Application Technology Development of Lon Works Fieldbus Network System for Distributed Control System Based Water Treatment Facility

  • With distribution industrial control system, the use of low cost to achieve a highly reliable and safe system in real time distributed embedded application is proposed. This developed intelligent node is based on two microcontrollers, one for the execution of the application code, also as master controller for ensuring the real time control & the logic operation with CPLD and other for communication task and the easy control execution, i.e., I/O digital input, digital output and interrupting. This paper also presents where the case NCS (Networked control system) with LonTalk protocol is applied for the filtration process control system of a small water treatment plant.

  • This paper considers a networked control system (NCS) that consists of an inverted cart pendulum, a digital controller, and a controller area network (CAN) in which the actuator and sensors of the pendulum are connected to form a closed-loop system. The worst-case message response time (WCMRT) in the CAN is analyzed and the analysis results are applied to the target control system. For the case where the control system cannot satisfy the WCMRT condition and therefore time delays are inevitable, the Luck and Ray method is used to compensate the network-induced time delays. Simulations are carried out to show the feasibility of the proposed scheme.

  • This paper presents a control design for networked control systems (NCS) with uncertain time delay using model matching. The dynamics of the time delay are approximated through the Pade linearization and the uncertain delay term is recursively estimated by the recursive least square (LS) algorithm. Computer simulation illustrates that the proposed control compares favorably with a recently published control approach.

  • 본 논문에서는 데이터 통신을 이용하는 네트워크 제어 시스템에서 데이터 전송 지연에 의한 시스템 안정성 조건을 리아프노프 이론을 이용하여 새로이 유도하였다. 제안된 안정조건은 기존의 복잡한 계산에 의한 결과에 비하여 매우 간단한 형태이며 쉽게 계산될 수 있다. 또한, 기존에 연구된 결과들을 포함하여 적용될 수 있는 조건임을 보였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 결과에 비해 성능 면에서 우수하고 안정성 판단에 있어 덜 제한적임을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문은 확률특성을 갖는 네트워크 기반 제어시스템(NCS; Networked Control Systems)을 위하여 동적 베이시안 네트워크(DBN; Dynamic Bayesian Networks)와 신경회로망 기법을 이용한 지능제어기법을 제안한다. 신경회로망은 시변 시간지연을 갖는 비선형 시스템의 실시간 오차를 보상하기 위한 제어기의 최적화에 적용된다. 모듈화 신경회로망이 구성되며 이것은 제어기의 파라미터를 출력한다 가장 간단한 DBN 구조인 마코브 체인(MC; Markov Chain)이 구성되며 NCS의 랜덤 관측값을 모델링에 적용되며 예측 제어기의 구성에 또한 사용된다. 제안한 제어기법은 위성시스템의 자세제어에 적용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 검증하였다.

  • A number of molybdenum(VI), -(V), and -(IV) oxo complexes with S-methyl 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)methylenedithiocarbazate and its derivatives as the ONS-donor metal-binding substrate are synthesized. The Mo(VI)-dioxo complexes are cis-dioxo Mo$O_2$L(D), where D is solvent molecules such as MeOH, DMF, Py(pyridine), DMSO, and ${\gamma}$-Pic(${\gamma}$-picoline). The Mo(V)-oxo complexes are of the type (PyH)[MoO(NCS$)_2$L] with an octahedral geometry. The Mo(IV)-oxo complexes, MoOL are derived from corresponding Mo(VI)-dioxo complexes by oxo abstraction with PP$h_3$. The complexes are characterized by IR, $^1$H-NMR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. On the basis of ligand displacement reaction, the qualitative order of D binding for Mo$O_2$L(D) complexes is also discussed.

Formation and Reactions of α-Phosphoryl Thiocarbocations: Synthesis of α-Sulfenyl Phosphonates

  • The reaction of chloro(methylthio and arylthio)methanephosphonate (1) and Pummerer-type reaction of sulfinylmethanephosphonate (2) with nucleophiles such as aromatic compounds and thiols were examined. The direct chlorination of (methylthio and arylthio)methanephosphonate with N-chlorosuccinimide (NCS) led to the formation of monochlorinated phosphonates (1) in good yield. The reaction of 1 with aromatic compounds and thiols in the presence of stannic chloride afforded a variety of aryl(methylthio)methanephosphonates (3) and thioacetals of formylphosphonates (4), respectively. Phosphonates 3 and 4 were also obtained from the reaction of Pummerer intermediate, generated from sulfinylmethanephosphonate (2), with aromatic compounds and thiols, respectively. A versatile reaction conditions to generate Pummerer intermediate were examined. The best condition was the combination of trifluoroacetic anhydride with stannic chloride. All reactions may involve an initial formation of α-phosphoryl thiocarbocation and a subsequent nucleophilic attack of aromatic compounds and thiols.

기술사 자격 검정 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving to Examine of P·E Qualification)

  • The domestic professional engineer qualification system has been changed after the enactment of the law in 1963. However, the domestic professional engineers have been unaccepted and unrecognized internationally. In addition, the domestic professional engineer system is operated in accordance with the individual laws of each ministry, but the official qualification examination is conducted by the Human Resource Development Service of Korea. Thus, the domestic professional engineer system has many problems in system itself and operating. In this research, we compare the domestic qualification system with the systems of other foreign countries, and propose how to improve the qualification system. This study limits the scope to the qualification examination for P·E. We suggest 3 ways to improve the qaulification examination; (1) The structure of the qualifications, (2) The testing method, and (3) The unification of the qualification system and operation.

  • Dicyclohexyltin(IV) complexes $Cy_2SnX (X = O,\;S,\;(Me_2NCS_2)_2)$ have been prepared and characterized by means of elemental analysis, cryoscopic data, and IR spectroscopy. X-ray structure determination for $Cy_2Sn(S_2CNMe_2)_2$ (monoclinic; P2/c;a = 8.992(1), b = 6.688(1), c = 19.453(2) ${\AA},\;{\beta}$ = 96.556(7) ; R = 0.041) has shown that the molecule is $C_2$-symmetric with both dithiocarbamate ligands bonding in anisobidentate mode and the local geometry around the hexacoordinate Sn(IV) atom is a distorted octahedral arrangement with the two cyclohexyl groups in trans position. The physical and chemical properties measured suggest polymeric and trimeric structures for $Cy_2SnO\;and\;Cy_2SnS$, respectively.
