Starting with the market vitalization project in 2008, The Gwangju Dae-in Art Market has attracted to many artists, changing into cultural and art market. After the project was carried out for a certain period of time, a study was conducted to determine the differing opinions of the artists and merchants in regards to the market. The study also examined and analyzed the factors affecting the artists' continuous activities. The difference in recognition perception between artists and merchants was analyzed through a T-test. PLS-regression analysis was used for the artists' continuing intention to work. As a result, the artists and merchants recognized that the number of visitors increased after the influx of artists. Programs that had a positive impact on the artist's intention for sustainable activities were as follows: the 'Art Products Creation Workshop', where artists, merchants, and citizens collaborate to develop commodities needed for the market; 'Hanpyeong Gallery', where artists directly or indirectly interact with merchants and citizens; the 'Artist-Merchant Workshop', where artists and merchants produce articles required for the market; 'C'est Si Bon', which expresses the placeness of the market into art; and the 'Dae-in Art Night Market', where citizens, merchants and visitors can sell their own works. On the other hand, programs with the negative effect were those where artists' participation was low or none, as the policy implications, they should be actively develop this type of programs, where artists could participate and interact with citizens and merchants, like this visitors and sales can be increased.

국제 조명시장의 성장과 국내 경관조명시장의 확대로 인해 최근 조명시장은 활성화되어 가고 있다. 그러나 이러한 변화에 비해 국내 조명기술과 조명기구디자인개발기술은 국제 경쟁력을 갖추지 못한 체, 가격만을 경쟁하고 있다. 특히 국가 및 지자체의 정체성 수립에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있는 현 시점에서 지역 및 국가의 이미지는 도시의 경관에 의해 크게 좌우될 수 있기에 많은 도시들이 이에 힘을 쓰고 있다. 한 도시의 경관은 자연생태환경을 포함한 다양한 구조물들이 모여 이미지화 되어지고, 이는 곧 그 안에 살고 있는 사람들의 의식과 문화를 대변하는 것이다. 도시의 주경에 비해 야경은 자연채광을 기본으로 생활조명과 더불어 경관조명에 의해 보다 가시화되어질 수 있다. 도시의 야경이 우수해진다는 것은 단순히 도시의 미관이 미려해지는 것 이상의 의미, 곧 도시 효율과 삶의 질이 고양됨을 의미한다. 이에 PLS 조명기술개발과 300W급 조명기구디자인개발을 통해 효과적인 조명기술 및 신제품디자인 프로세스 확립하고, 나아가 국내 경관조명시장의 국산화 및 국내 조명시장의 경쟁력을 제고하고자 한다.

최근 발전되고 있는 정보통신 IT기술은 자동차 시장에도 큰 영향을 미치며 발전하고 있다. 근래에는 운전자의 안전성과 편의성을 위해 IT 기술이 접목된 장치들이 장착 되고 있다. 하지만 편의성이 증가된 장점과 함께 운전자의 주의 분산으로 인해 교통사고를 증가시키는 단점도 가져오게 되었다. 이러한 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 여러 방식과 종류의 안전시스템 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Radar Sensor나 Stereo Video 영상을 이용하지 않고 보행자 및 차선 이탈 경보를 알려주는 다기능 카메라 주행 안전 System을 구현하는 방법과 차선 이탈 경보 Software 결과 분석에 관한 연구를 제안하고 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the level of customers' cognition, the patterns of shopping and the level of satisfaction for foods sold in "24-hour market stor", and thus to provide a guideling for establishment of 24-hour market store", and thus to provide a guideline for establishment of 24-hour market store, development of Korean-style food, and enhancement of desirable habit of eating. The study conducted a survey for the young customers (13-19 years old) and the old customers (20-38 years old), the residents in Tague City, for the period Sept. 1-Sept.30. The survey administered to a total of 700 respondents, and finally received 646 ansers. Data analysis incorporates Chi-square test, univariate analysis, Scheffe's test, and correlation analysis, running SPSS Pc+(Statistical Package for Social Science). The results were drawn as follows: In terms of the level of cognition, results show a high level in the aspects of availability, convenience, time-saving in cooking, a variety of goods, easy custody: a medium level in the aspects of taste and sanitation: a low level in the aspects of cheapness and import of foreign food, In terms of customers' shopping patterns, the results show that the respondents answered the most convenience in 24-hour open and nearby location. Shopping was mostly done during the evening time between 18:00 and 22:00, and frequently during the mid-night time. Most of the residents needed a high level in the price. in terms of the level of customers' satisfaction, the results show a high level in the aspects of convenience, packing, and variety ; a medium level in the aspects of taste and sanitation ; a low level in the aspects of nutrition, price, import of foreign goods.

The concept known as Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) is to provide power to help balance loads by charging at night when demand is low and sending power to the grid when demand is high. Therefore, it is important to model the cost-benefit characteristics of Electric vehicle(EV)'s operation considering the negawatt market in real time. This paper proposes a methodology to formulate the various costs and economic benefits for sending the EV's power back to the grid, including a concept of inconvenience costs caused by operating the EV as a battery. This paper also introduces the general decision-making process based on the cost-benefit analysis in order to simulate the reasonable participation of V2G service. In the case study, it is confirmed by two-case simulations that the proposed approach is useful to help EV owners' decision-making. In the future, it is expected that the proposed methodology can be used as a decision-making guideline to help prepare the EV' power transmission.

