This study has analyzed the history of the subcontract animation in Korea that began with Golden Bat of TBC Animation Division in 1966 to 1980s and shed the light on the history of subcontract animation that has been processed over 30 years in Korean animation. For this purpose, through the outlined status of subcontract animation, such as, production company, production status, scale of industry and so forth, the status of the OEM industry then has been checked and it links the solidified background of animation into subcontract production industry with the situation in time for analysis. In addition, on the basis of the foregoing, it is intended to broaden the horizon of the history of animation through the analysis on new search for facilitating the creative animation by overcoming the issues and limits generated by the subcontract animation industry. 1970s was the time that the national objective is to advance heavy-chemical industry and export-led economic growth. From the late 1970s, the animation has been spot lighted as the main-stream export industry through the overseas subcontract orders for animation. Expansion of the subcontract animation production has been influenced from the national policies on public culture, dispersion of color TV, facilitation of video production market and other media changes of the time that led the decline of animation audiences in theaters, and another cause would be in lack of platform of broadcasting companies that avoided the independent animation production for its economic theory. The subcontract animation industry may have the positive evaluation in the aspect of expanding the animation environment, such as, structuring of animation infra, development of new human resources and etc. However, the technology-incentive 'production'-oriented advancement has created distorted structure in advancing the professional human resources due to the absence of 'pre-production' of planning and others as well as the insufficient perception on 'post production (post work)', and it was unable to formulate domestic market by re-investing the capital accumulated for OEM industry into the production of creative animation and it has been assessed as negative aspect. Animation is a cultural and spiritual product of a country. Therefore, the systematic support policy for the facilitation of the creative animation, such as, development of professional human resources, creation of outstanding work, formation of market to make the pre-circulation structure and so forth has to be sought. However, animation is an industry, but there is no perception that it is a cultural industry based on the creativeness, not hardware-oriented manufacturing business. Such a lack of recognition, there was no policies to make the market and facilitate the creative animation by the animation of Korea for this period through the long-term plan and investment for independent work production. Such an attempt is newly begun through diverse searches for protection and advancement of creative animation in Korea after 1990s.
Urban space structure in South Korea when through drastic changes ever since public housing policies began their full-fledge implementation. That is, public housing policies represent the main cause for formation of the current urban space structure, as the public houses are constructed in accordance with changes of demographic/social structure, considering changes of housing demand, in urban spaces demanded by the end users. After rapid industrialization and urbanization in the 1960's, each government in different periods have implemented housing supply policies through massive urban developments, to resolve the issue of housing shortage and residential instability. Phase 1 New Towns were developed in the 1980's resulting in suburbanization of the Seoul Area, followed by urban sprawl due to construction of small-size New Towns after deregulation in the 1990's, and construction of Phase 2 New Towns for resolution of housing shortage in the early 2000's and the resulting urban problems. In the mid-2000's, construction of Bogeumjari houses in GB areas led to insufficient housing supply in downtown areas, and the period after 2010 witnessed continuous deterioration of existing urban areas and acceleration of the rental housing crisis caused by rental housing shortage in downtown areas. Moreover, the residentially vulnerable classes consisting of young, 1~2-member households is expanding, with the real estate market in recess. Therefore, the government is trying to achieve urban regeneration through public housing policies so as to resolve the urban space problem and the housing problem at the same time, and the Happiness Housing Project has been implemented as a policy to achieve that goal. The Happiness Housing Project for young, residentially vulnerable classes in downtown areas, is going through diversification aimed at conjunction with urban regeneration projects in downtown areas, as exemplified by conversion of rental houses in residential environment improvement project districts and redevelopment/reconstruction project districts into happiness housing, and supply of happiness housing in conjunction with small reorganization projects for deteriorated residential areas in such areas as those excluded from New Town designation. Continuous supply of Happiness Housing in conjunction with urban regeneration requires mixed-use residential development which includes convenience facilities and public facilities, along with improvement of rental conditions (rental period/rent) and diversification of project methods, considering that the project is implemented in downtown areas.

