The evolution of cloud computing over the past few years is potentially one of the major advances in information technology. However, if cloud computing is to achieve its potential, there needs to be a clear identification and understanding of the various issues involved, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the technology. While a lot of research is currently taking place in the technology itself, there is an equally urgent need for understanding the business-related issues surrounding cloud computing service. As more and more information on individuals and companies are placed in the cloud service, concerns are beginning to grow about just how safe and reliable an environment it is. For successful implementation of cloud services, it is necessary to establish the certification systems to ensure the safety and reliability of cloud services. This paper provides a safe and reliable framework for cloud service certification systems. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of cloud services have been identified and the systematic framework for certification systems of cloud services and service provider domains have been developed. An evaluation method for the developed certification systems is also proposed.

The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.

Objectives: Pharmacopuncture is a new form of acupuncture treatment that injects herbal medicine into acupuncture points. This paper introduces the management status of pharmacopuncture through accreditation, and examines the effect of accreditation on pharmacopuncture management. Methods: The Accreditation System of External Herbal Dispensaries (EHDs) of traditional Korean medicine clinics announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in September 2018 were investigated. Results: The Accreditation System of EHDs assesses and certifies herbal medicine and pharmacopuncture preparations. Regular components for the 'pharmacopuncture' certification consist of nine standards, 30 categories, and 165 items. The nine standards include: herbal dispensary facilities, clean room management, management and organization operation, employee management, document management, continuous quality control, herbal medicine management, management of preparation, and pavement management. Conclusion: Through EHD accreditation and certification system, traditional Korean medicine clinics and EHDs can now manage pharmacopuncture medicine quality and promise safe pharmacopuncture treatment for the people.

A consumer survey was conducted for the subject of a total of 503 housewives in Korea, with the questionnaires on the quality attributes for Korean native chicken. The responding results collected were used for the importance-performance analysis of the quality attributes involved in production, processing, distribution, and consumption of Korean native chicken. The quality attributes with both relatively high importance and performance ("keep up the good work") were chicken origin, shelf life, freshness, and safety issues, while those with high importance but low performance ("concentrate here") were chicken breed certification and refrigerated/ frozen state. Respondents were also interested in lean meat and protein content of the chicken meat. In the aspect of eating quality attributes, chewiness was the most important one. The survey shows tenderer, chewier, and more flavorful chicken meat will be preferred and a new chicken breed with those eating quality attributes needs to be developed.

Recently, as a lot of software with AI functions has been developed, the number of software products with various prediction functions is increasing, and as a result, the importance of software quality has increased. In particular, as consideration for functional safety of products with AI functions increases, software quality management is being conducted at a national level. In particular, the GS Quality Certification System is a quality certification system for software products that is being implemented at the national level, and the GS Certification System is also researching quality evaluation methods for AI products. In this study, we attempt to present an evaluation model that satisfies the basic conditions of software quality based on international standards among the various quality evaluation models presented to verify software reliability. Considering the software quality characteristics of the artificial intelligence sector, we study quality evaluation models, diagnose quality, and predict failures. .In this study, we propose an international standard model for artificial intelligence based on the software reliability growth model, present an evaluation model, and present a method for quality diagnosis through the model. In this respect, this study is considered to be important in that it can predict failures in advance and find failures in advance to prevent risks by predicting the failure time that will occur in software in the future. In particular, it is believed that predicting failures will be important in various safety-related software.

Standards are increasing of importance for photovoltaics. The rapid growth of production is one reason for this but standards are equally important in ensuring the quality and reliability of installed PV systems. which have a propound impact on acceptance of the technology in the expanding marketplace. Korea government (Korean Agency for Technology and Standards. KATS)make and implement a five year plans for promotion of international standardization of this field from 2004. Through these works and harmonization of PV Korea standards with international standards(international electrotechnical commission. IEC). KATS leads the technology innovations and eventually increases the international Competitiveness. Strategic collaboration with other countries is also strengthened through Korea's participation in IECEE(IEC system for conformity and certification of electrical equipment) on standards and conformity assessment. One of the major goals of the Plan is to facilitate trade between Korea and its trading partners by emphasizing harmonization of its national conformity assessment system with international norms

Objectives: The aim of this study is to explore and investigate the status of EMR currently used in Korean medical institutions and the suitability of the existing certification criteria for Korean medicine EMR certification. Methods: The survey was conducted using a related questionnaire from September to October 2022. The survey for current status and the suitability of the existing certification criteria was conducted separately between Korean medical institutions and Korean medicine EMR companies. Results: In a survey of Korean medical institutions on the current status of EMR, more than 80% answered that the imaging system and Korean medicine EMR could be linked. Most medical institutions did not exchange clinical information between institutions. When asked about the intention to develop standard EMR of Korean medicine in the future, 57% of institutions answered 'yes'. In future, if Korean medicine EMR certification criteria are developed, all EMR companies are willing to develop the EMR that satisfy them. Looking at the satisfaction survey of the existing EMR certification criteria of the Korean medicine EMR system, it was found that high/low satisfaction was shown in various areas, and in particular, the overall clinical information exchange function was insufficient. Conclusion: In order to introduce the Korean medicine EMR certification criteria, it must be considered of the current status of EMR and applicability of Korean medicine EMR for establishment of Korean medicine standard EMR certification criteria. By developing Korean medicine EMR certification criteria, high-quality medical services can be provided to medical consumers who want Korean medical treatment.

The quality of the data is the most basic prerequisite for effective use of data. Problems and the resulting loss due to error data has emerged using case studies and a number of, to a national, quality certification system of the data has been enforced, you must manage to generate data study on the method for selecting the point of view of an organization's data CTQ is a very unsatisfactory state of affairs. Selected CTQ main data is subject to quality control in the organization, to develop criteria for CTQ data side of the business and IT so that it can be managed in a systematic manner, the proposed model, to filter the data accordingly presented in detail how to manage enterprise-wide CTQ data that can be quantified Te. By utilizing SPSS, factor analyzes, for which I used the AHP method for quantification. In particular, we present a framework of management measures along the maturity of the data in the organization due to the enforcement of authentic quality certification system of DB, utilizing the CTQ-DSMM model readily applicable to practice.
