우리는 4차 산업혁명이라는 편리한 시대에 살고 있으며, 새로운 기술의 발전으로 인해 풍요로운 생활을 하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명은 로봇기술, 생명과학, 인공지능이 주도하는 차세대 산업혁명으로, 스포츠도 융복합 연구의 필요성이 제기되면서 스포츠의 학문적 기초를 위한 노력들이 계속되고 있다. 최근에는 코로나19로 인한 홈트레이닝이 주목받고 있는데, 그 중 필라테스는 인기가 높으며 그와 동시에 관련 용품들의 수요도 급증했다. 이는 코로나19가 스포츠산업 생태계에 영향력을 주었음을 단적으로 보여주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 필라테스의 정확한 특허 정보를 통해 현재의 동향을 파악하고 향후 스포츠 융복합 산업과 스포츠 지식재산 관련 연구의 기초자료로 사용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 특허청 특허정보 검색서비스인 키프리스(KIPRIS, www.kipris.or.kr)에서 제공하는 자료를 활용하여 2010년 1월 1일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지의 자료를 통해 특허 상태분석, 국제특허분류(IPC) 특허분석, 분류별 세부 특허분석을 실시하였다.

스마트폰/스마트패드와 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 빠르게 성장하면서 N-스크린 서비스가 관심받기 시작했다. 하지만 다양한 OS/플랫폼으로 인하여 콘텐츠 개발시간과 비용이 증가하면서 N-스크린 서비스 활성화에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 최근 차세대 웹표준으로 예측되고 있는 HTML5 기반의 N-스크린 서비스 플랫폼 표준규격을 수립하였다. 본 연구로 수립된 표준규격은 서비스 제공자 측면에서 서비스 인프라 및 단말기에 무관하게 효율적이고 용이하게 N-스크린 서비스를 개발/제공하기 위한 표준규격을 수립하였다. 그리고, 본 연구로 수립된 표준규격은 N-스크린 서비스 시나리오 적용을 통하여 표준규격의 적정성을 검토하였다.

IT기술과 의료정보기술을 융합한 U-Healthcare서비스의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 차세대 의료 서비스의 새로운 패러다임인 U-Healthcare 서비스는 많은 이용자에게 편의성을 보장하기 때문에 사회에서 그 중요성이 인식되고 있으며, 다양한 사업화 모델을 통한 상용화 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 다양한 U-Healthcare 서비스 시장이 안전하게 형성되기 위해서는 정부주도의 의료정보에 대한 체계화를 위한 표준과 의료법을 통한 다양한 사회 구조적 정책의 수립이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 첫째, U-Healthcare 서비스와 정책가이드에 대한 연구를 살펴본다. 둘째, 안전한 U-Healthcare 서비스의 보안위협 요소를 분석한다. 분석된 보안 위협요소를 보안의 중요 3대 요소인 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성을 기준으로 분류하여 각 요소별 보안정책을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 도서관의 디지털화 수준을 평가하기 위한 항목을 개발하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 디지털도서관 관련 문헌을 분석하고, 전문가 자문 및 의견수렴과정을 거쳐, 최종적으로 13가지 차원의 비교축을 도출하였다. 이는 수서, 장서(물리적 온라인컬렉션), 분류목록, 대출반납, 참고서비스, 이용자서비스, 도서관프로그램서비스, 공간서비스, SNS 서비스, 도서관의 조직 및 직원, 장비제공서비스, 차세대서비스, '우리 도서관의 디지털화 수준의 디지털화 수준' 등이다. 1차적으로 도출된 디지털화수준 평가항목에 대해 현장사서들의 검증과정을 거치기 위해 설문조사를 수행했으며, 전체적으로 보았을 때 전통적 평가항목의 적절성에 대한 평균은 3.82이고 디지털 평가항목의 적절성에 대한 평균은 4.08로 나타났다. 따라서 도서관의 디지털화 수준을 평가하기 위해 본 연구에서 제안한 평가 항목들은 상당히 적절하다고 할 수 있다.

As the high-speed internet access market steadily nears its maturity phase, growth is quickly tapering off and competition, intensifying. As a result telecommunications companies are at present faced with the urgent need to evolve away from a growth model based on continuous acquisition of new subscribers. The recent convergence of telecommunication and broadcasting has come about precisely at this transitional period in the telecommunications market, and is perceived by the industry both as a new business opportunity and as a threat. TV-based VOD(Video on Demand), for one, is able to attract new customers desiring multimedia services of superior quality and to lock-in existing customers. Meanwhile, the latest evolution in network development is brightening the market prospect for TV-based VOD. The service has now hit the market, deployed over VDSL networks - a next-generation high-speed internet - and advanced cable modem networks, delivering high-definition DVD-quality videos. TV-based VOD is a service whose deployment is closely linked to the evolution of subscriber networks. According to the forecast produced by the present study, based on the forecast on the post-ADSL market and a survey conducted on VOD, as post-ADSL subscribers increase from 1.53 million in 2003 to 4.44 million in 2004, and 9.87 million in 2006, the percentage of post-ADSL subscribers with intention to also subscribe to a VOD service is expected to rise from 16% to 34% in 2006. Accordingly, VOD subscribers are estimated to increase from 0.24 million in 2003 to 0.98 million in 2004 and to 3.35 million in 2006.