This research investigates that role of space-based social capital presented in Dapsimni auto-parts shopping area considering Korean auto-parts industry and the regional characteristics of retailing industrial cluster. For this, it went through the process with in-depth interview and surveys of the owner of Dapsimni, social capital of retailing industrial cluster studied using Lin(1999)'s social capital model by separating formation, accessibility and mobilization of it. The result is that auto-part sellers in Dapsimni make themselves space-based social capital, which provides the profit from certain area: strengthening auto-parts of transaction cost and information exchange among them, creating new market for selling auto-parts. This meant that main factor sustaining the characteristic of retailing industrial cluster despite gradually decline of its role.

Object of this study presents marketing of new market segmentation as what I classify a social stratum, and analyze sense of value about each social class clothes and a taste, but is. The study way used a questionnaire as an investigation study way, and I did execution from September to October in 1999, and the investigation object picked up an any table with the woman university student who lived in Seoul and did investigation, and analysis targeted total 550 people. I used a measurement item of economic capital and cultural capital as a classification item of a social stratum and selected a dwelling, a kind of property, an annual salary of parents as an index of economic capital. Presentation held an occupation of parents, scholarship, culture activity as an index of cultural capital. It is social stratum structure an occupation arranges in 12 job categories by, for your reference, I do a social orbit of the P. Bourdieu which is a French sociologist and an index of inheritance cultural capital, and having set up eight phases of evaluation, and to do a Y, Cultural Capital with X with economic capital. This research targeted discussions on re-utilization of Korean creative economic innovation center. It is meaningless to simply discuss its re-organization. The focus of this study was to find a way that transforms it into totally new one. The study followed several steps. First, it delineated criteria from existing literature for comparing creative eco-system of Silicon valley, Kyoto eco-system and eco-system based on Korean creative economic innovation center. Second, it compared the three eco-systems in details. Third, it discussed a direction for transforming eco-system based on Korean creative economic innovation center. It was suggested that the Kyoto eco-system can be a role model. It was also suggested that governmental role should be changed from controller to facilitatior which stimulates regulation relaxations and helps to establish market formation.

In the 21st century knowledge and information society, Electronic Contracts made with the intention of electronic computer information networks are emerging as a new legal problem which can not be solved in the conventional legal system governing contracts. In other words, the indicator's decision determines the effect and formation of the contracts in the face-to-face or written contracts but electronic decision through computer information network is established the working process of electronic signals-electronic contracts are not only difficult to separate the decision-making process but questioned to be solved by the theory of the general legal action. Ministry of Transportation is scheduled to introduce real estate sales and lease contract using a variety of electronic devices such as computer, tablet PC, smart phones and so on without a paper contract. This system is conducted to global expansion of Seoul in demonstration zone on May 8, 2016 and will be implemented nationwide in the second half of 2017. Electronics contract Real estate has some benefits because made by linking electronic contract system and the electronic registration system - the economic effects discounts on various kinds of fees, the prevention from real estate fraud beforehand and the solution to the complexity of the process the seller and the buyer visits The Real estate agency. However, it has some problem- the disorder in the real estate contract market, the occurrence of the real estate agency accident and the author of the electronic real estate contracts have limited only to realtor. In this paper, I suggest the activation plan to search for establishment and effect of electronic contracts and declaration of intention in electronic depending on the Electronic Contract Real Estate system.
Now, the Korean consumer market enters into the stage of the advanced country type's mature consumption, totally different from the consumption of the past, and among these changes, the quality enhancement and bipolarity of the consumption show clearly the rising trends together with the popularization of the Masstige Brand due to the big expansion of the quantity. Unlike the old luxury brands, available only to the rich people in the past, the Masstige Brands are tagged with reasonable and affordable prices and provide the consumers with the good quality and convenient sensibilities as good as the old famous brands, which have become new high-class brands for the middle-income class. As the middle-come people get more income and are eager to live a better life, the Masstige Brands rise fast. Therefore, the study is aimed at examining the consumer-related factors affecting the purchase of the Masstige Brands on the basis of the fashion brands. In other words, the factors affecting the formation of the positive purchasing intentions of consumers will be verified by examining the influence of such factors, as the consumer value, brand charisma, attitude and loyalty, the variables affecting the purchasing intentions of the Masstige Brands, which are found out through the proceeding researches. As the result of the verification on the assumption, it is found out that the consumer value has a positive influence on the brand charisma. Also, it is found out that the consumer value has a positive influence on the brand attitude. And, it is discovered that the brand charisma has a positive influence on the brand loyalty. It is shown that the brand attitude has a positive influence on the brand loyalty. Lastly, it is indicated that the brand loyalty has a positive influence on the purchasing intention of consumers.

