Web mining is an emerging science of applying modem data mining technologies to the problem of extracting valid, comprehensible, and actionable information from large databases of web in e-Business environment and of using it to make crucial e-Business decisions. In this paper, we present the noble framework of data visualization system based on web mining for analyzing the characteristics of on-line customers in e-Business. We also propose the framework of forecasting system for providing the forecasting information of sales/purchase through the use of web mining based on artificial intelligence techniques such as back-propagation network, memory-based reasoning, and self-organizing map.
Artificial intelligence(AI) is a field of computer science that is defined as allowing computers to imitate human intellectual behavior, even though AI's performance is to imitate humans. It is grafted across software-based fields with the advantages of high accuracy and speed of processing that surpasses humans. Indeed, the AI based technology has become a key technology in the medical field that will lead the development of medical image analysis. Therefore, this article introduces and discusses the concept of deep learning-based medical imaging analysis using the principle of algorithms for convolutional neural network(CNN) and back propagation. The research cases application of the AI based medical imaging analysis is used to classify the various disease(such as chest disease, coronary artery disease, and cerebrovascular disease), and the performance estimation comparing between AI based medical imaging classifier and human experts.

Ontologies are knowledge containers in which information about a specified domain can be shared and reused. An event happens within a specific time and place and in which some actors engage and show specific action features. The fact is that several ontology models are based on events called Event-Based Models, where the event is an individual entity or concept connected with other entities to describe the underlying ontology because the event can be composed of spatiotemporal extents. However, current event-based ontologies are inadequate to bridge the gap between spatiotemporal extents and participants to describe a specific domain event. This paper reviews, describes and compares the existing event-based ontologies. The paper compares various ways of representing the events and how they have been modelled, constructed, and integrated with the ontologies. The primary criterion for comparison is based on the events' ability to represent spatial and temporal extent and the participants in the event.

Recently, there has been an active service that provides customized news to news subscribers. In this study, we intend to design a customized news service system through Deep Learning-based Social Network Service (SNS) activity analysis, applying real news and avoiding fake news. In other words, the core of this study is the study of delivery methods and delivery devices to provide customized news services based on analysis of users, SNS activities. First of all, this research method consists of a total of five steps. In the first stage, social network service site access records are received from user terminals, and in the second stage, SNS sites are searched based on SNS site access records received to obtain user profile information and user SNS activity information. In step 3, the user's propensity is analyzed based on user profile information and SNS activity information, and in step 4, user-tailored news is selected through news search based on user propensity analysis results. Finally, in step 5, custom news is sent to the user terminal. This study will be of great help to news service providers to increase the number of news subscribers.
Modern manufacturing process requires machine intelligence to meet the demands for high technology products as well as intelligence-based operating skills to lessen human worker's intervene. To meet this trend there has been wide spread interest in applying artificial neural network(ANN) to the areas of manufacturing process monitoring and control. This paper addresses application problems in such processes as welding, assembly, hydroforming process and inspection of solder joints.
The finance-investment industry is currently focusing on research related to artificial intelligence and big data, moving beyond conventional theories of financial engineering. However, the case of equity optimization portfolio by using an artificial intelligence, big data, and its performance is rarely realized in practice. Thus, the purpose of this study is to propose process improvements in equity selection, information analysis, and portfolio composition, and lastly an improvement in portfolio returns, with the case of an equity optimization model based on quantitative research by an artificial intelligence. This paper is an empirical study of the portfolio based on an artificial intelligence technology of "D" asset management, which is the largest domestic active-quant-fiduciary management in accordance with the purpose of this paper. This study will apply artificial intelligence to finance, analyzing financial and demand-supply information and automating factor-selection and weight of equity through machine learning based on the artificial neural network. Also, the learning the process for the composition of portfolio optimization and its performance by applying genetic algorithms to models will be documented. This study posits a model that the asset management industry can achieve, with continuous and stable excess performance, low costs and high efficiency in the process of investment.
This paper presents a comprehensive scheme for assessing the importance of multiple microgrids (MGs) network that includes distributed energy resources (DERs), renewable energy systems (RESs), and energy storage system (ESS) facilities. Due to the uncertainty of severe weather, large-scale cascading failures are inevitable in energy networks. making the assessment of the structural vulnerability of the energy network an attractive research theme. This attention has led to the identification of the importance of measuring energy nodes. In multiple MG networks, the energy nodes are regarded as one MG. This paper presents a modified PageRank algorithm to assess the importance of MGs that include multiple DERs and ESS. With the importance rank order list of the multiple MG networks, the core MG (or node) of power production and consumption can be identified. Identifying such an MG is useful in preventing cascading failures by distributing the concentration on the core node, while increasing the effective link connection of the energy flow and energy trade. This scheme can be applied to identify the most profitable MG in the energy trade market so that the deployment operation of the MG connection can be decided to increase the effectiveness of energy usages. By identifying the important MG nodes in the network, it can help improve the resilience and robustness of the power grid system against large-scale cascading failures and other unexpected events. The proposed algorithm can point out which MG node is important in the MGs power grid network and thus, it could prevent the cascading failure by distributing the important MG node's role to other MG nodes.

