Objective: This study aimed to examine the prospective links among perspective taking, attachment security, and executive function and the mediating role of executive function on the relationship between attachment security and perspective taking. Methods: The participants included 147 preschoolers living in Gyeonggi. The data-analysis methods included descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVAs, Pearson's correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis, and the Sobel test. Results: First, preschoolers' perspective taking was significantly related to attachment security, and executive function. Furthermore, there was a significant association between attachment security and executive function. As expected, the correlations were positive in all cases. Second, the effects of attachment security on intention and emotion perspective takings were fully mediated by executive function when holding children's age and vocabulary constant. However, executive function did not predict thought perspective taking, whereas attachment security did. Conclusion: Given that parent-child attachment security might play an important role in child cognitive and socio-cognitive development, parents' endeavors to enhance the quality of the attachment relationship could be a fruitful path for preschoolers' developing executive capacities and perspective taking.

본 연구는 포괄안보 관점의 국가위기관리와 국가방위요소간의 작동관계를 연구한 것이다. 국가방위요소는 통합방위법에서 제시하고 있다. 따라서 통합방위의 원칙과 문제, 그리고 대안을 제시하여 국가위기 시 국민의 생명과 재산을 지키고 국가안보를 굳건히 하기 위한 목적으로 연구하였다. 이론적 배경으로 '총체적 위기관리 모델'과 '국가위기관리기본지침'의 위기관리 4단계를 근거로 분석틀을 구상하였다. 이를 통해 국내외 4가지의 사례연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 국가위기관리 단계별 국가방위요소가 잘 작동하기 위해서는 관련법규, 주관기관, 국민의식이 구비되어야 함을 확인할 수 있다. 국가위기관리의 완전성을 위해서 국가위기관리기본법 제정과 관련법률의 정비, 통합방위계획의 수립, 연계된 훈련, 소통을 위한 C4I구비, 지자체장 능력강화, 소방의 국가방위요소화가 필요함을 제시하였다.

This study focused on how to supplement and develop military spiritual education in response to promotion of peace and prosperity and Change of Security Environment on the Korean Peninsula. In order to succeed in the peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula policy, Strengthening the military spiritual education is necessary. This study was analyzed through the survey and the results are as follows: First, the awareness level of military spiritual education is more than 68%. Second, the satisfaction level of education has been quit motivated, but, the respondents demands various methods of eduction. Third, the current mental power scores showed no significant difference for environmental change. In addition, based on the results of the research, the problem of military spiritual education is as follows. It is not enough to secure the identity that can firmly support the era of peace and prosperity on the Korean peninsula. Poor budget support might hinder improving poor education facilities and outdated equipment. Furthermore, there is a lack of research on future-oriented educational system in support of traditional education methods of repetition-type repeated education and unification. Therefore, we deducted the following development strategies for the military spiritual education in this paper. First, it is necessary to strengthen the military spiritual education to support the era of peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula. Second, for enhancing educational environments, the educational facilities and equipments should be improved by understanding the characteristics of the education target. Third, the integrated management of military research institutes specialized in military spiritual education should be pursued as a system development for ensuring the continuous effect of education. In conclusion, continuous attention and research are needed to establish national perspective and national security perspective, raise the military spirit and utilize various education development programs in order to develop efficient military spiritual education in the future.

본 연구는 러시아의 크림반도 합병의 해양안보적 고찰을 목표로 하였다. 본 연구는 러시아의 국가안보 인식에 대한 포괄적인 분석을 바탕으로 러시아의 해양안보전략과 흑해·아조프해의 안보적 중요성에 대해서 검토하였으며, 이후 크림반도 합병을 해양 안보적으로 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 러시아의 크림반도 합병이 군사적으로는 흑해함대의 활동을 보장하며 대서양으로의 진출 통로를 확보하여 NATO의 동진에 대항하고 경제적으로는 천연자원의 생산 및 수송, 해운의 안정적인 보장, 흑해경제권 내에서의 영향력 확보를 위한 전략적 고려를 바탕으로 이뤄졌음을 드러냈다.

본 연구는 한국 민간경호시스템 운영에 대한 문제점들을 다각도에서 분석하고 또한 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 개선방안을 모색할 필요성이 제기되므로, 민간경호시스템의 운영에 관한 경영적 측면, 정책적 측면, 법${\cdot}$제도적 측면, 경호시스템의 운용적 측면에서 효율적인 운영방안을 제시하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있으며, 질적사례연구방법으로 연구하였다. 본 연구에서의 결론 및 제언하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경영적 측면에서는 기업여건의 변화에 따른 성장전략을 재편, 세분시장 마케팅전략이 전개되어야 한다. 그리고 최저가입찰제등 도급방식의 개선과 아울러 민간경호업체들 간에는 과당경쟁을 지양해야 한다. 둘째, 정책적 측면에서는 경찰청, 경비협회 등 관계기관 기능 확대와 상호협력체제 구축, 수익성행사의 민영화, 민간경호에 대한 의식의 향상, 그리고 시큐리티 박람회 및 세미나를 확대하여 민간경호시스템의 발전에 근간이 되어야 한다. 셋째, 법${\cdot}$제도적 측면에서는 환경변화에 따른 경비업법의 개정, 자격 제도의 도입, 경비지도사 제도를 강화해 경호원의 지도${\cdot}$감독${\cdot}$교육의 임무를 충실히 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 마지막으로, 경호시스템 운용적 측면에서는 전문 시큐리티 기법의 도입 및 적용, 공경호와 자원봉사자의 지원시스템 수립, 표준 ‘경호업무매뉴얼’ 마련, 그리고 경호장비의 현대화${\cdot}$첨단화가 되어야 민간경호업무가 효율적으로 운영될 것이다.

