문화마케팅을 위한 주택문화관의 트렌드 변화에 관한 연구 (A study on the trend change of Housing Cultural Center for cultural marketing)

  • Recently major construction companies are building Housing Cultural Center instead of existing model house or housing gallery for accomplishing new marketing strategy. This Housing Cultural Center are different with existing model house or housing gallery on scale, spacial composition and operating program. And Background of differentiation is caused by change of housing market's environment, consumer's awareness level, service and marketing strategy. Because existing model house or housing gallery can not supply various consumer's needs and change of awareness level. Therefore, recent Housing Cultural Center is focused on cultural marketing for rapidly adjusting to new customer's need, including new customer acquisition and old customer retention. In accordance with this situation, it is very important to analyze out type and trend of Housing Cultural Center as facility for enlargement of cultural service and companies's social role for consumer. Therefore, the purpose of this study is an analysis about the trend of Housing Cultural Center as cultural space and a presentation of concept, function and direction when other construction companies build Housing Cultural Center hereafter.

  • Recently, according to business conditions ;in domestic are beginning to liven up, there is a lively discussion about new housing construction around the center of the Metropolitan area. It is considerable difficult for estimation of power demand exactly to expand power facilities in these area. However. criterion thesis for estimation of power demand which has been applied in present condition is already passed through the 10 years, the reliability to calculate power demand in these area go down far away. Accordingly, it is raised for methodology to evaluate new type of power demand in new housing development in domestic. This paper presents new criterion thesis for estimation of power demand in new housing development through survey and analysis in example area.

장유신도시 주거환경에 대한 거주 후 평가 (Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Housing Environments of Jangyou New Town in Gimhae)

  • The purpose of the study was to perform the post-occupancy evaluation of housing environments of Jangyou New Town in Gimhae. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from August 10 to 27, 2010, and the sample consisted of 524 respondents living in apartment complexes in Jangyou. The features of housing environment were categorized into unit housing, apartment complex, and neighborhood and total 28 specific items were included in the evaluation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and analysis of variance with Duncan's multiple range tests. The results were as follows: 1) Overall evaluation of housing environment of the residents in Jangyou were relatively high, expecially in floor plan layout of unit housing, self-expression through apartment complex, and natural environment of neighborhood. 2) The demographic and housing variables that had significant influences on the post-occupancy evaluation were age of the respondent, monthly income, apartment size and tenure type of apartment. Respondents who were over sixty years old, with monthly income of less than 2,000,000 won, or living in public rental apartments were more likely to evaluate overall housing environment positively than rest of the respondents.

  • Since Mapo Apartment was introduced as a new urban housing type in the early sixties, apartment has been a typical urban housing in our country. In these days, according to various life-styles and new attitudes about the quality of life, apartment has been developed in various types like high rise residential complex and apartments with special themes. This study has been focused on the transition of modem urban housing in France. The origin of a word, apartment, has been defined and history of apartment in French urban life has been analyzed focusing on the common space and community facilities. Representative apartments in the 18th, 19th and 20th century were selected and comparatively analyzed. Especially in the 19th century, urban housing for working class had been a major concern among the communist and the bourgeoisie and has its own characteristics relative to each other. The characteristics shown in the apartment by the communist in France have been followed in the Korean apartments since 1960's, then the recent trends are rapidly changing in the housing market in Korea. Thus, the findings of this study can be very useful to understand the recent changes of diverse housing types in our society and also be very helpful to prospect our urban housing types in the future according to the changes of new lift styles.

노후 주거 관련 의식에 기초한 한국 베이비붐 세대의 노후 주거대안 제안 (A Suggestion of Housing Alternatives for Korean Baby Boom Generation Based on Their Housing Related Consciousness)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the diverse situations and housing related consciousness affecting baby boom generation's housing and to propose new possible housing alternatives for Korean baby boom generation for their old ages. Surveys were used to conduct 1:1 interviews with the baby boom generation. This study analysed the baby boom generation's housing related consciousness regarding living in old age with/apart from their children, sense of responsibility to their children and parents, expectations of support from their children in old age, current preparedness for old age, reasons for difficulties in realizing plans for housing in old age, and housing values in old age in order to examine this generation's diverse view in relation to preparations for housing in old age. Based on the results of the analysis of variables of housing consciousness in relation to old age by each characteristic of the baby boom generation conducted in investigations of the present study thus explained, housing alternatives in old age were 1)family exchange-type housing in old age 2) multihabitation-type housing in old age 3) housing in old-age with workplaces.

