A comparative analysis of the state and results of the functioning of the education system of Ukraine with the national educational systems of the USA and Great Britain was carried out. Based on which we found out similar and different in the process of developing the system of training specialists in higher education institutions of the USA, Great Britain, and Ukraine. Describing the main quantitative indicators of education in the UK, USA and Ukraine, we found common features and distinctive features. Consideration in the comparative aspect of trends in the development of higher teacher education in the United States, Great Britain and in Ukraine gives grounds for conclusion. For these countries, such groups of norms as types of educational institutions, forms of Education; introduction of a unified system of credit units in order to create conditions for broad mobility of students; availability of different levels of training; study of the best experience of educational activities of other states and its introduction into the educational process in combination with the cultural traditions of Ukraine coincide. Describing the main quantitative indicators of education in the analyzed countries, we found distinctive features.Teacher development systems in the UK, USA and Ukraine are compared. It was found out that the use of methods of Great Britain and the United States on the organization of independent work in the process of professional development of teachers will have a positive impact on training in the system of advanced training of teachers in Ukraine. The article examines the information culture of future specialists, which is based on knowledge about the information environment, the laws of its functioning and development, and the perfect ability to navigate the limitless modern world of information.

This paper has focused on the development of an educational sensor network (ESN) based on wireless sensor networks(WSN) and pervasive monitoring systems for students' activity during scientific experiments. A number of WSN systems have been proposed with integrated wireless transmission, mounted sensor boards and local processing. However, there is no trail to employ WSN on the educational field. In this paper, to facilitate research and development using wireless sensor network and multi-sensor data fusion, the educational sensor network (ESN) hardware development platform is presented. The ESN project is conducted over one semester time period (Spring Semesters). It involves approximately twenty middle school students who enrolled a gifted program in Kongju National University. Though under prepared, these students are in general highly motivated to learning specially when presented with the ESN project. An ESN project such as this is expected to provide an excellent means for teaching and learning scientific and mathematical principles.

The hypothesis of the study of the article is that the use of elements of artificial intelligence will increase the effectiveness of the educational process of the university if: a set of pedagogical conditions for the construction and use of an expert system with elements of artificial intelligence in the educational process of the university is revealed; a model for preparing a future teacher of vocational training for the use of elements of artificial intelligence has been developed; a special course has been developed that contributes to the implementation of the professional orientation of education. In accordance with this, the following tasks were studied in the article: An analysis of scientific and methodological research in the field of the current state, prospects for the development and use of elements of artificial intelligence in the preparation of a future teacher of vocational training and to determine the dynamics of the introduction of intelligent expert systems in education; A set of pedagogical conditions for the construction and use of an expert system with elements of artificial intelligence in the educational process of a university is revealed; It is substantiated to develop a model for preparing a teacher of vocational training to use elements of artificial intelligence.

교육기관이 보유한 개인정보 파일의 상당수는 개인의 학사정보, 건강정보 등 민감한 정보를 포함한다. 따라서 교육기관의 개인정보유출 사건이 발생할 경우 그 피해가 클 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 피해를 막기 위해 교육부는 2012년부터 교육기관의 (개인)정보보호 담당자를 대상으로 보안인식제고 및 보안기술능력 향상을 목표로 하는 정보보호 교육센터를 설립하여 운영하는 등 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 여전히 공공기관에서 발생한 개인정보유출 사건의 상당수는 교육기관에서 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호 교육센터의 교육과정이 교육대상의 교육수요에 적합하게 운영되고 있는지 확인하기 위해 다음과 같이 진행하였다. 대학의 정보보호 관련 전공 커리큘럼을 조사하여 정보보호 분야의 지식 및 기술 11개를 도출하였고, 정보보호 교육센터의 교육대상인 교육기관의 (개인)정보보호 담당자를 대상으로 정보보호 분야의 지식 및 기술 11개에 대한 교육수요를 조사하였다. 또한, 정보보호 교육센터의 교육과정을 조사하였으며, 이를 교육대상의 교육수요와 비교해보았다.

