DNP3.0을 이용한 과전류 계전기 에이전트의 통신 방안 연구 (A Study on communication method between OverCurrent Relay Agents using DNP 3.0)

  • In this paper, the communication between Over-Current Relay agents is realized using DNP(Distributed Network Protocol), which is the standard communication protocol of distribution automation system in KEPKO. The key words in OCR agent communication are defined and represented by use of DNP application function code. And the DNP index for OCR agent is defined. The proposed communication scheme is tested by use of Communication Test Harness, a test tool for DNP protocol to show its soundness.

  • This paper suggests an optimal parameter setting method by use of parametric protectability index, as the objective function. In this paper, a gradient based optimization method is used under the assumption that the initial values of a parameter is in a convex set including the optimal value, which is verified by a plenty of simulation studies. The proposed method is applied to a sample distribution network to shows its effectiveness.

  • 본 논문에서는 강력한 하드웨어 게임콘솔을 타깃으로 제작되는 넥스트 제너레이션 게임의 탄생배경과 의미, 그 새로운 개념의 등장으로 인해 현 게임인더스트리에 요구되어지는 제작구조의 변화를 슈터게임을 중심으로 분석했으며, 이 전의 슈터게임 애니메이션 파이프라인과 구별되는 넥스트 제너레이션 게임 애니메이션의 필요성과 그 제작과정을 정리하였다. 더불어 최근 북미 게임 인더스트리에서 시도되고 있는 기술적 도전들을 살펴봄으로써 넥스트 제너레이션 게임의 새로운 가능성과 과제들을 연구하는 것이 본 논문에 목적이다.

  • This paper has described in Electric Vehicle Battery Management System(EV BMS). EV BMS manages the input/output energy of the traction battery, and provides the optimum environment condition during charging/ driving through the communication with other controllers. In this paper, we introduce our BMS for Santa Fe EV. Hyundai Motor Company has been developed EV since 1990. Recently, Santa Fe EV has been demonstrating with the environmental friendly technology. Two year real road testing program with electric powered Santa Fe is being undertaken by HMC in Hawaii.

  • In this paper, a communication module is proposed to be applied to communication between over current relay (OCR) agents in multi agent protection system. A multi agent system can achieve a global goal beyond the ability of each individual agent by working together, in which it is the prerequisite for each agent to be able to exchange or share information or processing status with other agent. The proposed communication module is purposed to enable not only each agent to bring about its own goal, but also the whole protective system to provide much improved coordinated protection. It is applied to a self adaptive protection system for a distribution network using multi agent concept to show its effectiveness.

  • The digital current differential relaying scheme is widely used for primary protection of 765(kV) power transformer. The current differential relay pickup the internal fault at the threshold which is set at 30% of rating current. Margin of 30% include current transformer error 5%, relay error 5%, on load tap changer error 7% and margin factor 140% obtained from the field experience. In this paper transformer protection relay and relay setting rule of high voltage power system are discussed. And we verify the correctness of relay setting rule with current differential relay using Matlab simulation.