In this study, a new granular type mouthwash with equivalent antibacterial activity to marketed liquid type mouthwash was developed using a material called magnesium aluminometasilicate (Neusilin). This material adsorbs the surface of granules to improve the flowability of granules due to the formation of a eutectic mixture of the main constituents, which have improved flow properties and rapid disintegration time and little residue in the oral cavity. The characteristics of the granules were improved when the amount of Neusilin was 10% or more according to measurements of the granule properties, such as flowability. In addition, a disintegration test in artificial saliva and a sensory test in the human oral cavity were carried out to confirm the improved disintegration characteristics and sensory test results. The antimicrobial test confirmed similar antibacterial activity to that of the liquid oral cleanser already sold in the market. The granular oral cleanser composition prepared in this study can be used for the development of pharmaceuticals containing different drugs with similar characteristics as eutectic mixtures at the same time, which is considered to be useful in the development of medicines in the pharmaceutical industry.

Heavy hydrocarbon reforming is a core technology for "Dirty energy smart". Heavy hydrocarbons are components of fossil fuels, biomass, coke oven gas and etc. Heavy hydrocarbon reforming converts the fuels into $H_2$-rich syngas. And then $H_2$-rich syngas is used for the production of electricity, synthetic fuels and petrochemicals. Energy can be used efficiently and obtained from various sources by using $H_2$-rich syngas from heavy hydrocarbon reforming. Especially, the key point of "Dirty energy smart" is using "dirty fuel" which is wasted in an inefficient way. New energy conversion laboratory of KAIST has been researched diesel reforming for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) as a part of "Dirty energy smart". Diesel is heavy hydrocarbon fuels which has higher carbon number than natural gas, kerosene and gasoline. Diesel reforming has difficulties due to the evaporation of fuels and coke formation. Nevertheless, diesel reforming technology is directly applied to "Dirty fuel" because diesel has the similar chemical properties with "Dirty fuel". On the other hand, SOFC has advantages on high efficiency and wasted heat recovery. Nippon oil Co. of Japan recently commercializes 700We class SOFC system using city gas. Considering the market situation, the development of diesel reformer has a great ripple effect. SOFC system can be applied to auxiliary power unit and distributed power generation. In addition, "Dirty energy smart" can be realized by applying diesel reforming technology to "Dirty fuel". As well as material developments, multidirectional approaches are required to reform heavy hydrocarbon fuels and use $H_2$-rich gas in SOFC. Gd doped ceria (CGO, $Ce_{1-x}Gd_xO_{2-y}$) has been researched for not only electrolyte materials but also catalysts supports. In addition, catalysts infiltrated electrode over porous $La_{0.8}Sr_{0.2}Ga_{0.8}Mg_{0.2}O_3-{\delta}$ and catalyst deposition at three phase boundary are being investigated to improve the performance of SOFC. On the other hand, nozzle for diesel atomization and post-reforming for light-hydrocarbons removal are examples of solving material problems in multidirectional approaches. Likewise, multidirectional approaches are necessary to realize "Dirty energy smart" like reforming "Dirty fuel" for SOFC.

This study aims to understand regional specificity and its impact on the IT service industry in Fairfax County. Fairfax County primarily specializes in the IT service in the United States, and it has cultivated a resilient and unique industrial environment. Business-related initiatives by the federal government have resulted in the influx and expansion of IT service firms, the formation of new small firms, the abundance of skilled workers, and the growth of the IT services related with the federal procurement market, though the government policies do not explicitly intend to affect the industrial path in Fairfax County. Meanwhile, local institutions have provided various programs and services for both incumbent firms and potential entrants, and have recently focused on the accumulation and leverage of relational assets among economic actors through a variety of networking venues.
