This study presents the superiority of his calligraphy by analyzing the use, meaning, and calligraphy of nickname three dragon-man(yong-jeong) written by Kim Junghee before and after exile in Jeju Island. Based on the basic structure of the three dragon-man, the relationship between the times, the context, and the characters was studied. Through this change process, the difference of art engineering with other works was analyzed. Kim Junghee intentionally went through a difficult situation by using a nickname with a dragon. He wrote different meanings, uses, and typefaces of the nickname three dragon-man, depending on the circumstances. Finally, Kim Junghee used 'three dragon-man' to King Heonjong and Monk Choui to express his feelings and intentions. His writing was excellent in art engineering and unique in the world. All were found to be supported by his epigraphy insights. The results of this study will be a new methodology for analyzing the meaning of nicknames of ordinary artists.

The purpose of this study is to find out why Whitney Houston gave healing to people around the world based on Shin Jae-hyo's gwangdaeron (clown theory). In Korean music, gwangdae (廣大, the title of clown) is a nickname dedicated to outstanding artists. Not only is it a clown that cannot be a person, but it does not give a clown a nickname for doing art activities. This is why Shin Jae-hyo, a pansori (Pansori epic chant) theorist and critic in the late 19th century of the Joseon Dynasty, presented the virtues of outstanding artists. There are four outstanding clown conditions claimed by Shin Jae-hyo: appearance (人物), words (辭說), perfect vocal music (得音) and wonderful movements (neoreumsae). These conditions show how difficult it is to be a gwangdae (a prominent artist), or an accomplished artist. We think Whitney Houston is a famous singer who fits these conditions. In her heyday, she was optimized for Shin Jae-hyo's clown theory, while her post-2007 moves are regrettable. However, it is clear that he is a singer who fits well with the title of America's greatest clown. In conclusion, I felt that the best emotion through music was the best healing, and that the best singer was becoming the best healer.

The article studies the discourse and a legal uncertainty of the popular and generally understandable concept of cybercrime. The authors reveal the doctrinal approaches to the definition of cybercrime, cyberspace, computer crime. The analysis of international legal acts and legislation of Ukraine in fighting cybercrime is carried out. The conclusion is made about the need to improve national legislation and establish international cooperation to develop the tools for countering cybercrime and minimizing its negative outcomes. The phenomenon of nicknames is studied as a semantic source, which potentially generates a number of threats and troubles - the crisis of traditional anthroponymic culture, identity crisis, hidden sociality, and indefinite institutionalization, incognito style, a range of manifestations of loneliness - from voluntary solitude to traumatic isolation and forced detachment. The core idea is that it is the phenomenon of incognito and hidden name (nickname and other alternatives) that is the motivational stimulus for the fact of information trouble or crime.

With the enormous advance of communication technology, telephone numbers to be memorized is increased because most people have a lot of telephone numbers. Thus it needs a method for people to easily memorize those telephone numbers. A traditional method is to use Korean nickname by 4 syllable Korean words such as "Pal -li Pal-li," "Yi- sa Yi-sa" whose initial sounds are corresponding to Korean sounds of telephone numbers. However, this method does not apply to all the telephone numbers, and only apply to a few telephone numbers. This paper proposed a Hangul-phone keyboard (TELNICK) considering the reduction of finger's moving distance and the number of strokes, and the generation of Korean nicknames for easy memorizing. This paper also proposes a method to generate many Korean nicknames that can correspond to 4-digit or 3-digit telephone numbers by using TELNICK keyboard and presents the form of Korean nicknames that can correspond to 7-digit or 8-digit telephone numbers.t telephone numbers.

The 'Half outside and half inside(半表半裏)' is the part which is located between outside and inside, and it is regarded as the nickname of ShaoYang(少陽) in Sanhanlun(傷寒論). About the meaning of 'Half outside and half inside', many medical scientists agreed that the 'outside' is 'TaiYang(太陽)', but they didn't agreed the meaning of 'inside'. One group insisted the 'inside' is 'YangMing (陽明)', the other group instisted that 'TaiYin(太陰)'. To know which opinion is correct, I analyed the Kwigyung(歸經) of herbs in Soshihotang(小柴胡湯) which has a close relationship with ShaoYang, and it is proved that the Kwigyung of herbs is the Foot ShaoYang-GALL BLADDER Meridian(足少陽膽經), Hand TaiYin-LUNG Meridian(手太陰肺經), and Foot TaiYin-SPLEEN Meridian(足太陰脾經). So I concluded that the 'inside' is not 'YangMing' but 'TaiYin'.

