  • Recently with increasing interest in the operation of life cycle, building remodeling business is spreading like a fashion. Keeping pace with the trend, the present project carried out the remodeling of an existing neighborhood facility into a religious facility based on the concepts of remodeling, reform and renovation. Basic requirements were overcoming spatial limitations, solving structural problems, meeting various functional needs, and securing a spatial size, and the project designed the interior of the building according to these requirements suggested by the owner. To overcome the low floor height of the existing space, the main sanctuary on the 1st floor had the ceiling in the form of a slant and installed indirect lighting into the resulting gaps, maximizing the depth and width of the space visually. The subsidiary sanctuary on the first basement was finished with red bricks, forming an arch using the bricks, to create religious atmosphere. However, considering the low floor height as in the 1st floor and the ceiling even lowered by the arch structure, the arch was formed threefold and the radius of the curvature of the arch was enlarged to secure a spacious feeling. The outer appearance was finished with granite on existing structure to save the cost of construction. In addition to the use of the finishing material, the structure of the arch and the frame of the opening part and the finishing of the walls were expressed with uneven surface in order to avoid the plainness of the appearance.

  • 커뮤니티센터란 주거지구 인근에 위치하여 지역사회의 문화 활동의 중심이 되는 각종 공공시설을 의미한다. 최근 통합적 문화 활동의 수요가 증가하면서 커뮤니티센터가 단순 여가활동이 아닌 복지, 체육, 생활예술, 교육 등 공동체복원 및 생활편의를 증진시키는 복합적 공간으로 변모하고 있다. 본 연구는 세종시 주거지형 U-City 체험지구 개발사업의 일환으로, 지역민의 문화 참여 접근성을 제고한다. 특히 체험위주의 공간을 제공함으로서 사회적 통합을 유도하여 궁극적으로 U-City가 만드는 소통과 체감의 도시공간으로 회복하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 공동체 회복 기능의 커뮤니티센터를 집중 연구함으로서 주거지형 U-City 서비스 계획에 적용할 수 있는 실질적 대안을 마련할 수 있다. 이는 기존의 관람형, 강좌형의 일 방향 커뮤니티센터가 아닌 지역주민이 직접 체험하고 자발적으로 참여하는 쌍방향 운영의 커뮤니티센터의 발전방향을 제시했다는데 의의가 있다.

Two-Phase Genetic Algorithm for Solving the Paired Single Row Facility Layout Problem

  • This paper proposes a two-phase genetic algorithm (GA) to solve the problem of obtaining an optimum configuration of a paired single row assembly line. We pair two single-row assembly lines due to the shared usage of several workstations, thus obtaining an optimum configuration by considering the material flow of the two rows simultaneously. The problem deals with assigning workstations to a sequence and selecting the best arrangement by looking at the length and width for each workstation. This can be considered as an enhancement of the single row facility layout problem (SRFLP), or the so-called paired SRFLP (PSRFLP). The objective of this PSRFLP is to find an optimal configuration that seeks to minimize the distance traveled by the material handler and even the use of the material handler itself if this is possible. Real-world applications of such a problem can be found for apparel, shoe, and other manual assembly lines. This research produces the schematic representation solution using the heuristic approach. The crossover and mutation will be utilized using the schematic representation solution to obtain the neighborhood solutions. The first phase of the GA result is recorded to get the best pair. Based on these best matched pairs, the second-phase GA can commence.

공간계량분석 방법에 따른 시설물 화재 발생 유의성 분석 (Significance Analysis of Facility Fires Though Spatial Econometrics Assessment)