With the advancement of modern technology, cyber-attacks are always rising. Specialized defense systems are needed to protect organizations against these threats. Malicious behavior in the network is discovered using security tools like intrusion detection systems (IDS), firewall, antimalware systems, security information and event management (SIEM). It aids in defending businesses from attacks. Delivering advance threat feeds for precise attack detection in intrusion detection systems is the role of cyber-threat intelligence (CTI) in the study is being presented. In this proposed work CTI feeds are utilized in the detection of assaults accurately in intrusion detection system. The ultimate objective is to identify the attacker behind the attack. Several data sets had been analyzed for attack detection. With the proposed study the ability to identify network attacks has improved by using machine learning algorithms. The proposed model provides 98% accuracy, 97% precision, and 96% recall respectively.
In this paper, we propose a black ice detection system using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). Black ice poses a serious threat to road safety, particularly during winter conditions. To overcome this problem, we introduce a CNN-based architecture for real-time black ice detection with an encoder-decoder network, specifically designed for real-time black ice detection using thermal images. To train the network, we establish a specialized experimental platform to capture thermal images of various black ice formations on diverse road surfaces, including cement and asphalt. This enables us to curate a comprehensive dataset of thermal road black ice images for a training and evaluation purpose. Additionally, in order to enhance the accuracy of black ice detection, we propose a multi-scale dilation convolution feature fusion (MsDC-FF) technique. This proposed technique dynamically adjusts the dilation ratios based on the input image's resolution, improving the network's ability to capture fine-grained details. Experimental results demonstrate the superior performance of our proposed network model compared to conventional image segmentation models. Our model achieved an mIoU of 95.93%, while LinkNet achieved an mIoU of 95.39%. Therefore, it is concluded that the proposed model in this paper could offer a promising solution for real-time black ice detection, thereby enhancing road safety during winter conditions.

Recent semantic segmentation frameworks usually combine low-level and high-level context information to achieve improved performance. In addition, postlevel context information is also considered. In this study, we present a Context ReFinement Network (CRFNet) and its training method to improve the semantic predictions of segmentation models of the encoder-decoder structure. Our study is based on postprocessing, which directly considers the relationship between spatially neighboring pixels of a label map, such as Markov and conditional random fields. CRFNet comprises two modules: a refiner and a combiner that, respectively, refine the context information from the output features of the conventional semantic segmentation network model and combine the refined features with the intermediate features from the decoding process of the segmentation model to produce the final output. To train CRFNet to refine the semantic predictions more accurately, we proposed a sequential training scheme. Using various backbone networks (ENet, ERFNet, and HyperSeg), we extensively evaluated our model on three large-scale, real-world datasets to demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.
