This study mainly focused on measuring the impact of comments for a particular song on the number of streamings and downloads. We modeled multiple regression equations to perform this analysis. We chose digital music market for the object of analysis because of its inherent characteristics, such as experience goods, high bandwagon effect, and so on. We carefully utilized text mining technique in accordance with the algorithm of Naïve Bayes classifier to distinguish whether a comment for a piece of music be regarded as positive or negative. In addition, we used 'size of agency' and 'existence of hit song' as moderating variables. The reason for usage of those variables is that those are assumed to affect users' decision for selecting particular song especially when downloading or streaming via music sites. We found empirical evidences that positive comments for a particular song increase the number of both downloads and streamings. However, positive comments may decrease the number of downloads when the size of agency of the artist is big. As a result, we were able to say that a positive comment for a particular song functioned as 'word-of-mouth' effect, inducing other users' behavioral response. We also found that other features of an artist such as size of the agency that the artist belongs to functioned as an external factor along with feature of the song itself.

This study is to investigate extensively the complaint responses of the public library users, as an example of the complaining behaviors of the clients in not-for-profit organization. It selects and analyzes empirically some of the antecedents of the complaining behaviors including attitude toward complaining, cost of the complaining, likelihood of success, of success, product, external attributions and loyalty, and complaint responses including exit, voice(redress seeking), negative word-of-mouth and third party complaints, of the public library users, based on the theoretical backgrounds. It also examines the free use as a new variable of antecedents for not-for-profit organizations. Final data through questionaries are obtained from 515 unsatisfied adult public library users in Taegu, 456 of them analysed with SPSS 10.0 for Windows.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of justice (distributive, interactional, and procedural) perception of e-service recovery in restaurant businesses on e-service recovery satisfaction, negative word of mouth, trust, and commitment. We designed a quasi-experimental study using eight different scenarios of justice application. One of the eight scenarios was distributed to each respondent to read, and the respondent then answered regarding feelings and subsequent action. Data analysis was based on 232 usable responses. The results imply that interactional justice is more important than other forms of justices in e-service recovery of restaurant businesses, indicating that restaurants must approve the service failure, make an apology to the customer, and maintain a courteous attitude at all times. In addison, the restaurant has to consider an e-service recovery program as a long-term strategy because the effect of e-service recovery in restaurant businesses grows slowly and takes time-consuming effort.
Purpose - This study aims to examine new product adoption (NPA) in the context of clothing in Iran. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were gathered from cloth owners in Iran, focusing on famous cloth brands cloth. Further, using the proportionate stratified sampling method, a total 438 usable questionnaires were returned and analyzed through the use of structural equation modeling (SEM). In addition, LISREL software was used to analyze the data collected through the structured questionnaires. Results - Overall, the study findings indicate that education has a positive effect on new product adoption, whereas the impacts of religion and Attitude towards Consumption (ATC) on new product adoption are negative and significant, but the effect of age, peers, and income on new product adoption is not significant. Conclusions - Using date obtained from a large random sample of Iranian consumers, this study offers a deeper understanding of the attitudinal and personal antecedents of consumers' new product adoption in an emerging market. Using the findings of the articles and conclusions will be useful for market researchers and, of course, business persons.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the factors of delivery app service failure on consumption well conflict emotion and complaining behavior targeting consumers with experience using delivery apps, and the results of the study are summarized as follows. First, when looking at the demographic analysis, the proportion of men was 58.1% and women were 41.9%, and the age group was the highest with 91.9% in their 20s. Second, as a result of testing hypothesis 1 that the factor of delivery app service failure will have a significant influence on consumer conflict emotions, failure to provide app information and failure to deliver/food service showed a significant positive (+) relationship. Third, as a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2, that consumer conflict emotions will have a significant effect on the consumer's continued use intention, it was found to be insignificant and rejected. Lastly, hypothesis 3 that consumer conflict emotions will have a significant effect on consumer complaints behavior is that negative word of mouth behavior, complaint behavior from service providers, and complaint behavior from service managers were adopted, but the complaint behavior was rejected by third parties.
Prior studies on the effects of online consumer reviews have mainly focused on review valence, but little research has investigated how two-sided (both positive and negative) and one-sided (only positive) reviews influence consumers' response to online review. In addition, little attention has been paid to how sponsorship presence (firm-sponsored reviews vs. consumer-voluntary reviews) influences individuals' attitude toward online review. Unlike consumer-voluntary reviews without any monetary incentive, firm-sponsored reviews include messages about brands providing monetary compensation. This study examines whether review valence (two-sidedness vs. one-sidedness) influences attitude toward online review via its influence on review credibility. Further, this study examines whether sponsorship presence affects when review valence influences attitude toward review. Thus, this research investigates the effect of review valence on attitude toward review and the moderating role of sponsorship presence in the relationship between review valence and attitude toward review. The first experiment reveals that attitude toward review is more favorable when the review is two-sided (vs. one-sided). The second study demonstrates that differences between the two-sided and the one-sided review occur only for firm-sponsored reviews, not for consumer-voluntary reviews. The theoretical and practical implications are also discussed.
Purpose: This study is to explore how Netflix Customers' Engagement was influenced by Instagram Content, Perceived Price, Exclusivity, and Motivation in the context of Media Streaming and the role of Willingness to Subscribe as the mediating variable. This study underlines millennial's willingness to engage and the form of engagement. Research design, data, and methodology: The data for this research were collected from 100 Netflix's Millennials subscribers who follow @netflixid Instagram. All the results were analyzed and verified using SEM-PLS. Results: Research findings indicated that Willingness to Subscribe, Exclusivity, Motivation, and Instagram Content positively influenced Customer Engagement among Netflix millennials' subscribers. In contrast, Perceived Price had a negative effect on Customer Engagement. Conclusions: As a consequence, the exclusivity that Netflix offers to its audience by a recommendation algorithm has been proven to increase the engagement. This study also disclosed that the most definite form of positive engagement shown by Netflix millennials' subscribers is a behavioral aspect, where they positively recommend Netflix (word of mouth). The study findings can be a reference for the media streaming industry in their efforts to strengthen the engagement with their customers, especially the millennials, and provide knowledge about consumer behavior in digital technology.

Purpose: This study aims to test the influence of brand relationship, price, content, brand awareness, and electronic Word-Of-Mouth (eWOM) on willingness to pay for the subscription fee of Disney+ Hotstar. As the latest streaming service provider in Indonesia, Disney + Hotstar under Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution has actively conducted strategies to strengthen the brand and attract consumers. Research design, data and methodology: Structural Equation Modelling with WarpPLS approach was used to assess the proposed model gathering data from 316 people who have ever known about Disney+ Hotstar through an online survey using measurement items from previous literature. Results: Most responses were obtained from millennial generations. Findings demonstrated that brand relationships, price, content, and brand awareness positively influenced willingness to pay for the subscription fee whereas eWOM showed a negative and insignificant influence on the willingness to pay for the subscription fee. Conclusions: The most significant factor towards willingness to pay a for subscription fee is price, followed by brand awareness, brand relationship, and content. The result of this study may be used as a guide for professionals in the streaming service industry to better implement their strategies in influencing people to have the willingness to subscribe.