도시지역 단일동 아파트의 계획특성 분석연구 - 대전광역시 단일동 아파트를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Single Housing Block - Focused on Daejeon Metropolitan City -)

  • This paper aims to investigate the design characteristics of a single housing block which is increasing in urban areas. For the analysis, all cases of single block housing in Daejeon metropolitan city were gathered into a database. Main concerns were on the location and the physical characteristics. The results of this study were as follows; 1) single block housing has been increasing both in the new developed areas and the existing urban areas 2) their location has shifted from residential districts to semi-residential and commercial districts. For this reason, the size and density has been increasing 3) the slab block with the hall type and the exterior corridor type were general in residential districts, diverse ones, however, including the point tower type were increasing with unusual circulation types such as central corridor, central core, double corridor, and mixed type in semi-residential and commercial districts 4) there were 5 types of access systems, and especially the street access and the piloti access were increasing, which were related with the high density.

여성전용 셰어하우스의 지역 분포특성과 의미에 관한 연구 - 서울의 운영사 관리형 현장 사례를 중심으로 - (Regional Distribution Characteristics and Meanings of Women-only Shared Housings - A Case Study of Agency-managed Shared Housings in Seoul -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution characteristics of the agency-managed shared housings in Seoul and draw the possible implications from it. The needed data for the study was obtained from an on-line shared housing portal service which provides housing information from various shared housing management agencies. By mapping out the locations and other related data into a GIS(Geographic Information System) program, this study shows that shared housings in Seoul can be sorted into four large clusters. Each cluster has a different ratio of housing types and room capacities reflecting each regional circumstance and common causes. Women-only shared housing takes up 79% of the overall shared housing ratio and, while multi-family housing type has the most count, the apartment type has a noticeably high ratio in women-only housing compared to the apartment type ratio among the other gender-specific housings. Given the high crime rate against the single-person household of young adult women, the reason for the popularity of shared-apartment housing among young women can be deduced. However, the potential tenants' practical choices and their concern for safety are not the only causes that drive the current shared housing market. The young adults in their 20's and 30's choose to live in popular places where they can engage social activities. A new tier of shared housing market has also appeared in places where young adults could not have afforded if they lived alone. Choosing where we live is no longer about just meeting the requirements for a house based on what she/he needs but also about satisfying the preferences for a living based on what she/he desires. This paper indicates that although there is an undeniable premise that 'sharing a house' revolves around the realm of housing welfare and is not a typical topic for the upper-income households, the way we live and how we choose our place to live is shifting.

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis web sites which relate to housing environment on Internet and to suggest guidelines which are needed in digital life. Data are in 53 web sites searched by housing environmental word such as people, living, town and so on. The web sites are analyzed by key words. The results of this study were as follow: The web sites are divided into e-housing community, e-housing management, e-housing workplace and e-housing design. These are the digital life of new type. E-housing community sitess key words are 3D virtual world, chatting, information, service, community etc. E-housing community is related to making new wired community cross time and space. E-housing management sitess key words are guard management, apartment management, building management etc. E-housing management sites provide the useful information of housing management. E-housing workplace sitess key words are virtual office. conference etc. E-housing workplace sites enable us to work in cyberspace. E-housing design sitess key words are design, interior, furniture etc. E-housing design sites provide marketing, consulting and designing in relation to the house. The web life style on cyberspace is common and makes many changes happen in house life and environment.

  • 본 연구는 가정용 가스 보일러 순환펌프의 문제점 보완은 물론 펌프 외부에 설치되어 있는 3way valve를 하우징 내부에 부착한 3way valve 내장형 펌프 하우징을 개발하기 위한것이다. 기존 하우징이 부착된 canned type 순환펌프의 실험결과를 근거로 3way valve 내장형 하우징을 설계 제작하였으며 신형 하우징이 부착된 canned type 순환펌프의 성능실험 및 보일러 전체 시스템에서의 순환펌프 성능 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 신형 3way valve 내장형 하우징을 부착할경우 펌프의 총양정은 평균 $1{\sim}1.7m$, 펌프 효율은 약 25%정도 높게 나타났으며 축동력은 약 4W 감소하였다. 특히 하우징의 중량은 1.4kg에서 0.4kg으로 줄어들었고 제작비는 개당 약 5000원정도 절감할수 있었으며 조립공정의 단축으로 생산비용은 보일러 1대당 약 2만원 정도의 원가절감을 예상할수 있다.
