This paper presents a sensor network and operation for multiple autonomous navigation platform and transport service. Multiple platform navigate with inside sensors and outside sensors while acquiring and process some useful information. Each platform communicates each other by navigational information through central main server. Efficient sensor network systems are considered for the scenario which some passengers call the service and the vehicle accomplish its transport service by transporting each caller to the destination by autonomous manners. In the scenario, all vehicles perform a role of sensor system to the central server and the server handles each information and integrate with faster procedure in the wireless 3G network.

The market of platform business is typically served by a few dominant players, presenting "winner-takes-all" phenomenon. This study aims to find service characteristics leading to the phenomenon. Six different service-characteristics were considered : Same-side network effect, cross-side network effects, entry barrier, multi-homing cost, switching cost, and heterogeneity of preference. To assess the degree of concentration of market share, HHI (Herfindahl-Hirschman Index) is calculated for top three major players. Based on the HHI value, 10 most eminent platform businesses are classified into three different segments and each segment is characterized with key factors. The results from this study provide some insight into the strategic management of platform business.

Location Based Services, or LBS refers to value-added service by processing information utilizing mobile user location. With the rapidly increasing wireless internet subscribers and world LBS market, the various location based applications are introduced such as buddy finder, proximity and security services. As the killer application of the wireless internet, the LBS has preconsidered technology about location determination technology, LBS middleware server for various application, and diverse contents processing technology. This paper describes the open architecture for LBS platform ensuring interoperability among the wireless networks and various location-based application services and the functional requirements for the LBS platform. The LBS platform in a narrow sense provides a standard interfaces for location management and network management for location services as follows, positioning (location acquisition through network or/and handset), location managing, location based functions, profile management, authentication and security, location based billing, information roaming between carriers and the system monitoring independent to specific network or ISP/CPs(Content Providers).

The objective of this article is to create a model of integrated management from the framework modeling of a digital collaborative network supported by knowledge engineering to make heritage site in the Brazil more effective. It is an exploratory and qualitative research with thematic analysis as technique of data analysis from the collaborative network, digital platform, world heritage, and tourism themes. The snowballing approach was chosen, and the mapping and classification of relevant studies was developed with the use of the spreadsheet tool and the Mendeley® software. The results show that the collaborative network model oriented towards strategic objectives should be supported by a digital platform that provides a technological environment that adds functionalities and digital platform services with the integration of knowledge engineering techniques and tools, enabling the discovery and sharing of knowledge in the collaborative network.

본 연구는 콘텐츠 제공자를 포함한 플랫폼 사업자가 광대역 인터넷 접속을 통해 고품질의 콘텐츠를 제공하는 경우 보편적 서비스 기여금을 분담할 때 이것의 경제적 효과를 분석한다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 플랫폼 사업자가 독점적 위치에 있다면 트래픽 이용량은 사회적 최적 수준보다 적으며, ISP가 결정하는 가격들은 콘텐츠 수요의 가격민감도에 영향을 받는다. 둘째, 플랫폼 사업자가 경쟁적인 경우 ISP가 책정하는 요금은 사회적 최적 수준과 동일하다. 셋째, 플랫폼 사업자가 콘텐츠 요금을 부과하지 않는 경우는 ISP는 요금을 사회적 최적 수준으로 결정하고 광고 수입이 많을수록 소비자에게 부과하는 망 이용대가는 줄어든다. 이는 플랫폼 사업자에게 고품질 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 네트워크 서비스를 이용하는 대신, 보편적 서비스 기여분 분담을 의무화한다면 사회후생은 증가될 수 있기 때문에 플랫폼 사업자에게 보편적 서비스 기여분을 분담하는 것이 사회적으로 바람직하다는 것을 시사해 준다.

Recent advancement in wireless communications and electronics has enabled the development of low power sensor network. Wireless sensor network are often used in remote monitoring control applications, health care, security and environmental monitoring. Wireless sensor networks are an emerging technology consisting of small, low-power, and low-cost devices that integrate limited computation, sensing, and radio communication capabilities. Sensor network platform for health care has been designed, fabricated and tested. This system consists of an embedded micro-controller, Radio Frequency (RF) transceiver, power management, I/O expansion, and serial communication (RS-232). The hardware platform uses Atmel ATmega128L 8-bit ultra low power RISC processor with 128KB flash memory as the program memory and 4KB SRAM as the data memory. The radio transceiver (Chipcon CC1000) operates in the ISM band at 433MHz or 916MHz with a maximum data rate of 76.8kbps. Also, the indoor radio range is approximately 20-30m. When many sensors have to communicate with the controller, standard communication interfaces such as Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or Integrated Circuit ($I^{2}C$) allow sharing a single communication bus. With its low power, the smallest and low cost design, the wireless sensor network system and wireless sensing electronics to collect health-related information of human vitality and main physiological parameters (ECG, Temperature, Perspiration, Blood Pressure and some more vitality parameters, etc.)

