The purpose of the present study was to investigate the degree of awareness toward child abuse behaviors, causes of child abuse, and the necessity of the parent education for child abuse prevention in the parents of elementary school students. Four hundred fifty parents of elementary school students participated for this study. The results were as follows. First, the parents generally were aware of emotional abuse and physical abuse, but not aware of neglect. In the comparison, according to parental education level and family income, highly educated parents and high-income parents were more aware of both emotional abuse and neglect. Second, most of the parents agreed on the causes of child abuse presented in the survey except the cause of having an unexpected child. Third, most parents agreed on the necessity of parent education programs for child abuse prevention. The discussion for the results and strategies for child abuse prevention was provided.

The phenomenon due to the abundance of material civilization, and the destruct of environment provokes the damage to the order of nature in the earth. To prevent the fact, the necessity of the ecology start to become influential an important issue. In an outlook on the world of the ecological concept, human evolves with an environment as the mutual interdependence eventually. The approaching of the ecological method to reform of the present environment is an essentiality. In a viewpoint, the interior landscape starts to distinguish as an ecological concept in interior environment. To recognize the necessity of an interior landscape, comparison and analysis have been carried out in the worldwide examples of the lobby space in high-rise office buildings. In the results, the interior landscape is an essential fact to create an ecological interior environment. As the perceiving of the importance in the composition of the ecological environment, it needs to recognize the imminence the introduction of the ecological concept in the human life.

This study analyzes the problems, which the residential inner area has, and proposes systematic and gradual progressing improvement plan for the residential environment in the inner area. Also, planning instruction is proposed through the case study of parcel·jointed complex housing. This study can be concluded as below: (1) Improvement plans sub-divided into promoting districts and inducing districts of the residential inner area are proposed. (2) Necessity for construction of streets is proposed in order to compensate existing problems in sites. (3) Necessity of complex housings is proposed fur roadsides of household unit or small-sized annexation of parcel. (4) Collecting design examples and existing literatures, the planning guideline for jointed parcel complex housing is proposed based on the established relation with a whole surface of streets, formation and distribution of purposes and increased role of exterior space.

잠수 시스템의 표준 및 안전 기준에는 잠수 장비, 잠수 자격, 잠수 의학, 잠수 절차의 4개 분야가 포함되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 잠수 시스템의 국제 규격, 국외 정부 기준, 검사단체의 규칙, 해외 잠수조직의 관련 규정을 고찰하여 국내 기준의 필요성을 제안하였다. 또한 해외 잠수기관들의 현황을 고찰하여 국제 협력방안 등 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

In this paper, we examine the necessity and the role of technology transfer/diffusion in the frame of national technology innovation system. On the base of this, we present a construction plan of technology transfer/diffusion system to make the national electric industry for 21st century to possess the competitive power. To achieve above purpose, we examine the relations between theory of technology transfer/diffusion structure and policy. Furthermore, we try to find the necessity for construction of technology transfer ＆ diffusion system and a driving plan. Then, it is analyzed that expected design requirements for the construction of electric technology transfer ＆ diffusion system. Finally, construction and activation plan for electric technology transfer ＆ diffusion system are presented, which would strengthen the national technology competitiveness.

Color in an image is determined by illuminant and surface reflectance. So, to recover unique color of object, estimation of exact illuminant is needed. In this study, the illumination models suggested to get the object color constancy with the physical illumination model based on physical phenomena. Their characteristics and application limits are presented and the necessity of an extended illumination model is suggested to get more appropriate object colors recovered. The extended illumination model should contain an additional term for the ambient light in order to account for spatial variance of illumination in object images. Its necessity is verified through an experiment under simple lighting environment in this study. Finally, a reconstruction method for recovering input images under standard white light illumination is experimented and an useful method for computing object color reflectivity is suggested and experimented which can be induced from combination of the existing illumination models.