  • 최근 우리나라는 크고 작은 화재가 지속해서 발생하고 있다. 화재는 우리나라의 도시 내에서 교통사고와 더불어 가장 많이 발생하는 재해 중 하나이며, 화재 발생 빈도는 토지이용의 형태와 시설물의 유형에 따라 밀접한 상관성을 갖고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 진주시를 대상으로 10년간 화재데이터를 사용하여 토지용도별, 시설물 유형별 그리고 인문 사회적 요인을 고려하여 화재 발생의 유의성을 분석하였다. 먼저 진주시 화재 발생의 공간분포 패턴을 파악한 후, 다중 회귀분석을 통해 인문·사회 및 물리적 요인 간의 공간적 종속성 및 비정상성을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 화재 발생 위치와 각 요인의 위치를 고려하여 공간가중치를 활용한 선형회귀모형, 공간시차모형 그리고 공간오차모형을 비교 분석하였으며 적합도가 높은 통계모형을 제시하였다. 그 결과 진주시 화재 발생의 공간분포 패턴을 확인하기 위해 LISA분석을 실시하였으며 중심상업지역, 공업지역, 주거지역 순으로 화재 발생 빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 인구·사회 및 물리적 변수를 통합하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따라 최종 도출된 요인들을 중심으로 공간가중치를 적용하여 세 모형을 비교 분석하였으며 유의성 검정을 실시한 결과 공간오차모형이 가장 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 화재 발생과 가장 높은 상관성이 있는 시설은 제2종 근린생활시설로 나타났으며 다음으로 단독주택, 제1종 근린생활시설, 가구 수, 판매시설의 순으로 분석되었다. 또한, 표준편차 타원체분석을 통하여 용도지역 중 주거지역, 공업지역, 중심상업지역을 중심으로 시설물별 분포특성을 분석한 결과 주거지역 및 공업지역에서는 네 개 시설물의 특성이 비슷하게 나타났으나 중심상업지역에서는 화재위험도가 가장 높은 제2종 근린생활시설이 중심부에 집중분포하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 도시지역에서 발생하는 화재에 대해 시설물별 특성을 파악하여 화재안전관리를 하는데 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 예상된다.

친환경 공동주택의 계획요소 비교에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design Elements Comparison of Environmental-Friendly Apartment Housing)

  • The present study was compared and discussed with focus on the evaluation for the Importance Level of Design Elements and the Case Study Designing with respect to Environmental-Friendly Apartment Housing. It was examined that there were some differences between the result of Importance Level and the suggested details from Case Study. From the result of Importance Level, evaluation was highly given on the planned principles regarding effective utilization of landuse, ecological principle and reflection of varities, while from the result of Case Study on the planned principles regarding health of residents and amenity. Accordingly the present development method and the fundamental understanding on Environmental -Fiendly Apartment housing should be changed on the basis of the results as above.

신주거지 아파트 구매예정자의 주거선택행동에 관한 연구 - 울산시를 중심으로 - (Determinations of housing decisions of home buyers in Ulsan)

  • This study was designed to examine the determinants of housing decisions of prospective home buyers in newly constructed areas in Ulsan. The main focus was to clarify the current mobility motives. reasons for choosing present dwelling, housing values , housing satisfaction, housing Preferences of households. The data used in this study were collected from a probability sample consisting of 350 households, and analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and analysis of variance. The major findings were as follows: 1) The motives of current mobility of households were home ownership, larger space, and better neighborhoods. 2) The reasons for choosing present dwelling were location. dwelling size, air quality and housing price. 3) Seventeen items of housing values were identified important. 4) Households were satisfied with dwelling size, number of rooms, views, and neighborhood facilities, 5) Dwelling features preferred by the households were the individual opinion of interior, perfect antinoise, better construction materials, better bath, kitchen facility etc.

공동주택 커뮤니티 센터의 공간프로그램 개발 (Space Programing of Community Center in Multi-Family Housing)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a space program of the new community center in multi-family housing. The community center defined in this study is a communal facility which integrate cultural and welfare facilities and activity programs into a complex. Through the analysis of the community programs and spaces for multi-family housing community, a new community center program is proposed. And basic area guidelines are proposed through the making of the space modelling of the important area of the center. According to the guidelines, more spaces compared to the present standards and conditions are needed for a new community center. However, the adjustment of area regulation is essential, considering the fast changing trend of resident's social needs. A new regulation system that controls the total area of function spaces of a community center, rather than controlling each function and area, is required. This kind of system makes it possible to decide programs freely within the limit of total floor area regulation by neighborhood's characteristics and residents'preference.

