  • Today, customer-requirements are getting various, so manufacturing companies face many problems to reflect them with its' new product development or product variety. As the product model managed by companies is more increasing, there might be much more selection conditions and many kinds of parts requited for it. With those reasons, it demands many different kinds of BOM information for new product development and product variety. Under the those manufacturing environment, we can realize that lots of current products have shared many design property and common parts with those of old version. This thesis present these new products for common characteries are classified design property and common parts with those of old version. with product family and it define with modelling language which is Generic BOM. The suggested prototype programmed with Power Builder 6.0 and Ms-SQL is to help companies manage common parts and develop new product effectively by classifying product family's basic characteries with basic and changable levels.

이종(異種 : Hybrid) 개념을 적용한 목제품(木製品) 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design Development of Wood Products Applied a Concept of Hybrid)

  • This study aimed to examine the theoretical consideration and concept of hybrid that could be applicable to wood product design, to analyze design trend according to the morphological transformation by means of combination of hybrid material and function, to understand the correlation between type of wood product and materials and to apply it to the domestic and overseas hybrid concept of wood product design study. A study of assembling output by empirical experiment to embed natural resources into acrylic resin in order to develop wood products was carried out. And an wood product was suggested that satisfied lighting and hanger function through a new wood product design development combined with hanger function and lighting function. Through such process, a new design paradigm was suggested to cope with the periodic trend and to induce mass production of designed product. Thus, this study set a new guideline for activating wood product design and attempted to meet the social demand of encouraging new value creation.

  • With rapidly changing modem information technology, the structure of our lifestyle has underwent much changes in our society. One of these changes is an immense distribution of computer desks, which became necessities of life in various organizations, companies and public offices as well as at home. Therefore, many companies are faced with the necessity of bringing about a new product with esthetic needs and new functions and come to have opportunities to make profits from top-quality products based on competitive design development. The academic design support program in collaboration with industry can provide design-related industry with a design assistance for a new product development, in addition, it can give to the professional faculty of the college the chances to contribute to advancement of design industry of the nation. To accomplish the need and purpose of this research, the design development of unified computer desks was carried out with the introduction of life-long Universal design concept named ‘Design For All.’ The theoretical background of this study researched all the literature on the terms definition of a computer desk, the concept and definition of Universal design and design support program in collaboration with industry and performed data analyses for a product development through an analysis of domestic products and a benchmarking of foreign products. On the basis of these theoretical background and analysis results, this research brought out a new product through designing processes and the information of this production could be utilized via the feedback of a new product. That is, this research was done for a practical use.

개방형 혁신 성과향상의 선행요인에 관한 실증적 연구 : 공급사와의 신제품개발협력을 중심으로 (Empirical Study on the Determinants of Improving Open Innovation Performance : Based on New Product Development Collaboration with Suppliers)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 외부 혁신 원천의 하나인 공급사와의 기술협력을 중심으로 기술협력의 선행요인들을 식별하고, 이들 선행요인들이 신제품 개발 성과에 실질적인 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 분석을 위하여 2012년 산업통상부와 생산성본부가 함께 수행한 600개 제조업을 대상으로 한 MPS 패널 데이터를 사용하였다. 기술협력의 선행요인으로 신뢰, 통제 및 정보공유를 사용하였고 이들이 공급사와 구매사의 기술협력 성과에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석 하였다. 또한 신뢰, 통제 및 정보공유가 기술협력을 매개로 하여 신제품 성과에 영향을 주고 있는지에 관한 매개분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 두 기업 간 신뢰, 통제 그리고 정보공유는 공급사-구매사의 기술협력 성과에 긍정적으로 작용하고 있으며 기술협력의 수준이 높을수록 신제품성과가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 선행요인 중 신뢰는 기술협력을 매개로하여 신제품 성과에도 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 결과는 기업이 다양한 외부 조직과의 혁신활동 수행에 있어 참여조직 간의 사회적 자산인 신뢰의 형성 및 관리가 개방형혁신 성공에 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 시사한다.

  • Because of fierce competition, the importance of product design has been emphasized. In this case study of Aekyung, we mainly focus on this company's efforts to incorporate design innovation into new product development process. Their efforts on innovative product design turn out to be rewarding as the sales and market share soar. Through this case, we try to identify what aspects of Aekyung's efforts lead to the better and more innovative product design.

  • 현대의 기업 경쟁력은 경쟁력 있는 신제품 개발이 필수적이다. 기업이 지속적인 성장을 하기 위해서는 신제품을 개발해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 제품 설계의 고객의 목소리를 충분히 반영한 제품을 제안하였다. 1차 설계에서 Kano의 매력 품질특성을 반영하여 설계하였고, 2차 설계에선 Kano 품질 특성에서 일원적 품질특성이 Timko가 제안한 고객만족지수 방법을 통하여 찾아진 고객 요구를 만족하는가를 분석하였다. 또한 Kano의 매력품질을 찾는 기법과 Timko의 고객만족지수를 찾는 기법을 신제품 개발에 적용하면 매우 효과적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있다.

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effect of product creativity on the financial performance of new product in the food industry. In addition, the applicability of creative thinking method for the development of creative new food product is examined. Methods: In this study, OPA(Originality-Practicality Analysis) method is applied to evaluate the creativity of 32 new food products of 'H' food company in Korea. Effects of product creativity on the financial performance are analyzed using t-test and logistic regression analysis. In order to examine the applicability of SIT(Systematic Inventive Thinking) for the new product development process, each subject are classified according to five SIT tools. Results: The product group belongs to creative area(CA) shows the highest financial performance among the quadrants of OPA matrix. The products are divided into two groups whether the product can be classified by SIT tools or not. The products belonged to SIT group show higher creativity than non-SIT group. Conclusion: From the result, it can be concluded that product creativity has effect on the financial performance of the new food products, and SIT can be used as a powerful tool in developing creative new food products.

세척기의 구조개선 및 신제품 개발 (Structure Improvement and New Product Development of Cleaning Machine)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 세척기를 구조 변경하여 새로운 세척기를 개발하는데 있다. 세척 성능을 향상시킨 세척기 개발을 위하여 기존의 세척기 구조를 변경하여 설계하였다. 설계 시 프로그램은 CATIA를 사용하였으며 구조해석에 필요한 모델링도 CATIA를 사용하였다. 또한 모델링된 세척기에 대하여 3차원 유한요소해석 프로그램인 ANSYS를 사용하여 구조해석을 실시하였으며 해석결과로서 총변형량, 응력, 변형률을 구하였다. 이러한 구조해석의 결과는 새로운 세척기의 제품개발에 활용되었다.
