Recently, the Korean Railroad have been operating separately by Korea Rail Network and the Korail since 2005. In addition, because of the lack of government's social overhead capital, New railway projects have been built and operated by private investors which don't have railway operating experience. Therefore, systems engineering management is needed from the initial planning stage to the construction and the opening. In this paper, structural features were considered according to the separation of Daegok-Sosa-Wonsi Private Finance Initiative (Daegok-Sosa, Sosa-wonsi) and the operating agency's unification(Daegok - Sosa business operations). And based on the domestic system engineering applications, System-Engineering Implementation was studied.

This paper evaluated the effectiveness for the case of it introduced the bimodal tram for the capital area adaptability of the bimodal tram in the limelight as the new transportation means of the next generation for capital area major transportation corridor. The KTDB with 1,142 zones was utilized for the analysis and the major transportation axis around the main road in which the traffic is high. The analysis index selected around the transportation index in which it can show up by the bimodal tram application and the decrease rate of the road traffic density, the travel time change, the carbon emission quantity change, and etc. was chosen as a result. It was analyzed as the axis in which the bimodal tram adaptability effect that it is high with the section this relative including the major analyzed result west AnSan IC~ Songsan Bridge, the SuWon terminal ~ SaDang station, the UiJungBu terminal ~ DoBongSan station, and etc. can be appeared and it was predicted that the travel demand reduction on the road of about 4~6% showed up.

In the suburbs near the capital area in Korea, many apartment house complexes are dotted that encircled by field. These apartment house complexes encircled by field, have not park and are abutting on the field, unlike large scale new town. This study is aimed to clear the characteristic of field around these apartment house complexes, consists in development the suburbs near the capital area. As a method of study we conducted greenery evaluation from view of Inhabitant by questionnaire survey. We concluded as follows: inhabitants attach importance to the nature around apartment house complex when move into that; inhabitants are satisfied and feel nature about the field; inhabitants tend to take field as a sight; inhabitants need low-rise development for harmony with field.

Lisfranc injury is complex and difficult to treat. Making the correct diagnosis and achieving an anatomical reduction are important factors in regard to achieving a favorable outcome with this injury. We describe a new technique that we have found to be useful for stabilizing Lisfranc injury. This method is relatively fast and simple, and it provides non-rigid fixation. Also, it eliminates the need for implant removal. To date, we have achieved predictable results for stabilizing and treating this injury with the use of a $TightRope^{TM}$ Device, instead of traditional interfragmental screw fixation. In this report, we describe a case in which this method was used with satisfactory short-term results.

The purpose of this ethnography is to describe and analyze the wild-goose mother's everyday life, her family relationships, and her social networking. Thirteen mothers from New York, California, and Texas, U.S.A., were interviewed with an unstructured questionnaire. Their residency and everyday schedules are arranged around the children's educational conditions. They have experienced difficult relationships with Korean American immigrants, Korean students, other wild-goose mothers, and Americans. They have failed to develop their social capital effectively due to the language barrier and a cultural capital deficiency. As a kind of family strategy, this separation sometimes strengthens the spousal relationship, preventing divorce, but usually weakens the emotional ties and quality of communication between husband and wife. The acculturation gap between the mother and her children may cause the mother to become alienated and exacerbate the generational conflict.

Building on the DC interaction model between a parent company and its spin-offs, we examine that a dyadic relationship can be differentiated within the functions of space, motivation, and time. We investigate that these three factors encompassing the parent-spin-off DC relationship can be applicable to both linear(i.e., geographic proximity and low spin-off CEO's salary is positive) and nonlinear(i.e., too much frequency of new spin-off creation is as harmful as too little) effects on determining the performance of spin-off firms. The direction of causality is underpinned by social capital, human capital, and compensation-activation theory rather than by the normal consequences of previous empirical research. Further, our results suggest the overlap between DC and entrepreneurship; namely, spin-off firms create, learn, and exploit opportunities through a reconfiguration of parent DC so that DC establishes itself as a key concept in the entrepreneurship domain.

Language Capital is one of the most important academic abilities and competencies for new era of globalization worldwide. In Europe and Asia where English is not the native language, it is necessary to encourage higher education to improve language competency from both qualitative and quantitative aspects. In so far as online university concerned, it appears of significance to prepare for globalization from the perspective of cross border education, and it needs to focus on how to design and develop English-medium teaching (EMT) or in other words English mediated instruction(EMI) for both teachers and students. In order to provide supportive programs of English-mediated class for teachers and students, the study examined and analyzed what abilities are needed for teachers based on DACUUM approach, suggesting teachers' competency as well as strategies for online- EMT. Based on literature review, DACUUM analysis, focus group interview with teachers and students who experienced online EMT, online programs supporting both teachers and students for online EMI were developed. This program expects to play roles of practical guidelines and reference for both teachers and students online in an extension of language capital improvement.

Social networking services (SNS) is an indispensable method in order to obtain information of the Internet participants. The study identified three variables of social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust in terms of social capital theory (SCT) and reviewed intention& behavior variables in terms of theory of planned behavior (TPB). The data were collected from 330 samples of SNS user, and were involved, and the research model uses AMOS to make confirmatory factor analysis. The findings confirmed our hypothesis that social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust affect individuals' behaviors to sharing information. This study emphasizes that not only social media communication but also sharing culture to SNS can stimulate information sharing. while previous research has predominately focused on personal cognition or social network, the study examines the integrated influence of communication, culture and trust on information sharing in SNS. In sum, by explicating the unique role of social capital, this paper aims at contributing to the continued development and success of SNS in general.

플랫폼 금융은 데이터 분석과 플랫폼을 이용한 매칭이라는 새로운 자금조달 방식을 제시함으로써 중소기업의 대안금융으로 부상하고 있다. 이 사업의 본질은 빅데이터를 이용한 위험평가와 투자자의 위험-수익 선호(risk-return preference)를 적절히 반영할 수 있는 위험분산 기술을 금융업에 적용한 것이다. 이로써 소상공인을 위한 소액금융, 중소기업의 운전자본(working capital) 조달을 위한 공급망 금융의 형태로 기존 금융의 대안으로 부상하고 있다. 한국의 플랫폼 금융은 이 같은 가능성에도 아직 유치 단계(infant stage)이며, 정책적 지원을 필요로 한다. 이는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. "기관 및 공공 투자참여", 플랫폼 금융의 민간 자금유입(crowd-in)을 위한 정책금융의 씨앗자금(seed money) 공급, "수용적 규제체계", 영국의 샌드박스와 같이 새로운 사업에 대한 한시적 규제 유예, "데이터 개방 확대", 재량적인 데이터 공유의 허용, "대안투자 수단의 보급", 저금리시대의 대안투자 수단으로서 플랫폼 금융 육성.