산업스파이에 의한 핵심기술 유출이 점차 지능화, 첨단화, 복잡화 되어가고 있으며 이로 인한 피해 또한 심각해지고 있다. 이러한 상황에 대응하는 방안으로 융합보안이 대두되었고 모든 산업분야에 점차 확대되고 있다. 특히 국가적 핵심기술과 인력 및 시설을 포함하고 있는 방위산업은 융합보안이 더 요구되는 산업분야이다. 방위산업은 국가의 안전보장에 필요한 방위산업물자를 연구, 개발, 생산하는 산업이다. 방위산업은 군사기밀, 산업비밀, 핵심기술인력, 방위산업물자, 국가중요시설, 정보통신체계 등 다양한 보안요소를 포함하고 있다. 방위산업보안은 군사보안과 산업보안의 복합체이며 방위산업의 모든 보안요소를 통합하는 융합보안이다. 따라서 방위산업보안은 융합보안의 대표적인 실천모델이라고 할 수 있다. 방위산업보안에 대한 연구는 일반적인 다른 산업분야에서의 보안과 관련된 연구에 비해 미흡한 실정이다. 방위산업의 핵심기술 유출을 방지하고 기술인력 및 시설을 보호하기 위해서, 방위산업보안을 융합보안의 개념에서 연구하고 실천하는 노력이 절실한 시점이다.

전(全) 산업 분야에서 ICT 융합화가 진행되고 공급망의 글로벌 생태조성이 가속화됨에 따라, 공급망 위험 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히, ICT 제품의 공급망은 관리해야 할 기술적·환경적 요인들이 매우 복잡하여, 전체 생명주기에 걸친 투명한 관리가 어렵다. 이에 미국·영국·EU 등 세계 주요국과 국제연합은 ICT 제품 공급망 대상의 사이버 공급망 보안 관련 연구와 정책을 수행·수립 중이다. 우리나라도 2019년 발표한 국가사이버안보전략의 기본계획 내에 주요 ICT 장비의 공급망 보안을 위한 관리체계를 구축하는 등 현안으로써 추진하고 있으나, 국가·공공기관을 위한 조직·기관 수준의 정책은 아직 부재한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 미국의 사이버 공급망 보안 관리체계를 검토하여, 사이버 공급망 보안 관점의 우리나라 국가 정보보안 기본지침 보완방안을 제시한다. 이는 국내 정보보안 분야에서 도입 가능한 사이버 공급망 조치사항의 참고 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

In this paper, we define four levels of analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the configuration of the development phase by S/W development life cycle. In particular, it dealt with the stage of the analysis phase to prepare an information system developed intensively. Details of the derivation of the information security requirements, it can be seen that comes from the perspective of confidentiality, integrity, availability and accountability, etc. It dealt with from the first manifestations of the projects planning to final planning to establish information security in activities of the Information Security requirements. As an example exhibited by assessing the information security analysis phase activities of S corporations, it can be seen that the improved sales rise in information security activities.

에너지자원의 안정적인 확보는 국가발전을 위한 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 혁신시스템 관점에서 우리나라의 에너지관련 정책결정시스템을 분석하고 그 문제점을 도출하였다. 혁신시스템의 구성요소 중 혁신주체 측면에서는 에너지의 안정적인 수송을 위한 전략적인 강화방안이 미흡하다는 한계를 가지고 있었으며, 연계측면에서는 국방영역을 제외한 혁신주체들 간의 연계는 비교적 양호하였으나 안보적 관점에서 중요한 역할을 담당하는 국방영역과 타 혁신주체들 간의 연계는 미흡한 것으로 분석되었다. 하부구조 측면에서는 에너지안보 관점에서 국방영역의 하부구조인 전력건설 논의가 미흡한 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 제도적 측면에서는 에너지안보에 관한 국방영역의 역할에 대한 제도적 정립이 미흡하여 향후 국가 에너지안보와 관련된 거버넌스에서 국방영역의 참여가 제도적으로 명시될 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Revolution of Shale gas literally brings about great changes in many spheres. In the past most academic research had been focused on the influence and innovative change in term of economic perspective. But nowadays we should more concern about the security approach and perspective as its status of the future's core energy resources. Revolution of Shale gas has an great influence on the reshaping of global and regional alliance order. There are many international political implications as follows. Contribution of energy hegemony with leading U.S.; Acting as strategic leverage on the reshaping international order; Deepening competition among major states on the construction of energy security and so on. We'd better make a good solution and systematic policies which are preparing for the Shale gas's revolution period including on the understanding about the change on the global energy structure and making a national policy agenda of energy security issues and so on. The thesis like 'to get the energy resources is to get the hegemonic power in the world' will persist. The same holds good of Shale gas case. To meet the revolution of shale gas era, we have important tasks as like making an opportunity to develope not only regional but also international prosperity.