Up to 10% of the global population suffers from color vision deficiency (CVD) [1], especially deuteranomaly and protanomaly, the conditions in which it is difficult to discriminate between red and green hues. For those who suffer from CVD, their career fields are restricted, and their childhood education is frustrating. There are many optical eye glasses on the market to compensate for this disability. However, although they are attractive due to their light weight, wearing these glasses will decrease visual brightness and cause problems at night. Therefore, this paper presents a supplementary device that comprises a head-mounted display and an image sensor. With the aid of the image processing technique of digital color space adjustment implemented in a high-speed field-programmable gate array device, the users can enjoy enhanced vision through the display without any decrease in brightness.

차후 새로운 기술과 선박, 함정 장비를 연결 운용해 나가야 함으로 현재 사용되고 있는 선박의 항해 장비와 연동은 필수적이다. 주간/야간 카메라와 안정화 짐블 구조 그리고 user interface와 육상원격 조정시스템을 개발 해야 전세계 시장 경쟁력이 있다. 특히, 외국의 경쟁사의 경우는 장비 장비 개발 판매로 인해 경쟁력이 떨어지므로 기존의 선박용 항해 통신 장비 개발 납품의 노화후를 가지고 전체 시스템에 Integration 하는 부분도 개발을 같이 진행하였다.

자동차 시장의 성장과 함께 차량에 카메라가 사용되는 사례가 늘고 있으며 영상 처리 기술의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 또한, 차량 전장 시스템 기술 역시 급속도로 성장을 하고 있으며, 특히 차선이탈경보시스템(Lane Departure Warning System, LDWS)과 관련된 기술들이 다방면으로 개발 중이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 방법보다 더 높은 차선 인식률을 검출하기 위해 촬영된 영상에서 먼저 Normalized Luminance Descriptor와 Normalized Contrast Descriptor값을 각각 연산하여, 두 값의 상관관계를 통해 Normalized Image Quality값을 조절하여 영상의 감마값을 조절한다. 그 뒤 다중의 관심영역을 통해 다중 영역에서 선택적 허프변환 알고리즘을 통한 차선 검출 알고리즘을 적용하여 차량 전방의 차선을 인식한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 평균 27 Frame/sec와 $640{\times}480$ 해상도에서 검증 과정을 가졌다. 결과적으로 주 야간 및 심야를 포함한 도로들에서 평균 97% 이상의 차선 인식률을 보였으며 커브구간이나 차도 내 표식이 많은 구간에서도 성공적인 차선 인식을 보인다.

As headlamp technology advances, newly developed various headlamps were introduced in the market. The objective of this study is to quantitatively analyze the detection distance of the recently developed LED headlamps and existing headlamps, complying with specific technical standard. Background: The detection distance of headlamps is very important to prevent automobile accident at night time. The studies of detection distance of LED, Halogen and HID headlamp have been conducted, but no study has shown the detection distance of pedestrian target with various colors (Black, White, Blue). Method: The experiment of detection distance was conducted with 30 people, which divide into 2 groups as 15 men and 15 women. Automatic transferable target on the rail was manufactured in order to reduce the error of study's result, and ANOVA also conducted to analyze the main effect with sign color, sex and headlamp classified by detection distance. In addition, the luminance by average detection distance was measured as well. Results: The detection distance of headlamps was HID > LED > Halogen. The luminance measure of LED headlamp was lower than HID and Halogen headlamps. Conclusion: The headlamp performs a very significant role for safety at night time but it needs to be improved through assessment of visual characteristics. Also, it needs to be suggested the need of test method for dynamic detection distance concerning technical development is suggested.

The population of House sparrow (Passer domesticus), once a very common bird, has declined markedly in most parts of the world including India. Sparrows were distributed widely in the district Hoogly, West Bengal, India. However over the past few decades, they became not so common in this part of the wo rld. A study has been conductedto establish the database for their current population and to assess the possible causes of their decline at Bandel ($22^{\circ}$52'22''N/$88^{\circ}$22'53''E) placed beside the river Hoogly from September 2008 to May 2009. After prolonged searching, a relatively dense population of sparrow (total subject 270) was found in busy areas of railway station and a nearby market in Bandel. The behavior of these birds was studied extensively from early morning to late night. The noise level of the area varied from 35 to 95 dB with an average of 70.6 dB from 04:30 am-10:30 pm, IST. It was also observed that the sparrows took rest on the site of the tree where the illumination level was low (30-45 lux). Sparrows residing at the Bandel station are habituated with the loud noise, being undisturbed by passing trains. Thus, it can be concluded that in spite of heavy noise of trains, crowdy travelers, and lack of nest sites, they remain at the station because of availability of food in the nearby roadside market. Based on this observation, sound pollution and availability of food are not responsible for their decline.
