우리나라는 1999년에 공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률을 제정하여 기록의 생산과 등록을 의무화 하였다. 이후 2006년 법령의 개정을 통하여 "공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률"이 "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률"로 전부 개정되어 기능 및 역할에 대한 내용 또한 많은 것이 바뀌었다. 이 법에 따르면 지방기록물관리기관 의무 설치대상 기관은 17개의 광역자치단체이지만 2018년 현재 서울특별시와 경상남도를 제외하고는 지방기록물관리기관의 설립을 추진하고 있는 곳은 없다. 이에 대구광역시를 대상으로 이관 의무기관 14곳의 보존기간 30년 이상 기록물과 기록관의 기록관리 현황을 분석함으로써 대구광역시 지방기록물관리기관의 설립 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 변경된 사서직 공무원 시험제도가 사서직 직무전문성을 향상시키는 방향으로 개정이 되었는지에 대한 인식을 현직 사서공무원 대상의 설문을 통해 파악하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 사서직 공무원 채용에 사서직 직무전문성을 갖춘 인재채용을 위한 시험과목과 채용제도의 개선안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 현직 사서공무원은 변경된 사서직 8 9급공무원 공채 시험과목이 사서직 직무전문성을 가진 사람을 채용하는데 있어 실용성이 없는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 응답자의 78.5%가 변경된 과목(행정학개론, 사회, 과학, 수학)보다는 사서직 전공과목을 위주로 필기시험과목을 조정해야 한다고 생각하고 있었다. 셋째, 전문성 향상을 위한 사서직 공무원 공개채용 시험과목으로 '도서관경영론', '정보조직론', '장서관리론' 과목이 필요하다고 생각하는 것으로 조사되었다.

공공 디자인에서 공공성의 실현 여부를 판단하는 데는 해당 디자인의 수행 과정과 방향성 등 다양한 측면이 고려 돼야한다. 공공 디자인이란 공공성을 갖춘 디자인이다. 그럼에도 무엇보다도 사용자에게 미적관심을 유발시키는 것이 우선이다. 한편, 디자인의 편의성은 심미성을 높이는데 기여하기도 한다. 연구자가 시도한 융복합적인 인터랙션을 적용한 공공디자인은 공공장소에서 사적 영역의 보호와 같은 공공성을 체험토록 기획하였다. 꽃술을 모티브로 하여 심미성에 바탕을 두면서 기능적으로는 뉴미디어의 인터랙션을 활용한 이 공용 벤치 디자인 제안은 사용자의 미적 반응에서 시작하여 편의성과 쾌적함 나아가 사용자가 체험하는 공공성의 경험이 공공 디자인의 의미와 가치판단을 가능하게 하는 요소임을 제시한다.

농업 기업가의 과학 기술적 경향은 새로운 기회를 식별하고 탐구하기 위해 필요해지고 있다. 최근 연구에 따르면 신기술의 채택은 기업가적 지향(EO)의 광범위한 접근법과 일치한다. 농업의 타당성이 증가하고 있다고 해도, 기업가적 연구는 대체로 이 도전적인 분야를 간과해 왔다. 게다가, 문헌에는 경험적 연구가 상대적으로 부족하고 여전히 연구되어야 하는 부분이며 잠재력이 있다고 논하고 있다. EO의 문헌에서 비롯된 이 연구는 농업 분야인 HEO(Humanine Entrepreneural Orientation)의 접근을 제안한다. 이 논문은 HEO의 다양한 치수가 농가의 신기술 채택 성향에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 경험적 분석을 제안한다. 모든 결과는 기업, 연구 시스템 및 공공 정책에 대한 몇 가지 시사점을 강조한다. 농업이 매우 특이한 분야이고 제조업과 상당히 다르더라도 농민도 기업인으로 볼 수 있으며 기업가정신을 따를 수 있다고 본다. 따라서, 경험적 연구의 상대적 부족인 농업 EO에 대한 문헌을 본 연구를 통해 풍부하게 할 수 있다고 본다.

The new medical technology assessment system has a basic goal of protecting the public's health rights and promoting the development of the new medical technology with safe and effective medical technology that has been scientifically proven. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the activation of the new medical technology evaluation system by analyzing the application cases of the dental field after the implementation of the new medical technology evaluation system and proposing an efficient approach to approach the new medical technology evaluation system. The number of related literature and medical technology evaluation results are not significant in dental applications, the number of cases and the length of follow-up period of the relevant medical technology adopted as the new medical technology was far higher. As the speed of medical technology development increases, medical technology is expected to develop in the dental field as well. To introduce the medical technology to the clinical site, access to the correct direction of evidence is required to collect and objectify data at the medical site in order to prepare a literary basis for the medical technology.

