New occurrence of Cupressinocladus sp. from the Lower Cretaceous Jinju Formation, Shindong Group, Korea

  • Cupressinocladus sp. found from the upper part of the Jinju Formation of the Shindong Group, Korea is described here based on the newly found leafy shoots. This species is characterized by the branched leafy shoot with decussate scale leaves. The presence of Cupressinocladus in the Jinju Formation indicates that the Early Cretaceous flora-sites in Eastern Eurasia are in a close association with territories of the mixed-type floras. The finding of this species records the first report for the Nakdong flora.

  • Paraplectana sakaguchii Uyemura, 1938 is a ultra rare species belonging to Araneidae worldwide. This species was collected by sweep net between the shrubs at the foot of mountainous region in August, 2012. This species is briefly described and illustrated in this report. The spider genus Paraplectana is also newly recorded to Korean spider fauna.

  • We report the development of a surface discharge preionized KrF discharge Laser with a new type of high-brightness Corona preionizer using a segmented columnar $BaTiO_3$ dielectric. This Laser characteristic was higher value than that obtained with the conventional corona preionizer using a glass, $Al_2O_3ceramic$, Kapton film, or a Teflon insulator.

Robust Digital Nonlinear Friction Compensation (견실한 비선형 마찰보상 이산제어)

  • This report suggests a new non-linear friction compensation for digital control systems. This control adopts a hysteric nonlinear clement which can introduce the phase lead of the control system to compensate the phase delay comes from the inherent time delay of a digital control. The Lyapunov direct method is used to prove the asymtotic stability of the suggested control, and the stability and the effectiveness are verified analytically and experimentally on a single axis servo driving system.

  • In this report, a new method compounding the electrolytic machining with ball end milling process to increase the machining efficiency was introduced. And the cutting characteristics by electrolytic machining conditions was examined. From the experimental results, it was confirm-ed that effect of cutting force reduction obtained at the condition of transpassive state of electrolytic machining conditions.

  • We report four genera and species, Aoplus rufulus (Uchida, 1925), Bystra kusukusensis (Uchida, 1929), Setanta apicalis (Uchida, 1926), and Zanthojoppa speciosa (Uchida, 1926), of the subfamily Ichneumoninae for the first time in Korea. Photographs and descriptions are provided to aid their identification.

  • Desmotimmia mirabilis (Timm), a rarely known desmoscolecid nematode species, was discovered for the first time from the Yellow Sea off southwestern coast of Korea. This is the third record of the species, and the first report from the northwestern Pacific region. Redescription is prepared on the basis of a male specimen from South Korea.

  • Community noise has been serious social issues in Korea. The community noise concerns on traffic, industrial and apartment complex noise. In industrial noise, construction, factory sectors are included. This paper summerizes the final report prepared for MOE in 2005 by authors. The new policy will be enforced beginning in 2006 with 5 year schedule. Details on the policy will be demonstrated at the presentation.

  • In this report, we provide the focus on suggesting a method of estimating & measurement of CBM(Customer Behavior Model). Through the use of internet, a new trend of business for e-CRM on B2C Web Site which is now known as EC has emerged. The Purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the customers of a shopping mall and CBM characteristics. Result showed that there is a significant relationship between the some customers pattern of shopping mall and CBM, CVM(Customer Visit Model).
