Nature preservatio has been a main stream trend as the purpose and meaning of world's national park management since the definition of a national park was first adopted at the IUCN meeting in New Delhi in 1969. However, Korea's national parks have been managed in a direction opposed to that of the world trend. The internationally accepted meaning defines a national park is the most important system for nature conservation, where an ecosystem must be preserved in as much of a natural state as possible. It also defines a national park is a place where only the minimum amount of human intervention is allowed. The role of tourism, which was initially expected to play a significant role in national parks, has been reduced to the extent where tourism in national parks is allowed only to the point where conflicts arising from local socio-economic interests tied up to the tourism can be dealt with. From this perspective, Korea's national parks are being challenged to establish new relationship between mean and nature and to develop management based on ethical grounds for future generations.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of moral textbooks in Chinese elementary school with a multicultural perspective. This can be seen as a plan to prevent conflicts due to migrants in our society. Therefore, the importance of multicultural education in moral education were discussed. And then the contents of Chinese primary moral textbooks(grade 1) was critically analyzed according to content areas. As China was composed of 56 ethnics, the culture of domestic ethnic minority should be understood primarily. As a research result, the educational contents were primarily composed of children's daily lives and social norms which citizens should be abided by. The contents of textbooks do not reflect the feature of china as a typical multi-ethnic society. This can be seen that the Chinese moral education in primary school focuses on social integration. Therefore, we emphasize that the educational contents should be reconstructed with a multicultural perspective. And we hope our research can contribute to recognize and respect the differences between various nations and form a mutually beneficial relationship.

본 연구는 포괄안보 관점의 국가위기관리와 국가방위요소간의 작동관계를 연구한 것이다. 국가방위요소는 통합방위법에서 제시하고 있다. 따라서 통합방위의 원칙과 문제, 그리고 대안을 제시하여 국가위기 시 국민의 생명과 재산을 지키고 국가안보를 굳건히 하기 위한 목적으로 연구하였다. 이론적 배경으로 '총체적 위기관리 모델'과 '국가위기관리기본지침'의 위기관리 4단계를 근거로 분석틀을 구상하였다. 이를 통해 국내외 4가지의 사례연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 국가위기관리 단계별 국가방위요소가 잘 작동하기 위해서는 관련법규, 주관기관, 국민의식이 구비되어야 함을 확인할 수 있다. 국가위기관리의 완전성을 위해서 국가위기관리기본법 제정과 관련법률의 정비, 통합방위계획의 수립, 연계된 훈련, 소통을 위한 C4I구비, 지자체장 능력강화, 소방의 국가방위요소화가 필요함을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the difference of parents' verbal control styles influence children's perspective-taking and interpersonal cognitive problem-solving skills. The subjects of this study were 117 five-year-old children with their parents included. The questionnaire used was relevant to the topic, such as parents' verbal control styles, young children's perspective-taking ability, and their interpersonal cognitive problem-solving skills. The percent, mean, standard deviation, three-way ANOVA, and Scheffe were used to analyze the data collected through SPSS WIN program. The major findings are as follows: First, a father's verbal control style makes a significant difference in young child's perspective-taking ability. However, there is no interaction effect between parents' verbal control styles and a child's sex. Second, a father's verbal control style makes a significant difference in young child's interpersonal cognitive problem-solving skills. Character-oriented verbal control mode of a father, in particular, produces more effects on boys than girls. Lastly, Two skills - alternative problem-solving skills and cause-solving skills - have interaction effects. Boys demonstrate higher skills than girls when parents apply character-oriented verbal control styles. Girls do so when mothers use position-oriented verbal control styles, especially in the area of cause-solving skills.

본 연구에서는 과학의 본성을 현대적 관점으로 변화시킬 수 있는 프로그램으로서 2 종류의 과학사-역할놀이 프로그램을 고안하여 그 프로그램의 적용 효과와 과학사 주제별 과학의 본성의 인식의 변화에서 차이가 있는 지를 알아보았다. 과학사 주제에 따른 역할놀이 활동 전후의 과학의 본성 인식변화 효과의 차이를 분석한 결과 I 그룹(원자모형의 변천-역할놀이 활동)과 II 그룹(멘델레프 주기율 표-역할놀이 활동)을 수행한 그룹 사이에 과학의 본성 인식 정도가 통계적으로 차이가 없는 동질한 그룹이었으나, 각각의 주제로 과학사-역할놀이 처치를 한 후 시행한 사후검사에서 I 그룹이 II 그룹보다 그 인식의 정도가 통계적으로 유의미한 차이로 높게 나타났다. 이는 과학사-역할놀이 활동을 처치한 후에 과학의 본성에 대한 인식의 변화 정도는 각각의 역할놀이와 결합시키는 과학사의 주제에 따라 그 효과가 차이가 있을 수 있음을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구결과는 주제의 흥미도와 난이도를 고려하기 보다는 시계열적 과정을 거쳐 다수의 과학자들이 과학적 이론을 정립해 가는 과정이 포함된 과학사 주제를 선택하여 과학사-역할놀이 활동을 할 경우 과학의 본성의 변화에 더 효과적일 수 있다는 가능성을 시사한다.