최근 모바일 플랫폼과 홈 네트워크 시스템과의 융합이 널리 보급되어 보편화되고 있다. 또한 모바일 기술의 발달로 손안의 작은 PC라고 불리는 스마트폰이 보급이 되면서 기존 핸드폰에서의 활용을 넘어 스마트폰에 최적화된 홈 네트워크 응용 개발이 요구되고 있다. 구글에서 개발한 안드로이드 모바일 플랫폼은 운영체제, 미들웨어 및 주요 응용프로그램을 포함한 오픈소스로 다양한 응용을 개발 할 수 있고, 모바일 기기뿐만 아니라 셋톱박스와 가전제품 등에도 탑재가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼의 스마트폰 상에서 주택 방안의 상태(온도, 습도, 실시간 영상 등)에 관한 정보의 실시간 모니터링과 댁내의 가전기기 등을 제어하는 홈 네트워크 서비스를 설계 구현한다.

This review organises the fragmented management literature on platform business according to a conceptual map and a meta-theoretical scheme. Since the early 2000s, numerous researchers have examined platform business and two-sided networks with platform business and strategy being an important business innovation model for many industries, creating value primarily by enabling direct interactions. Platforms such as Google or Amazon contain a common set of rules and components in most user transactions. Thirty-two core papers and books on Strategic Management Journal, Industrial Economics and Operation Management-related disciplines are reviewed, with further observations on how cumulative research streams on the platform are carried out independently from each academic perspective. The first of the two arguments in this paper is that because interactive relationships bridge the platform and stakeholders such as end-users and developers, it is crucial for platform companies to be aware of their relationship with stakeholders in order to support and sustainably provide content to their platform. The second is that integrative perspectives are essential due to the low number of interdisciplinary investigations conducted thus far. The paper's final section deals with implications for theory and practice, concluding that integrative studies and interactive relationship studies should be the main research streams in future platform research.

Recently, government agencies are actively adopting the platform model as a means of public policy. However, existing studies on the public platform are minimal and have focused on user experiences or the possibility of public usage of the platform model. Now the research concerning building governance structure and utilizing network effects of the platform after adopting the platform model in the public sector is keenly required. This study intended to ignite academic dialogue on the governance of public platforms in the context of digital transformation. This study focused on a case of the 'Special delivery,' a public delivery app established by Gyeonggi-do. In order to analyze the characteristics of the public platform and its governance structure, data were collected from press releases, policy reports, and news articles. Data was analyzed using the frame of Hagui's platform design factors and Ansell & Gash's collaborative governance model. The results of the public platform analyses showed 1) incompleteness in the value trade-off accounting, which was designed for platform business based on general cost-benefit analysis, and 2) a closed governance structure that limits direct participation of diverse user groups(i.e., service provider, customer) in order to enhance providers' utility by preventing customers' excessive online activities. The results of this study provided theoretical and policy implications regarding designing the strategy for accounting for value trade-offs and functioning governance structure for public platforms.

본 논문에서는 자동차 관리 및 진단, 차량 편의장치 제어 동의 보다 향상된 텔레매틱스 서비스 제공을 위해 단말기용 서비스 플랫폼을 설계 구현한다. 서비스 플랫폼은 텔레매틱스용 소프트웨어를 개발하는 개발자에게 하부 자동차 내부 네트워크와 각종 하드웨어 장치, 무선 네트워크 장치에 독립적인 개발방법을 제공한다. 이를 위해 각 장치별로 제공되는 서비스를 분류하고 정형화한 텔레매틱스 API(Application Programming Interface)를 설계하였다. 제안된 서비스 플랫폼은 무선 네트워크 장치들과 단말기 간의 데이터 송수신을 위한 무선 접속부분과 자동차 내부 네트워크 장치들의 서비스를 위한 CAN 네트워크 부분, 위치기반 서비스를 위해 필요한 GPS 데이터 수신부분, 그리고 이기종의 네트워크 간 통신 시 발생하는 상이한 데이터 포맷의 상호 호환성을 위한 메시지 파서 부분으로 구성된다.
