions of citizens as follows : 'nearby mountain and open spaces', 'rail side green area' were high satisfactory, and 'riverside', 'green qualities' were low in satisfaction. 2. In overage the residents were slightly satisfied with cityscape. There were good and poor cityscape in the perceptions of citizens as follows : 'nearby forest in and open spaces', 'night scape of an urban center' were high satisfactory, and 'streetscape', 'appearances of high-rise buildings' were low in satisfaction. 3. As a results of regression analysis predictable variables for satisfaction with Park and Open spaces were : 'open spaces by the public', 'open spaces by neighbor', 'grande open spaces', 'open spaces of residence'. 4. As a results of regression analysis predictable variables for satisfaction with cityscape were : 'Central Business District(C.B.D) and nearby mountain and open spaces', 'residence and streetscape', 'riverside and park green open spaces'.