This paper presents the implementation of an educational kit for intelligent system control education. Neural network control algorithms are presented and control hardware is embedded to control the inverted pendulum system. The RBF network and the MLP network are implemented and embedded on the DSP 2812 chip and other necessary functions are embedded on an FPGA chip. Experimental studies are conducted to compare performances of two neural control methods. The intelligent control educational kit(ICEK) is implemented with the inverted pendulum system whose movements of the cart is limited by space. Experimental results show that the neural controllers can manage to control both the angle and the position of the inverted pendulum systems within a limited distance. Performances of the RCT and the FEL control method are compared as well.

The article considers one of the areas of development of artificial intelligence where there is the development of computer intelligent systems capable of performing functions traditionally considered intelligent - language comprehension, inference, use of accumulated knowledge, learning, pattern recognition, as well as learn and explain their decisions. It is found that informational intellectual systems are promising in their development. The article is devoted to intelligent information systems and technologies in educational activities, ie issues of organization, design, development and application of systems designed for information processing, which are based on the use of artificial intelligence methods.

본 연구의 목적은 교사교육의 중요성에 기초하여 교원양성 과정의 내실화와 u-러닝 시대의 교육 변화를 주도할 수 있는 교사를 양성하는 새로운 교사양성체제에 대한 요구 분석에 있다. 이러한 현장의 다양한 요구를 기반으로 u-러닝 시대 교사의 교육철학과 리더십, 교육내용에 대한 인식, 교사와 학생의 상호작용(의사소통) 방식의 이해와 실천이 바탕이 되는 측면에서 교사양성체제를 보완 할 수 있을 것이다.

The article discusses the use of smart technologies in the training of future specialists. Today, learning using smart technologies is becoming a new educational standard, where information is presented in a logical sequence, computer training systems have powerful functions for the educational process. The functions of smart technologies are highlighted. It is noted that smart technologies are successfully used in the field of education and professional training. The concept of "smart education" is characterized. Smart education is an educational paradigm that underlies a new type of education system. The implementation of the smart education paradigm is aimed at the process of obtaining competencies and competencies for flexible and adapted interaction with the social, economic and technological environment. Smart education should ensure that the benefits of the global information society can be used to meet educational needs and interests. A special place is occupied by computer-based educational multimedia systems that allow you to deepen your knowledge, reduce the duration of training, and increase the number of students per teacher. The main principles of smart education are highlighted. Improving the efficiency of training in a modern higher education institution is impossible without the introduction of smart technologies in the organization of the educational process.

본 연구에서는 전산세무회계시스템 소프트웨어인 KcLep에서 특성변수(시스템특성과 정보특성)와 교육생의 개인특성이 교육만족도를 매개로 전산세무회계시스템의 교육성과에 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 전산세무회계시스템의 시스템특성(용이성, 유연성, 신뢰성)은 교육만족도에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 전산세무회계시스템의 정보특성(적시성, 유용성)은 교육만족도에 유의한 차이를 나타냈으나, 정확성은 교육만족도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 개인특성(자기효능감, 성취동기)는 교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된 반면 컴퓨팅능력은 교육만족도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 교육만족도는 교육성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

Immediate responsibilities for occupational health and safety (OHS) management reside in business proprietors and supervisors whose voluntary participation in OHS educational programs, not legal sanctions, may thus lead to safe and pleasant work environments. This study investigates how to promote the effectiveness of OHS educational programs to draw voluntary participations in such programs in Korea To this end, drawbacks of current practices in OHS education are first analyzed, and then OHS related policies in advanced countries in the area of disaster prevention such as United States and Germany, are also scrutinized. Based on the preliminary investigations, the following propositions are made to lay out the foundation for promoting effective OHS educational programs in Korea: improvement of government regulations, revitalizing job training initiatives, on-site OHS education, compensation and incentive programs for OHS education. These propositions may also facilitate the deployment of disaster prevention activities across the organization and prevent various occupational disorders (for example, musculoskeletal disorders). This study emphasizes that monolithic OHS education systems led by regulatory agencies may not be efficient to ensure healthy and safe work environments. Globally competitive OHS educational systems may be established only when they are based on the health and safety requirements specified by proprietors and workers.
