This study is aimed to design for qualification structure and criteria for preparation of qualification test of the Livestock. In this study, a DACUM(Development A curriculum) method job analysis to extract contents such as task range, eligibility, examination standards, selection criteria of examination questions, examination methods, etc was done by an job analysis committee composed of 7 specialists in the industry and academia. In the first place, this report presents job analysis models by procedures for developing selection criteria of examination questions of the Livestock. The first step is preparation for job analysis(data research, interviews and selection of experts), the second step the establishment of job models(first expert council and site study), the third step the drawn-out of knowledge, skills, and tools(the second expert council and site study), the fourth step the selection of courses and an examination subject(the third expert council), the fifth step the establishment of guidelines for making questions(the third site study).

Purpose - This study analyzed the effect of obtaining international products and qualification certification on exports according to the suitability evaluation system. Recently, non-tariff barriers have emerged as technical barriers, and the Biden administration is trying to achieve export growth and economic growth by utilizing the demand for conformity assessment following the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the free trade system from the perspective of Korea. Design/methodology - This study analyzed the effect of a manufacturer's product certification acquisition on a company's export performance using Resource-Based View-based multiple regression analysis. To this end, concentration validity was confirmed through Factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha, and correlation analysis was performed to verify discriminant validity. Findings - Product certification and qualification have a positive impact on the company's export performance. In particular, technological dynamism and relationship control have had a significant impact. Originality/value - Considering that the Conformity Assessment Management Act will take effect in earnest in 2022, this study is believed to suggest that companies that have been certified to meet international standards may improve their export performance and increase their value in the future. This paper investigates the characteristics and implementation of associate degree and advanced diploma in Australia, which belong to level 6 in AQF, to gain meaningful implications for engineering associate education in Korea. In Australian Qualification Framework and Engineers Australia's national generic competency standards are regarded as common benchmark for both qualifications. Training packages for advanced diploma were changed according to the subject/and national benchmark. and were developed to meet the needs of technical workers and para-professionals in the engineering field. The author recommends three suggestions from the findings - leadership of ABEEK for making benchmark for associate degree program in engineering in Korea, in which competency-based curriculum is currently being adopted by policy. development of outcomes descriptor of qualification and educational responsibilities.

The purpose of this study is to use as a basic data of establishing operating Course-based National Technical Qualification(CNTQ) support program by examining the educational needs for operating CNTQ of vocational school teachers, and to contribute to the vocational school settlement of CNTQ course. To achieve those purposes, this study drew 27 tasks performed by teachers operating CNTQ. Also, it surveyed the perceived importance and the performance. The findings of this study are as follows. First, it is showed that 'selection of qualification fields and confirmation of organization criteria, organization of educational training time by competency unit, organization of subjects and establishment of competency unit operating plan by grade and semester, selection of teaching materials, implementation of education and training, establishment of evaluation plan, implementation of evaluation, re-education and re-evaluation students with grades under 40%, guidance of paper evaluation, guidance of practical evaluation, guidance of interview evaluation' are the first priority tasks in the result of the need analysis. Second, it is indicated that 'application of external evaluation, guidance to retake an exam for failure' are the secondary priority tasks. According to these results, the following conclusions were made. First, it will be more positive effects if the educational needs in the next CNTQ support program include contents of the first priority tasks. Second, it is indicated that the priority of the educational needs for tasks of operating plan stages is commonly high. In particular, the highest ranking in the result means that it is completely supported from the first step on operating course. It is expected that the program which teachers on operating the course of similar qualification fields share each operating experience is effective. Third, the priority of the educational needs for external evaluation step ranked high. External evaluation has a different level of difficulty and a form of practical evaluation output according to qualification fields, so the method of guidance has to be different. It needs the program constructed by similar fields.