중공철근으로 보강한 U-플랜지 트러스 복합보의 구조 내력에 관한 실험연구 (Experimental Study on the Structural Capacity of the U-flanged Truss Hybrid Beam with Hollow Rebars)

  • A typical low and medium-sized neighborhood living facility in reinforced concrete building secures a high floor and pursues an efficient module plan(long span). Accordingly, research on the development of new hybrid beams that can innovatively reduce labor costs such as on-site installation and assembly while securing strength and rigidity is ongoing. In order to verify the structural performance of the U-flanged truss composite beam with newly developed shape, Experiments with various variables are required. Based on the results, this study is to evaluate the strength of U-flanged truss hybrid beam through the flexural strength of the Korea Design Code and experimental values. It was evaluated that nominal flexural strength was 110% to 135% higher than the experimental value.

중.소도시 하천의 친환경적 활용 잠재력 평가에 관한 연구 -전남 순천시 하천을 사례로- (A Study on the Evaluation of Pro-environmental Potential of Streams in Sunchon City)

  • This study aims to evaluate the potential of pro-environmental application(PEP) in streams conceptualized ecological conservation and recreational use to be in harmony with. The main content of research are to clarify the PEP, to establish the evaluation model, and to evaluate 3 streams(Dongchon, Seokhyunchon, Okchon) in Sunchon city. Researchers introduced 12 evaluation items(water quality, water quantity, vegetation-water area, vegetation conservation, streamscape, neighborhood landscape, stream width, optimum area, nearby landuse, facility in stream, distance from user, obstacle to acces) by 5 scales to evaluate the characteristics of natural and artificial factors in stream area and nearby area. Also to decide the weight of items, researchers surveyed the opinion of 22 landscape architects experienced stream-plan through delphi method. Lastly the pro-environmental potential on streams were calculated by the ecological potential and recreational potential indices to be standardized and indicidual sections in streams were divided 5 grades on the basis of PEP. The result of this study are as follows; 1) The evaluation model of PEP was constructed by 4 steps, such as the decision of weight, the measurement of scale, the calculation of potential indices, the gradation of individual sections in streams. 2) The ecological potential were highly influenced by natural factor such as water quality, vegetation conservation, vegetation-water area, but on the other hand the recreational potential were influenced by optimum area, distance from user, water quantity, obstacle to access. 3) The factors such as vegetation conservation, optimum area, nearby landuse, distance from user were function as discernment factors to evaluate relatively ecological and recreational potential. and water quality, water quantity, vegetation -water area, neighborhood landscape were acted as important items to decide PEP.

모듈 조립형 공공시설물 디자인 개발 (Design Development of Module Assembly Typed Public Facilities)

  • 현대 사회는 경제적인 성장과 더불어 주민들의 니즈(Needs)를 어떻게 충분하게 반영해야 하는 중요한 시대에 살고 있다. 공공분야의 욕구는 사회생활에서 살아가는 현대인에게 필요한 기본요건을 의미하며 사회복지정책 차원에서도 매우 중요하다. 이러한 공익적 욕구를 해소하기 위해서 최근 들어 공공디자인에 대한 시설을 지자체마다 활발하게 설치하여 주민들의 편의를 높이고 공공서비스를 확대를 정책적으로 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 공공디자인은 합리적인 계획과 유지관리가 원활하게 이루어지도록 설치되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 도시지역의 근린공원에 설치될 공익시설물을 대상으로 공공디자인의 현황과 선행연구를 고찰하고 디자인의 개념을 명확히 하여 근린공간에 설치될 공공시설물의 디자인 문제점을 파악해 새롭게 디자인하여 적용하고자 한다. 이러한 실무 개발을 위한 디자인 방향과 공공시설물에 대한 보관, 조립, 관리가 편리한 모듈 조립형 디자인을 제시하여 향후 공공디자인 개발에 관련된 합리적 유지관리 방향을 살펴보고 공공디자인개발 정책에 반영할 수 있는 디자인 개발사례를 제시하고자 한다.
