With the spread of COVID-19 infections, the need for next-generation learning management system for undact education is rapidly increasing, and the Ministry of Education is planning future education through the establishment of fourth-generation NEIS. If the fourth-generation NEIS System is well utilized, there are advantages such as providing personalized education services and activating the use of educational data, but a solution to the illegal access problem in an access control environment where strict authorization is difficult due to various user rights. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based access control audit system for next-generation learning management. Sensitive personal information is encrypted and stored using the proposed system, and when the auditor performs an audit later, a secret key for decryption is issued to ensure auditing. In addition, in order to prevent modification and deletion of stored log information, log information was stored in the blockchain to ensure stability. In this paper, a hierarchical ID-based encryption and a private blockchain are used so that higher-level institutions such as the Ministry of Education can hierarchically manage the access rights of each institution.

본 논문은 디지털시대의 변화와 코로나 19로 인해 차세대 디지철 시대는 새로운 교육 환경으로 진화하고 변화하는 교육 페러다임이 바뀌고 있다. 최근 지속적으로 성장하고 인기 있는 AR, VR 현장 실감형 콘텐츠를 교육에 활용 할 때 더욱 학습 효과가 있다는 다양한 이론과 사례분석을 통해 교육과정, 비 교육과정에 직접 접목하여 활용하고 그 효과를 통한 모형을 제시하여 수업의 질적 양적 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

Smart education in the information window, type talent in modern society is changing as talented smart shoes, smart automation creative talent through education, training can be called education revolution. In other words, the advent of smart devices, such as knowledge and information and to actively growing individual customized training paradigm change in the way education and training to reflect this approach. Therefore, in this paper, a smart learning environment based technologies for implementing the system was designed to be the next generation of cloud computing and N screen-based smart education system was studied. From this, educational functions and features in a smart media environment, based on the analysis of the utilization of a smart education system, which maximizes the system design were studied.

This paper presents a model of e-learning based on ubiquitous computing configuration. First of all, we survey the advanced e-learning systems for foreign and domestic universities. Next we propose the optimal e-learning model based on ubiquitous computing configuration. The proposed e-learning model as following. we propose the e-learning system's hardware and software configurations, that are server and networking systems. Also, we construct the proposed e-learning systems's services. There are attendance and absence service, class management service, common knowledge service, score processing service, facilities management service, personal management service, personal authorization issue management service, campus guide service, lecture-hall management service. Then we propose the laboratory equipment management service, experimental materials management service etc. The proposed model of e-learning based on ubiquitous computing configuration will be able to contribute to the next generation university educational paradigm.

In this study, the standard model of next-generation software(SW) education was developed to expand SW education for fostering future talents and to prepare a consistent SW education application system for elementary, middle and high schools in the next revised curriculum. To this end, based on the study of the standard model for elementary and secondary SW education conducted in 2017~2018 academics, basic research and analysis on domestic and foreign SW education, public forums of related organizations and experts, global SW education workshops, and public hearings are held. Through this process, a consistent application system for SW education in elementary, middle, and high schools was established, and the next generation SW education standard curriculum model that can be connected to higher education and industry was developed.

We expect u-Education based on ubiquitous information and technology will be the next generation education system. We performed a comparative study of well designed school homepage at H elementary school and the other case of homepage at C elementary school in Seoul. We conclude the former shows better performance and educational achievement under U-Learning environment and we propose a next generation U-Learning system architecture.

This paper present a method of education configuration for U-learning. The proposed U-Learning configuration is more upgrade than earlier method. Quantitatively, there are no problem regarding new doctoral degree holders in the field of international trade, but the quality of the degrees does not meet the level of academic potential expected by recruiters. The purpose of this study is to identify current problems of doctoral education to cultivate future generations of scholars in international trade, and to suggest some alternatives to improve doctoral programs through surveys and focused group Results of this studies show that the major issues are a lack of full-time applicants and a demand for doctoral degree holders, and poor coursework. For doctoral education programs to successfully cultivate next generation academicians in the field of international trade, it is imperative for graduate schools to recruit distinguished full-time students. For this purpose, graduate schools must offer sufficient financial support packages as well as provide their students with good coursework and rigorous procedures on defending their dissertation. In addition, some graduate schools that mainly admit part-time students need to focus more on the quality of their doctoral degrees. Finally, preferential treatment of recruitment procedures might be helpful in expanding employment opportunities for new doctoral degree holders in international trade.