This research is aiming to develop Semiconductor equipment maintenance certification course to train qualified maintenance experts more effectively requested in related semiconductor industry. In the course of research, we adopted diverse research technique such as interview, on-spot investigation, documentary references to analyze current status of related training facilities, and forecast the population of test applicants. We analyzed similar certification course(Craftsman SMT, Industrial Engineer SMT, Craftsman Mechatronics, Industrial Enginee Mechatronics, et) as reference to set up job objectives and curriculum of semiconductor equipment maintenance certification. We conducted survey on expectations on newly created certificate, presented evaluation standard and objective of test, and preliminary writing test and demonstration test. Based on the result of various research, we were able to present training program for semiconductor equipment maintenance certification and set the assessment standard of qualification exam.

The platform of railroad station for domestic passenger train has been operated at two categories like the platforms if low level(500mm, mainline) and high level(1,135mm, metropolitan subway line). To operate both metropolitan subway line and mainline railroad safely, it is essential to develop the doorstep equipment of railway vehicle regardless of low and high level platforms. On the other hand, the domestic test standard at durability and reliability of doorstep equipment has not been existed until now. This study aims at the development on doorstep equipment of telescopic sliding type for low and high level platforms. Durability analysis with VPD(Virtual Product Development) techniques are performed and the durability standard & qualification life through the rig test during no failure test time is examined in accordance with reliability qualification test.

The number of North Korean refugees entering South Korea since the mid 1990s has increased continuously and recently the number has reached 2 million people, which is expected to continue to rise. In the meantime, the government of South Korea has been developing various means to help the North Korean refugees take part in our society and to increase their self-reliance. In this study, improvements were made to systems where North Korean national qualifications are made eligible for use in South Korea, to help them better adapt to our society. The research conducted a Delphi survey of 70 professional qualified workers, training specialists, qualified professionals, researchers and government agents, and 6 interviews were carried out to North Korean refugees and qualified judges. The results complement the current system, in terms of eligibility qualification procedures, where the department's role in its qualification procedure is enhanced and practical experiences are added to the procedure.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the design and implementation of a WCBT(Web and Computer based Test). The WCBT combines the strengths of both a WBT(Web-based test) and a CBT(Computer-based test) on the basis of efficiency and stability. The current assessment system, considered an important management tool in the construction and operation of a total management system for the national technical qualification, has some unstable elements with regard to system load and stability. The proposed system's technological aspects have been tested through a basic simulation pilot program. The pilot program will be expanded to include the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry because the stability of the system was proved through its application to the real-time national technical examination of KCCI (Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry). The WCBT system has shown great efficiency in terms of system load, and has solved frequent communication problems which have occurred through the use of foreign qualifying examinations. The server and client systems of the WCBT have been given good evaluations with regard to the convenience of their use and the management system for operators and supervisors.

The purpose of this study is to make profits and enhance national competitiveness through the globalization of Korean food. For this purpose, this study analyzed the certificate of qualification for Korean cooking technicians in the field of technical cooking. The results of presenting the perception, motivation for acquisition, and improvement measures of the Korean cooking certificate are as follows. First, as for the perception, if Korean cooking technicians acquire the certificate, they are acknowledged to acquire the qualifications and basic technology as licensed cooks in Korean food; however, they cannot practically execute cooking affairs. They cannot receive additional marks in time of employment. Getting the special education in cooking schools is helpful to acquiring the certificate. Second, the motivation for acquisition results from its advantage over other types of business, and a hope for running Korean food restaurants. Third, the improvement measures cover changing examination contents to be utilized in practical affairs, improving cooking methods, fair evaluation, and considering excessive technicians not to depreciate the value of the certificate.

To work in the fashion industry which has entered the digital age, and in specialization and high-industrialization age, one needs to attain various skills required for the qualifications of a fashion specialist. For these, qualification certificate systems are enacted to nurture specialized technical personnel, and among these, a jacket pattern is selected from the practical examination of Western-style dress skill prepared for nurturing specialist who can design, cut, and sew women's clothing, to be compared and analyzed against the existing printed practical textbooks, technical books of making clothes which used as college textbooks, and local documents of theoretical study documents. The methodology of the research is to select 8 samples for the study, analyze the identity with the design, and then cut applying the identical dimensions and compare the measurements, and make the clothes using each cutting methods, and inspect to find the consistency with the design and made statistical analysis. As a result, we designed and made research patterns, and suggested a jacket pattern design to patterns simply that suits the design fast.
