Recently the PDP is the most remarkable media for a next generation display device. In this paper, we proposed the PDP dedicated DC-DC converter using a new soft switching method because the PDP has a lot of power dissipation so we need to develope. The proposed converter using one transformer has soft switching and a advantage to lower voltage stress in switch and also is predicted to have high power efficiency. we proposed the principles and theory using the zero voltage switching and verified the validity through a simulation.

This article deals with concept and theory of privacy and personal data on the basis of understanding of this matter, Especially concerns the infringement and protection of privacy and personal data that is violated by new media and electronic commercial transaction through case study and research of literature. In multiphase flne the bubble size and velocity. To achieve this, one of approaches is to utilize laser phase-Doppler anemometry. However, it was found that the second order refraction has great impact on PDA sizing method when the relative refractive index of media is less than one. In this paper, the problem of second order refraction is investigated and a model of phase-size correlation to eliminate the measurement errors is introduced for bubble sizing. As a result, the model relates the assumption of single scattering mechanism in conventional phase-Doppler anemometry. The results of simulations based on this new model by using Generalized Lorenz Mie Theory (GLMT) are compared with those based on the conventional method. An optimization method for accurately sizing air-bubble in water has been suggested.

LINE, an instant message App with a powerful capability of transmitting various forms of data, has been overwhelmed in Asia since launched in 2011. Due to its popularity, LINE was first used in the 2016 Taiwanese presidential election. This research utilized a functional approach of campaign communication discourse and political visual images to analyze how candidates managed and presented themselves by textual and visual information on LINE. Regarding the textual information, results revealed their strategy inclined to reverse gender stereotype because the female candidate emphasized policy over character, while the male emphasized character over policy. Both candidates did not fully employ ten image functions because they utilized mostly the emotional and image building functions. The female candidate message achieved the largest total amount of 'like' and 'share'. This study probes into the App campaigning and improve the feasibility and practicability to share knowledge of political communication by new media.

Open-source software development projects are well suited for exploring new ideas and acquiring knowledge from developers outside of the project. In this paper, we examine the impact of external developers on innovation in open-source software development from the perspective of organizational learning theory. We examine the roles of external and internal developers, who "explore" and "exploit," respectively, on the innovation performance of 17 691 open-source software development projects whose data is stored in the GitHub platform. The results indicate that a multifaceted strategy, in which the exploitation successfully supports the exploration, is most effective for their success. The results also indicate that the role of exploration decreases after the release of the software.

Digital technology has now pervaded and become an inseparable part of our daily life. The art museum sector is evolving into a business model that adapts to the new digital format due to the requirement for survival and development. This study examines the development state of China's art museum industry and investigates the current business model innovation trend in the art museum industry from three perspectives: reorganization and development of the art museum industry's business model theory; reconstruction of the art museum industry's display and marketing logic; and innovation of the art museum industry's operation mechanism, based on a systematic assessment of domestic and international research. This research can provide reference value for digital technology to drive the innovation of business model in art museum industry. Moreover, the study has important reference significance for the development strategy of art museum industry.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the dependency level of news attributes on the government source and to measure up the impact of news negativity, press ideology, and the conflict level on the forementioned relationship in the context of the prime definer role of the government. The prime definer means that the official source such as the government may dominate media access and create media dependency on the issue and issue attributes. To test the research questions, the content analyses of both the government briefing materials and newspapers were conducted. Textual arguments regarding the new administrative capital were chosen for the analysis. The results showed that the government source played a prime definer role in framing issue attributes of news reporting. This prime definer role was not diminished even among the negative coverage about the chosen topic. However, press ideology and the conflict level influenced the relationship between news attributes and the government-released information in some extent.

Video games, recognized as the "ninth art," carry not only entertainment functions but also the significant responsibility of disseminating ideas and culture. Increasingly, game developers are integrating specific cultural elements into their games, aiming to foster cultural heritage and emotional resonance. This study explores the modern transformation of traditional artistic concepts in the digital gaming field, starting from the Chinese painting theory of 'Woyou'. By examining game examples, the study analyzes the forms of expression of 'Woyou' in virtual landscape spaces and how player identity influences the 'Woyou' experience. The findings suggest that digital games offer new forms of traditional aesthetic wisdom and that Chinese traditional painting theory can gain modern interpretation in the context of digital game design. This provides theoretical support for optimizing game visual design and promotes the expansive development of traditional art concepts in the new media era.

To support the QoS streams for large scale clients, the internal resources of VOD servers should be utilized based on the characteristics of the streaming media service. Among the various resources in the server, the main memory is used for the buffer space to the media data loaded from the disks and the buffer hit ratio has a great impact upon the server performance. However, if the buffer data with high hit ratio are replaced for the new media data as a result of the number of clients and the required movie titles are increased, the negative impact on the scalability of server performance is occurred. To address this problem, the buffer replacement policy considers the intrinsic characteristics of the streaming media such as the sequential access to large volume data and the highly disproportionate preference to specific movies. In this paper, the preference-based segment buffer replacement policy is proposed in the cluster-based VOD server to exploit the characteristics of the streaming media. Since the proposed method reflects both the temporal locality by the clients' preference and the spatial locality by the sequential access to media data, the buffer hit ratio would be improved as compared to the existing buffer replacement policy. The enhanced buffer hit ratio causes the fact that the performance scalability of the cluster-based VOD server is linearly improved as the number of cluster nodes is increased.