데이터 트래픽의 증가와 대용량 실시간 서비스와 관련된 요구사항들의 증가는 음성이나 전용선 서비스를 주된 목적으로 하는 기존의 시간분할 다중화(TDM: Time Division Multiplexing) 기반 네트워크에서 좀 더 유연하고 동적인 구성이 가능한 광 네트워크로의 전환을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 광 네트워크는 데이터, 비디오, 그리고 음성을 전달할 수 있는 다수의 채널을 제공하는 핵심 인프라가 되었다. 이를 위해 차세대 패킷광 통합망은 네트워크 이상이 발생하여도 용인할 수 있는 수준의 서비스를 지속적으로 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 신속하고 최적화된 복구(restoration) 정책은 GMPLS(Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching) 기반 제어평면을 사용으로 하는 차세대 패킷광 통합망의 가장 중요한 요구사항이 되었다. 본 논문은 GMPLS 기반 다계층 패킷광 통합망에서 신속하고 일원화된 복구를 지원하기 위한 계층적인 다계층 복구방식을 살펴보고 이를 지원하기 위한 구현방식을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 또한 본 논문에서는 기존의 신호 및 라우팅 프로토콜을 수정하지 않고 제안한 방식을 구현할 수 있는 방안의 제안을 목적으로 하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 FLV를 적용한 차세대 인터넷 방송 솔루션을 설계 및 구현하였다. 현재 현장에서 방송중인 HD급 영상을 실시간으로 압축하여 인터넷 생방송은 물론 VOD 서비스가 가능한 시스템으로 온라인을 통해 인터넷 LIVE 방송 및 VOD 서비스 그리고 UCC 서비스를 손쉽게 운영할 수 있도록 지원하는 솔루션이다. 카메라 및 VOD 영상을 H264코덱을 사용하여 실시간으로 압축하여 MPEC4, WMV 등의 영상을 인터넷 및 스마트폰에 실시간 스트리밍으로 지원하는 시스템으로 첫째, 카메라 영상의 실시간 녹화기능을 갖춘 국내 최초의 실시간 인코더 시스템(Real time encoder system)이며, Web 및 스마트폰 환경에 적합한 최신의 코덱 기술을 지원하며, 소프트웨어 제품이다. 둘째, 동영상을 MP4 플레이어로 재생이 가능하며, 사용자 채팅 및 커스터 마이징(customizing)이 가능한 양방향 인터넷 방송 시스템이다. 셋째, CMS(Contents Management System) 기능은 동영상 콘텐츠 및 강좌 관리 콘텐츠를 안드로이드 폰 및 아이폰을 통해 실시간으로 스트리밍 서비스가 가능하다.

최근 웨어러블 디바이스를 통한 다양한 개인 정보를 수집하고 이를 활용하는 분야가 활성화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰과 함께 일상 생활에서 착용하여 사용이 용이한 웨어러블 디바이스인 스마트워치를 통하여 심박 정보를 수집하고, 이를 위치 정보와 결합한 분석을 토대로 해당 위치에서의 감정 맞춤형 장소 추천이 가능한 어플리케이션을 개발한다. 이는 감정 추론 결과에 위치 정보를 추가함으로써 개인화서비스 제공 분야의 활용도를 높일 수 있으며, 부가적인 장치가 필요 없이 단지 스마트폰의 어플리케이션과 스마트워치의 사용으로 정보 수집과 분석이 이루어지므로 다양한 맞춤형 서비스 제공에 용이하게 활용될 수 있다.

e-Health/u-Health has generally been considered as an expansion of current medical and medical relevant segments. However. as e-Health/u-Health has been known to have typical attributes and characteristics of services supporting a physically and mentally well-balanced life of its users, we can rationally assume that e-Health/u-Health can be not only an expansion of the existing medical field but also a result of the complex and sophisticated convergence among diverse industries such as the ICT industry. traditional care-relevant segments, etc. Thus, in this study, we carefully and cautiously consider e-Health/u-Health in accordance with both possible scenarios: 1) an expansion of a typical industry, and 2) a result of a convergence among various industries. The advent of new technologies, rapid development of current technologies, and convergence trends in various fields are creating dramatic innovations in the next generation health services market. Consumerism as a characteristic of c-Health/u-Health can be expected to find a solution of the existing healthcare service problems. In the initial phase. mainly due to the absence of a vanguard, as well as to various legalistic and regulative limitations, the role of the government would be immensely critical for the successful early settlement of the e-Health/u-Health industry. Both the government and private sector need to practice continuous and effective public education and publicity mainly to increase the overall recognition and usability of e-Health/u-Health services. Nursing as a unique professional discipline should be well aware of the new paradigm shift of the healthcare market, and make maximum use of the possibility of this trend to the advent of the professional nursing's new role.

ITU-T's NgN(Next generation Network) architecture is expected to offer a new Internet platforms such as QoS(Quality of Service) guaranteed services as it overcame the limitations of the existing best-effort Internet architecture. However, policy development crucial for the NgN framework(e.g., interconnections and billing) is lagging far behind technology development. For example, arguments over network neutrality clearly indicate little understanding of the Internet industry structure where diverse providers including ISP and CP coexist. This study employs a network economics approach to predict how the competitive landscape involving various providers will evolve under the traffic-based billing system under the NgN environment. Applied is the non-cooperative game theory, in particular, Stackelberg's repeated game in order to build and analyze model for competition among those providers. We also studied possible impacts that CPs would have on the competitive landscape if they have an option to replace ISP: i.e., CDN(Content Delivery Network) provider. Lastly, based on the model analysis and experiments, presented are their implications to policy development and tile future prospect.
