  • The present paper aims to examine the Influences of on line word of mouth(WOM) information valence and information contents to the information searcher. Specially, to examine the interaction effect it's two variables. For that purpose, we categorize WOM information valence into two subcategories; positive and negative, and WOM content into two subcategories; objective evaluation and subjective evaluation. We conducted experimentation design 2*2 and subjects are asked to their attitude and purchase intention after they are exposed each of four different types of WOM information. The result can be summarized as follow; First, the negative WOM has stronger effect on consumer's attitude and purchase intention than positive. Second, factual WOM has stronger effect on consumer's attitude and purchase intention than subject. Finally, when consumer face negative WOM, subjective WOM has more effect on consumer's attitude and purchase intention than factual. On the contrary, when consumer face positive WOM, factual WOM has more effect on consumer's attitude and purchase intention than subject. In conclusion, the korean Foreign Trade Act and other relative acts should be revised, and both educational services and health services should be contained within the definition of "the international trade" for the governmental benefits of supporting the services exportation.

  • This paper presents the design of a negative group delay circuit (NGDC) using the filter synthesis approach. The proposed design method is based on a frequency transformation from a low-pass filter (LPF) to a bandstop filter (BSF). The predefined negative group delay (NGD) can be obtained by inserting resistors into resonators. To implement a circuit with a distributed transmission line, a circuit conversion technique is employed. Both theoretical and experimental results are provided for validating of the proposed approach. For NGD bandwidth and magnitude flatness enhancements, two second-order NGDCs with slightly different center frequencies are cascaded. In the experiment, group delay of $5.9{\pm}0.5ns$ and insertion loss of $39.95{\pm}0.5dB$ are obtained in the frequency range of 1.935-2.001 GHz.

  • Intelligent applications are crucial for increasing the popularity of shared urban electric bicycles (EBs). Building an application platform architectural system that can satisfy independent user operations is critical for increasing the intelligent usage of shared EBs. Consequently, we collected online reviews of shared EB applications, conducted semantic processing and sentiment analysis, and refined the positive and negative review data for each function. The positive and negative review indices of each function were calculated using the formulae for positive and negative review indices of product functions, thereby determining the functions that need to be improved. Each function of the Shared EB application was improved according to its business process. The main contributions of this study are to build a user requirement architecture system for the Shared EB application with five dimensions and 22 functions using the Delphi method to design the user interface (UI) of this application based on user satisfaction evaluation results; to create a high-fidelity dynamic interaction prototype and compare user satisfaction before and after improving the Shared EB application functions. The testing results indicate that the changes in the UI significantly improve the user experience satisfaction of the urban Shared EB application, with the positive experience index increasing by 69.21% and the negative experience index decreasing by 75.85% overall. This information can be directly used by relevant companies to improve the functions of the Shared EB application.

  • College students experience more cyber bullying than youth and cyber bullying on college students may be more harmful than youth. But many studies of cyber bullying have been conducted in youth, but little has been studied for college students. Therefore, this study investigated the negative effects of college students' cyber bullying experience on cognitive processing ability and emotional states. The social support of friends has a buffering effect that prevents stress and reduces the influence on external damage in stressful situations. But the impact of parental social support is controversial. Traditionally, the social support of parents has been claimed to mitigate the negative effects of external damage. Recently, however, it has been argued that parental social support, without considering the independence and autonomy needs of college students, does not alleviate the negative effects. Therefore, this study examined how the social support of friends and parents moderate the negative impact of cyber bullying. The results show that the more college students experience cyber bullying, the lower their cognitive processing ability and emotional states. And, the higher the social support of friends, the lower the harmful impacts of cyber bullying on cognitive processing ability and emotional states. But, the higher the social support of parents, the higher the harmful impacts of cyber bullying on cognitive processing ability and emotional states.

  • In this paper, we investigate nonoscillatory solutions of a class of higher order neutral nonlinear difference equations with positive and negative coefficients $\Delta^m(x(n)+p(n)x(\tau(n)))+f_1(n,x(\sigma_1(n)))-f_2(n,x(\sigma_2(n)))=0,\;n{\geq}n_0$. Some sufficient conditions for the existence of nonoscillatory solutions are obtained.

  • This paper presents a design of a transmission line negative group delay (NGD) circuit with multiple pole characteristics. By inserting an additional transmission line into a conventional NGD circuit, the proposed circuit provides further design parameters to obtain wideband group delay (GD) and to help reduce signal attenuation. As a result, the number of gain compensating amplifiers can be reduced, which can contribute to stable operation when integrated into RF systems. The multiple pole characteristics can provide wider NGD bandwidth and can be obtained by connecting resonators with slightly different center frequencies separated by quarter-wavelength transmission lines. For experimental validation, an NGD circuit with two poles GD characteristic is designed, simulated, and measured.

  • A classic document clustering technique may incorrectly classify documents into different clusters when documents that should belong to the same cluster do not have any shared terms. Recently, to overcome this problem, internal and external knowledge-based approaches have been used for text document clustering. However, the clustering results of these approaches are influenced by the inherent structure and the topical composition of the documents. Further, the organization of knowledge into an ontology is expensive. In this paper, we propose a new enhanced text document clustering method using non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) and WordNet. The semantic terms extracted as cluster labels by NMF can represent the inherent structure of a document cluster well. The proposed method can also improve the quality of document clustering that uses cluster labels and term weights based on term mutual information of WordNet. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves better performance than the other text clustering methods.

  • The distributions of the minimum correlated F-variable arises in many applied statistical problems including simultaneous analysis of variance (SANOVA), equality of variance, selection and ranking populations, and reliability analysis. In this paper, negative binomial sampling technique is employed to derive the distributions of the minimum of chi-square variables and hence the distributions of the minimum correlated F-variables. The work presented in this paper is divided in two parts. The first part is devoted to develop some combinatorial identities arised from the negative binomial sampling. These identities are constructed and justified to serve important purpose, when we deal with these distributions or their characteristics. Other important results including cumulants and moments of these distributions are also given in somewhat simple forms. Second, the distributions of minimum, chisquare variable and hence the distribution of the minimum correlated F-variables are then derived within the negative binomial sampling framework. Although, multinomial theory applied to order statistics and standard transformation techniques can be used to derive these distributions, the negative binomial sampling approach provides more information regarding the nature of the relationship between the sampling vehicle and the probability distributions of these functions of chi-square variables. We also provide an algorithm to compute the percentage points of the distributions. The computation methods we adopted are exact and no interpolations are involved.

  • This work proposes and investigates re-centering negative stiffness dampers (NSDs) for vibration suppression in high-speed trains. The merit of the negative stiffness feature is demonstrated by active controllers on a high-speed train. This merit inspires the replacement of active controllers with re-centering NSDs, which are more reliable and robust than active controllers. The proposed damper design consists of a passive magnetic negative stiffness spring and a semi-active positioning shaft for re-centering function. The former produces negative stiffness control forces, and the latter prevents the amplification of quasi-static spring deflection. Numerical investigations verify that the proposed re-centering NSD can improve ride comfort significantly without amplifying spring deflection.