Recently, number of tablet or Smartphone users increased significantly in domestic and around the world. But violation of personal information such as leakage, misuse and abuse are constantly occurring by using mobile devices which is very useful in our society. Therefore, in this paper it will talk about the problems in the network environment of the mobile environment such as tablet and Smartphone, Mobile Malware, hacking of the public key certificate, which could be potential threat to mobile environment. This thesis will research for people to use their mobile devices more reliable and safer in mobile environment from invasion and leakage of personal information. In order to use Smartphone safely, users have to use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth carefully in the public area. This paper will research how to use App safely and characteristic of risk of worm and Malware spreading. Because of security vulnerabilities of the public key certificate, it will suggest new type of security certification. In order to prevent from the information leakage and infect from Malware in mobile environment without knowing, this thesis will analyze the improved way to manage and use the mobile device.

노인들을 위한 정보서비스는 우리나라 공공도서관의 새로운 도전이다. 공공도서관을 주체로 하는 인터넷기반 노인정보서비스를 개발하기 위하여 노인들의 정보원 정보요구 그리고 정보이용 현황을 조사하였다. 1060명의 노인에 대한 면접조사를 수행하여 분석한 결과, 노인들은 대중매체와 비공식 구두 커뮤니케이션을 선호하며, 요구정보는 건강의료, 뉴스, 취미, 종교, 레저여행의 순서로 나타났다. 23%에 해당하는 인터넷 이용 노인들의 활용현황과 인터넷 비이용자들의 장애요인을 식별하였다. 분석결과와 선행연구를 기초로 하여, 정보개발 참고봉사 인터페이스 교육 등으로 구성된 서비스 개발 모델과 협동운영방식을 제안하였고 향후 발전을 위한 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다.

This study was carried out by using questionnaires with 200 general doctors serving as the director of health subcenter in Kyongsangbuk-do Province as of January 1995. The results are summarized as follows. It was shown that the general characteristics consisted of 53 directors in the lst year(26.5%), 85 in the 2nd year(42.5%) and 62 in the 3rd year(31.0%). The percentage spent on their medical service showed that 73.0% of those directors spent more than 90% on their medical service. Based on their general service attitiude, 0% answered that the director of the health subcenter completes the given duties as the director, and 24.5% did that the director has the sense of responsibility and duty. Multiple answers concerning inconvenience and difficulties of the health subcenter director showed that less monthly salary accounted for 75.5%, no administrative power for 50.0%, insufficient medical instruments for 35.5%, insufficient budget for 30.0%, respect. In conclusion, in order for the health subcenter to meet the function as the primary medical clinic, it is required to arange the plans to inspire the public health doctors' service desire to that they can give the medical service as good as the private primary medical clinics, to convert existing concept of the public health doctors' placement in Myon administrative district into new concept in Gun by breaking from a uniform placement, and to consider an intensive placement according to the relevant projects so that preventive health activities can be planned and carried out.

최근 들어 선진국에서는 LCC에 대한 평가 제도를 활발히 활용 중에 있고, 우리나라는 건설공사비용을 절감하기 위하여 그 제도를 신규로 도입하고 있는 실정이다. 그리고 새로운 정부공사 발주방식인 "기술제안형 입찰방식" 도입에 따라 시설물 LCC를 평가하는 가격평가방식이 필요하게 되었다. 그러나 현재 우리나라는 BTL과 턴키 프로젝트에서 LCC를 평가하고 있으나 평가요소와 기준이 불명확하여 평가에 어려움을 겪고 있고 BTL과 턴키를 제외한 공공건설사업은 LCC 평가가 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 LCC를 체계적이고 객관적인 평가를 위한 평가기준을 제시하고자 한다.

전자상거래의 활성화에 따라 이동매체의 안전에 대한 요구사항이 늘어나고 있다. 이동매체간의 호환성을 제공하기 위해서는 보안 API(Application Programming Interface)가 쉽고 안전하게 설계되어져야한다. 현재 많은 제품과 개발에 호환성과 확장성 표준을 제시하고 있는 RSA사의 PKCS(Public Key Cryptographic Standard) #11 인터페이스를 선택하여, 국내 전자서명 표준인 KCDSA(Korean Certificate-based Digital Signature Algorithm) 메커니즘을 제공하고자 한다. 그리고, PKCS #11 보안 API에 새로운 키 관리 함수를 정의하므로써 보다 더 안전한 키 관리 기능도 지원한다. KCDSA 개인키와 공개키의 객체 속성과 템플릿을 정의하고, KCDSA 메커니즘으로 전자서명을 생성하고 검증할 수 있도록 한다. KCDSA 메커니즘을 제공하는 PKCS #11을 설계 및 구현하여 성능평가하고, 보안성 및 호환성에 대하여 비교분석한다.