Purpose: This paper discusses the intrinsic assumption of one-dimensional relationship between the upper and lower levels in AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for the Preliminary Feasibility Study of National R&D Program. This assumptions has not been questioned in academia and industry so far. Methods: This discussion is induced by understanding the Theory of Attractive Quality (Kano et al. 1984) and explains the limitation of AHP in the preliminary feasibility study of national R&D program. Results: In this paper, we propose a new questioning method based on two dimensional perspective, which is named as 2D-AHP (two dimensional AHP), to overcome the limitation. The main idea stems from the observation that the relationship between the upper and lower levels in AHP can vary depending on the subject of R&D. Conclusion: The two dimensional perspective pointed out in this paper should be more deeply studied in the field of MCDM(multi-criteria decision making) since it can be applied to the more general problems in human decision making.

본 논문에서는 특정 지역을 연속해서 촬영하는 고정된 카메라 영상에서 사람들의 움직임을 검출하고 움직임을 분석하여 정량화 하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 배경 영상을 획득하기 위하여 일정 시간동안의 입력 영상을 누적하고 평균값으로 정규화 한다. 그리고 영상을 계속 누적하여 배경 영상을 실시간으로 갱신한다. 다음으로 획득된 배경 영상과 현재 영상에 대하여 차영상과 이진화를 수행하고 팽창 연산과 연결 성분 분석으로 잡영을 제거한다. 그리고 잡영이 제거된 영상에서 원근감 효과를 고려하는 가중치를 적용하여 움직임이 있는 객체를 클러스터링 하는 수정된 ART2 클러스터링 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로 클러스터링 결과 정보를 이용하여 움직임을 정량화 한다. 제안하는 방법을 실내 환경에 설치된 네트워크 카메라로부터 영상을 획득하여 실험한 결과, 영상의 원근감 효과에 따라 군집 크기가 차이남에도 강인하게 분석할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 차선 이탈 경고 장치 시스템에서 사용되는 실시간 차선 추적 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 입력 영상의 원근효과를 제거하기 위해 역투영 변환을 이용하여 조감도 영상을 생성한다. 그 다음 차선의 사전 정보를 이용하여 차선 검출에 적합한 특징들을 추출한다. 블록단위의 관심영역에 해당하는 차선 특징과 RANSAC(RANdom Sample Consensus) 알고리즘을 사용하여 차선 후보군을 검출하고 클러스터링 과정을 수행하여 주행 차선을 결정한다. 마지막으로 칼만 필터를 사용하여 현재 검출된 주행 차선을 추적한다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 주간, 야간 등의 다양한 고속도로 환경에서 실험한 결과 실시간 환경에서 사용가능한 30ms 이내의 처리 속도와 90% 가량의 추적률을 얻을 수 있었다.

As a public space providing night commercial services, night market represents the regional culture of a region or city to a certain extent. With the development of material economy and the continuous improvement of spiritual civilization, the modern night market has also begun to show some new changes. is an important strategy for the development and transformation of modern night market to build the brand image of night market and turn the traditional night market into a new "national tide" night market". Based on the regional cultural perspective, this paper takes many night markets in Changzhou, China as the object of study, and aims to summarize the effective ways to construct a new night market image. We are designed the following conclusions. The first is to deploy rational and unique features. The second is to enrich the business style and to perfect matching. The third is to regulate management and promote multiple effects. Therefore, it is expected that a new strategy will be proposed to create a night market brand image from a local cultural perspective.

So far, most research studying the causality of autism has focused on neurobiological or psychological aspects. However, most studies have dealt with only proximal causality of autism, and there is little research on its ultimate causality. 'Evolutionary perspective', which has received attention recently in various academic fields, suggests several theories regarding the ultimate causality of autism. We reviewed different theories on the evolution of autism, and discussed both the merits and the limitations of the theories.
