KSR-III 탑재부 킥모타 개발 1. 축소형 연소관 구조 및 공정 설계 (Development of Payload Kick Motor for KSR-III 1. Design of Downscaled Structure & Processing Method)

  • 본 논문에 한국항공우주연구원에서 개발 중인 KSR-III 로켓의 탑재부 축소형 킥모터 구조 설계와 제작공정 개발 내용을 정리하였다. 경량화를 위해 복합재료를 적용하였으며, 복합재 연소관 제작에 널리 사용되는 필라멘트 와인딩 방법을 도입하였다. 복합재 구조설계에는 망목이론(netting theory)과 적층판 이론을 사용하여 요구되는 내압하중에 적합한 와인딩 두께를 결정하였고, 돔형상은 와인딩 및 맨드렐(mandrel) 제작의 편이성을 고려하여 결정하였다. 재료는 경량화를 목표로 T-800 탄소 섬유와 고온용 수지로 선정하였다. 또한 와인딩 후 맨드렐를 제거하기 위해 조립식 맨드렐을 개발하여 적용하였다.

New Evaluation and Test of Sidewall's Rotational Stiffness of Radial Tire

  • In this paper, we have revisited the estimation of the rotational stiffness of sidewall of radial tire and have suggested a new method for evaluation of the rotational stiffness. Since thicknesses, and volume fractions of the constituents of sidewall are varied depending on radial position, the equivalent shear modulus of the sidewall also depends on radial position. For the estimation of rotational stiffness of sidewall's rubber, we have divided its cross-section into sufficient numbers of small parts and have calculated the equivalent shear modulus of each part of sidewall. Using the shear moduli of divided parts, we have obtained the rotational stiffness by employing in-plane shear deformation theory. This method is expected to be a useful tool in tire design since it relates such basic variables to the global stillness of tire. Applying the calculation method to a radial tire of P205/60R15, we have compared its rotational stiffness with experimental one.

주거공간의 공간구조와 음악 구조의 상관성에 관한 연구 - 16C~19C 주거공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on the interrelationship between the Spatial Structure of Residential Space and the Structure of Music)

  • There is an agreement that sociocultural forces affect on the types of arts. There have been a little attempts to draw analogy between architecture and music. There are many objective and subjective factors for this to be true. If, however, the two arts are out of much the same social conditions, they show a degree of conformity in design and general organization. Our study shows the interrelationship between the Residential Space and structure of music. In order to clarify the interrelationship between architecture and music, the study examines ten Residential Spaces suggested by Yi-Jinkyung. The Residential Spaces are analyzed by using theory of Space Syntax. The structure of music is analyzed by tonality, counterpoint and harmony. The comparison between the Residential Spaces and music follows : From Renaissance to the 19th century, they have the same tendency to 1) openness & closure to the outer space and 2) the netting diagram in the inner space & Counterpoint 3) the tree diagram in the space & Harmony

고무배합물의 물성을 이용한 레이디얼 타이어의 사이드월 횡강성 계산 (Calculation of Sidewall Lateral Stiffness of a Radial Tire Using Material Properties of Rubber Compounds)

  • This paper has considered the calculation of lateral stiffness of radial tire's sidewall, which consists of cord stiffness and rubber sheet stiffness, by using the material constants of rubber compounds of tire. We have suggested and illustrated how to calculate the rubber sheet lateral stiffness by considering the following aspects. First, the rubber sheet consists of various kinds of rubber compounds with different thickness along the sidewall in the radial direction. Secondly, equivalent Young's modulus of the rubber sheet can be calculated by using available experimental data of rubber compounds. The present method enables us to divide the calculation domain as many as we want, which can reduce numerical error in the calculation of geometrical and mechanical properties. We have illustrated the calculation by using the data of the radial tire for passenger car of P205/60R15.

탄소섬유 복합재료를 적용한 ANG 연료용기의 최적 형상설계 (Optimal Shape Design of ANG Fuel Vessel Applied to Composite Carbon Fiber)

  • The development of adsorbed natural gas (ANG) has emerged as one of potential solutions. It is desirable to reduce the weight of vessel by applying light-weighed a composite carbon fiber in order to response to a egulation of $CO_2$ emission. Through understanding of a composite carbon fiber, and material characteristic of a composite carbon fiber is required in order for better application of a reduction of weight and an analysis of material characteristic. Herein, this study suggest the composite carbon fiber vessel applied to the characteristic of carbon fiber, and it decides the preliminary shape based on the test of material characteristic for ANG vessel applied to a composite carbon fiber, and its basic shape calculate through on the netting theory. Moreover, the detail shape design is analyzed by a finite element analysis, and in the stage of detail sahp design and analysis of stress was performed on the typical shape using a finite element analysis, and the result of preliminary design was verified.

파랑 및 흐름중 모형 가두리 시설의 운동 특성 (Dynamic Motions of Model Fish Cage Systems under the Conditions of Waves and Current)

  • 규칙파, 불규칙파 및 파랑과 흐름이 공존하는 상태에서 프레임에 우리형 그물을 부착하여 구성되어 있는 가두리 시설의 운동특성을 분석하기 위하여 정사각형 및 원형 구조의 가두리 시설을 대상으로 예인 수조에서 수리 모형실험을 실시하였으며, 규칙파중 운동 특성은 선형 포텐셜 이론에 의한 수치 해석의 그것과 비교하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 1) 규칙파중 모형 가두리 시설의 상하 및 종 동요는 전후 동요와는 달리 그물의 영향을 거의 받지 않았으므로 이 시설물의운동 특성중 가장 중요한 상하 동요를 해석하는 경우에는 그물을 제외하고 프레임만을 고려해도 된다는 것을 확인하였다. 2) 불규칙파중 및 파랑과 흐름이 공존하는 상태에서 모형 가두리 시설의 운동 특성은 입사파 주기의 2배 되는 고주파수에서 시설물의 고유 주기 등에 의해 동적 운동의 peak frequency가 나타남으로써 비선형 즉, 2nd order harmonic 성분이 존재하였다 3) 파동 및 흐름장에서 동요 특성이 정사각형에 비해 비교적 작게 나타난 원형이 파도, 조류 등 환경 조건이 거친 해역에 보다 적합한 것으로 판단되었다.
