Like other artificial architectures, the residence is also hard to be changed after once it has ever been built because its life is approximately estimated up to 20years. Furthermore, it may give big effect to residents as the life Quality. Because of these specificities, it seems to be important to forecast how demand of residential market will be changed and what kind of residential environment should be built in the future. First of all, we should consider about what is a current situation of residential environment in this country before beginning researching resident preferences. In addition, we will also research current and new residential style in other country, which should be concerned in. Finally, this study is researched by domestic male and female residents in their twenties and four ties on purpose to gain information what type of resident style they want and to suggest new ways of future residential environment.

This study is to explore the relationship between the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the environment using the big data methodology. We scrutinize the trend of the Fourth Industrial revolution, in association with the environment, and provide implications for a more desirable future environmental policy. The results show that the Industrial Revolution has been generally perceived as negative to environment before the 2010s, while it has been widely regarded as positive after the period. It is highly expected that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will be capable of functioning as a new alternative to enhance the quality of the biophysical and social environment. This study justifies that the new wave of technological development may serve as a cure for the enhancement of the environmental quality. The positive linkage between the new technological development and the environment from this study clearly indicates that the environmental industry and environmental technologies will be key economic factors in the next-generation society. They should be of critical importance in shaping our cities into clearer and greener spaces, and people will continuously depend on the development of new environmental technologies in order to correct environmental damages.

This study analyzes the public lecture conducted by a university in Seoul and examined how a public lecture on the emergence of a new media environment could influence the actual field of engineering education. The current public lecture is changing away from past patterns which have been conducted on a daily, irregular and offline basis. Online lectures such as Mooc programs, as well as broadcast programs in the Internet media environment, are becoming increasingly popular with mainstream education. This study focuses on exploring how public lecture experiences of engineering professors have affected the improvement of learner centered education and their communication skills. It also examines how public lecture in the field can affect to enhance public understanding of engineering. The advent of a new media environment is likely to inject new vitality into a college lecture that seems to fall behind in the past. It is highly likely that the reliance on the teaching capabilities of professors become higher according to the emphasis on active learning environment. The genre of public lecture is expected to greatly helpful to expand future engineering education methodologies.

Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been a basis model for testing technology use. Post researches of TAM have been conducted with the updating the TAM by adding new independent variables in order to increase the explanation power of the model. However, one problem is that different independent variables have to be introduced to keep the explanation power whenever applying to particular technology. This reduces the generality of the research model. Thus in order to increase the generality of the model, this study reviewed the previous researches and collected the independent variables used, and regrouped them into three basic independent constructs. New research model was designed with three basic independent constructs with four constructs selected for the mandatory IT environment and voluntary IT environment, and the structured equations analysis(AMOS) was applied to find the significant causal effect relationships between constructs in addition to the explanation power of the model. Finally, this study concluded that new TAM could be used to explain the users' adopting new technology without any adding new particular independent variables.

In this review, several new technologies considered when providing an open service environment in a mobile communication network are described. Recently, 3GPP developed some standards related to IoT services for opening a service platform in an SCS environment based on the OSA concept in a 3GPP LTE system. Similarly, the development of a new framework is underway to allow a plurality of services to commonly use an API environment in which a service provider or client accesses a 5G mobile communication system. Extending the existing LTE SCEF concept, the standardization of the northbound API is applied in the 5G CAPIF environment. Therefore, it is possible to construct a framework that facilitates access from outside, and takes advantage of the common management of various open service environments. An open service platform environment is expected to play an important role in transforming a network with simple connectivity services into a variety of new service markets, or into a service environment that can create added value.

This study focuses on the design guidelines for planning and implementing the spatial characteristics in the living environment for the New Silver-Generation through the case analysis of "Serviced Residence", which has recently become very popular due to active demands for handy functions and services in flew Silver-Generation living environment. Nowadays, with relaxation of the phenomenon of lack of available houses, the focus of the construction market has shifted from builders to customers. Also, with the advent of the New Silver-Generation with money to spend to improve the quality of their lives, there has been high demand for living environment that provides high-quality services for comfort and convenience. Means to provide high-quality services for comfort and convenience in New Silver-Generation environment warrant much consideration, and hence the current study on Serviced Residence, which has become very popular has been taken up. This study on Serviced Residence will point out the problems found in the current Silver Residence environment and it will serve as an alternative for the living environment of the Silver Generation.