Subjects : A literature research on the constitution and medicinal effect & adaptation diseases of "Bullsusan". "Bullsusan" is a herbal prescription composed of Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸) and Cnidii Rhizoma(川芎). Objectives : Through the researching on the records of "Bullsusan" in Korean Traditional Medical Books, gain the literature evidence for adaptation to these days child labor as a pre-labor keeping herbal medicine. And have detailed consideration on the constitution of prescription and medicinal effect & adaptation diseases of "Bullsusan". Methods : First, researched the records of "Bullsusan" in Korean Traditional Medical Books which were included at A Series of Korean Medicine(韓國醫學大系) and analysed component ratio, nickname, herbal manufacture and drug processing method, medicinal effect and adaptation diseases. Second, referred related Korean and Chinese researches that examined the medicinal effect and adaptation diseases of "Bullsusan" by scientific experimentation. Conclusions : We found total 46 records of "Bullsusan" from 20 kinds of Korean Traditional Medical Books included at A Series of Korean Medicine. Prescription component ratio of Angelicae Gigantis Radix and Cnidii Rhizoma were 3:2, 1:1, 2:1, 1:1. 3:2 had most 20 records and 1:1 had second 14 records. Especially 1:1 had a tendency of having nickname "Goonguitang", but not must had. First herbal manufacture was powder, it had 8 records. First drug processing method was decocting with water and alcohol, had 19 records. Medical Effects of "Bullsusan" can be induced to next 8, that were "remove get bad blood, give birth new blood", "easy labor by reducing fetal volume", "acceleration of labor", "test of fetal survival, elimination of dead embryo", "elimination of placenta", "revive", "allaying pain", "nourish the blood". From these medical effects, 9 adaptation diseases can be induced. That were "threatened abortion", "womb ache and vaginal bleeding by spontaneous abortion", "pre-labor keeping(prevention of hard labor)", "acceleration of labor", "hard labor", "missed abortion", "postnatal vaginal bleeding, dizziness, asthma, headache, womb ache", "postnatal mastoptosis and mastodynia", "first aid symptom like as dizziness, unconsciousness, stroke caused by excessive bleeding". The medical effect of "acceleration of labor" and "elimination of placenta" have been examined by modern clinical research. The effect of "remove get bad blood, give birth new blood", "allaying pain" and "nourish the blood" have been examined by modern experimental study. But overdosing on "Bullsusan" to pregnant mouse can cause natural abortion, so the proper dose of "Bullsusan" in pregnant period is very important.

This paper tries to show the formation of 'Kyungpook School' that is a nickname given to mathematicians of Kyungpook National University (KNU). In the early period, the role of professor Park Jung-gi was the most important drive to set the research tradition. He made Korea's first english journal in mathematics, Kyungpook Mathematical Journal KMJ which became a cornerstone for students to join the international academic community. Professor Ki U-hang published the most amount of papers in Korea in 1970s and became a role model for young scholars. In this background, KNU's Topology and Geometry Research Center at KNU was chosen as the only Science Research Center in mathematics in 1989, and KNU's mathematicians could get a long-period support for capable mathematics researchers' community.

The purpose of this study was to develop the cognitive behavioral group counseling program to relieve elementary children of speech anxiety and to examine its effects. The program was developed on the basis of the cognitive, affective, and behavioral activities. The cognitive activities were based on the REBT procedures, and affective activities included making child's nickname, finding out his own strengths and exchanging positive feedback each other and behavioral activities included training assertiveness, coaching and practicing speech behavior etc, Subjects were 14 elementary children from M elementary school in Gwangju. They had the highest scores at the speech anxiety test which was administrated to all the sixth graders of M elementary school. Seven subjects were randomly allocated to experimental group and control group respectively. Two speech anxiety tests and one speech behavior checklist were administrated as pre- and post-tests. The collected data was analyzed by ANCOVA. Research results demonstrated that the experimental group showed statistically significant changes in the scores of the speech anxiety test and the speech behavior checklist comparing with the control group. Then it was accepted that the program which was developed in this study could make effects on the reduction of elementary children's speech anxiety.

The object of this dissertation is to teach the divorced inmates the method to deal with the conflicts which they have had. This program constitutes 10 terms session, and the participants are 6 at first, but reduced one latter. In the process of the program, when making nickname, the participants preferred the words that present their personal emotion and experience. And the participation rate by each participants were ascent more and more in accordance with the process. After the whole process of the program, we executed conflict-dealing scale test before and after the program. The result showed that 'Patience' and 'Siloam' presented change from emotional dealing to rational dealing. 'Sea', 'Jin' and 'Birth' presented higher level of emotional dealing than before the test. Therefore Through this result, we knew that conflict-dealing method program improved the skills and abilities which are used for the situation making conflicts.