The success of new product is a key factor for getting competitive advantages. Marketing research has been investigating marketing capability, manufacturing technical capability, cross-functional integration, market knowledge competence, and competitive environment as the key success factors of new product advantage. Recently, the role of IT capability in enhancing new product advantage is assumed in the literature. However, the empirical studies on the role of IT capability are lacking. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of IT capability on new product competitive advantages and the relationship between IT capability and the key success factors for new product advantage. Conducting an empirical field study, the IT capability is shown to have a direct effect on new product competitive advantages, and to be also the key success factor to make up for marketing capability and manufacturing technical capability. This study develops a conceptual model on the role of IT capability in enhancing new product competitive advantages by integrating marketing research and IS research.

During the 1990's, five new towns were constructed around Seoul such as Bun-Dang and Il-San. These new towns are very popular since they were created based on systemic urban planning and they provide various residential amenities. Many people consider them livable cities. Taking such advantages, other small-scale new public and private developments continued around those new towns and consequently created 'agglomerated region with new development'. The most representative area is Bun-Dang and north-western Yong-In area which are formed along the Seoul-Busan expressway. This area is a mega-community having more than one million residents in 2005.Judging from recent development trends in the Seoul metropolitan area, it is expected that the formation of other 'agglomerated region with new development' would be continued for the time being. This study is aimed to analyze the residential environment of Bun-Dang and north-western Yong-In and find implications to the management of 'agglomerated region with new development'. The relevant existing studies have their limits, only focusing on analyzing current conditions and pointing out current problems. This study could be differentiated from the existing analyses in that it conducted comprehensive analyses on various factors that constitute urban residential environment. The conclusion of this study was derived from diverse analyses of current development condition, residential sites, regional transportation, awareness of residents, and oversee cases.

This study aims to establish new architectural agenda for the existing middle school facilities responding to individualized interactive learning approach(IILA). First, it investigates the mechanism of new teaching methods and contents proposed in the national level curriculum and the province guidances. Secondly, it suggests the Quality and Quantity of new (multi-purpose) classrooms that should be built for operating new curriculum in the existing middle schools. Finally, it finally emphasizes the educational specification that should be prepared prior to planning school buildings.

The aim of this study is to find out the solutions for an improvement of residential environment through the relation between satisfaction of residential environment and amenity awareness of the local residents in Chonnam Mokpo city. For this purpose, it is conducted a questionnaire survey of 203 local residents on the attributes of residential environment. The satisfaction factors of residential environment consist of 8 types of factors such as housing structure, stability, green tract of an avenue, convenience, housing environment, sanitary conditions, waterside facilities, and familiarity. It is analyzed that there is a great difference of the satisfaction between new town dwellers and old town dwellers in three satisfaction factors of a housing structure, convenience, and housing environment. The attributes of amenity awareness consist of 6 types of factors such as fitness, comfort, intimacy, vitality, naturalness, and brilliance. The new town dwellers have a high satisfaction in fitness and vitality factors, and the old town dwellers have a high satisfaction in naturalness factors. Through the analysis to the importance on the satisfaction factors of residential environment related to amenity awareness, it is founded that intimacy factor have importance in order of stability, familiarity, green tract of an avenue and sanitary conditions. Naturalness factor have importance in order of stability, waterside facilities, familiarity and green tract of a avenue. Fitness factor have importance in order of housing structure and sanitary conditions. Comfort factor have importance in order of stability, housing environment and sanitary conditions. And vitality factor have importance in order of housing environment, convenience and green tract of an avenue. Therefore, it is needed that the development plan of residential environment take into consideration in accordance with the importance on the satisfaction of residential environment in Mokpo city.
