반복자유망조정에 의한 평면기준점좌표의 결정 (Determination of Planimetric Control Coordinates by Repetative Free Network Adjustments)

  • 일반적으로 측지망 최적화의 목적은 측지망의 형상과 관측계획의 문제를 해결하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 측지망의 형상은 일정한 것으로 간주하고, 측지망의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 조정점의 선택과 조정방법에 관해 고찰해보고자 한다. 국가기준점을 구성하는 측지망의 조정계산은 조정기준점의 선택과 조정방법에 따라 그 결과가 달라질 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모든 점을 고정하지 않는 자유망조정 방법에서 조정기준점으로 선택한 기준점좌표를 고정시켜 자유망조정을 반복 수행하는 알고리즘을 소개하고, 조정점으로 사용한 기준점의 오차를 점검하여 오차가 큰 기준점은 미지점으로 간주하고 반복조정하므로써 조정망의 신설점의 좌표를 최적화할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 조정계산 방법을 시뮬레이션 망에 적용한 결과, 조정점으로 선택한 기준점의 성과에 대한 오차를 확인할 수 있었으며, 오차가 큰 조정기준점을 제외하므로써 조정망의 오차를 줄여 신설망의 좌표를 최적화할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다 따라서 국가기준점망의 순차 조정이나 국가기준점을 이용한 공공측량 등에 이 방법을 적용하므로써 조정망의 정확도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • This paper proves the invariability of reachable sets for the linear control system with positive isolated spectrum points in case where the principal operator generates $C_0-semigroup$ and derives the approximate controllability for the semilinear control system by using spectral operators with respect to isolated spectrum points.

무인도서 정밀 위치조사 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on a surveying method for accurate position of uninhabitable islands)

  • Although the uninhabitable islands are part of national property, those are not systematically managed and controlled in Korea. In this study, the positioning standards for uninhabitable islands are suggested with proper surveying methods. To establish the standards, the current status on managing the uninhabitable islands in foreign countries are investigated and analyzed. It was found that it is necessary to establish the ocean geodetic network based on a sound and systematic plan. In Korea, the ocean geodetic network can be established by combining the National control point and territorial sea control points. We suggested that one or two third or fourth control points are required to be established in total of 2,679 islands with connection to the 47and 249 first and second-order control points. It is expected that this network will provide ground control points for aerial and satellite images for large scale ocean mapping. In addition, close cooperation among the related departments such as Ministry of Construction & Transportation, National Geographic Information Institute, Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, and Ministry of Environment is necessary for successful management on uninhabitable islands.

Accuracy Analysis of GNSS-derived Orthometric Height in Mountainous Areas

  • Recently, GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System)-derived orthometric height determination has been studied to improve the time and cost-effectiveness of traditional leveling surveying. However, the accuracy of this new survey method was evaluated when unknown points are located lower than control points. In this study, the accuracy of GNSS-derived orthometric height was examined using TPs (Triangulation Points) to verify the stability of surveying in mountainous areas. The GNSS survey data were obtained from Mungyeong, Unbong/Hadong, Uljin, and Jangseong. Three unknown points were surrounded by more than three UCPs (Unified Control Points) or BMs (Benchmarks) following the guideline for applying GNSS-derived orthometric height determination. A newly developed national geoid model, KNGeoid17 (Korean National Geoid 2017), has been applied for determining the orthometric height. In comparison with the official orthometric heights of the TPs, the heights of the unknown points in Mungyeong and Unbong/Hadong differ by more than 20 cm. On the other hand, TPs in Uljin and Jangseong show 15-16 cm of local bias with respect to the official products. Since the precision of official orthometric heights of TPs is known to be about 10 cm, these errors exceed the limit of the precision. Therefore, the official products should be checked to offer more reliable results to surveyors. As an alternative method of verifying accuracy, three different GNSS post-processing software were applied, and the results from each software were compared. The results showed that the differences in the whole test areas did not exceed 5 cm. Therefore, it was concluded that the precision of the GNSS-derived orthometric height was less than 5 cm, even though the unknown points were higher than the control points.

  • This paper deals with a problem of decreasing the airspeed and the altitude of a transport aircraft using thrust only. Such a situation can occur, if the aircraft loses all hydraulic power that drives the control surfaces. A controller for flight path angle control is designed using the model following servo control method, which is a PI-type optimal regulator. For computer simulation, a simulation model that covers a range of flight envelope is made using given linear models and trim points at some flight conditions. Nondimensional aerodynamic coefficients, derivatives and trim points that are not at the given trim points are computed by linear interpolation.   • We propose a robust regression estimator which has both a high breakdown point and a bounded influence function. The main contribution of this article is to present a weight function in the generalized M (GM)-estimator. The weighting schemes which control leverage points only without considering residuals cannot be efficient, since control leverage points only without considering residuals cannot be efficient, since these schemes inevitably downweight some good leverage points. In this paper we propose a weight function which depends both on design points and residuals, so as not to downweight good leverage points. Some motivating illustrations are also given.

대학도서관 전거제어 현황분석을 통한 전거제어 방안 모색 (A Study on Direction of Authority Control by Surveying the Authority Control in University Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관의 전거제어 현황 조사와 국제적인 전거제어 개념모델 및 가상국제전거파일 분석을 바탕으로 국내에 적합한 전거제어 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 현황 조사는 국내 대학도서관 중 전거데이터를 구축하는 기관과 구축하지 않는 기관 모두를 대상으로 실시하였다. 전거데이터를 구축하는 도서관은 해당 기관에서 구축해온 전거형을 유지하고자 하였으며, 미구축기관에서는 전거데이터 구축을 위해 전거관련 목록규칙과 국가적인 협력체계를 필요로 하였다. 이러한 현황조사와 국제목록원칙 2009, FRAD 개념모델, VIAF에서 제시한 방안을 바탕으로 전거형의 다양성을 인정하는 전거제어방안을 제시하였다. 이는 국가의 전거규칙을 바탕으로 전거제어를 실시하되, 기관의 전거규칙에 따라 선호하는 전거형을 인정하며, 궁극적으로는 이용자 중심으로 전거형을 디스플레이하는 방식이다. 이를 위해 국가적인 전거제어 규칙과 협력체계가 마련되어야 하며, 개별 도서관에서는 자관의 규칙에 따라 전거형과 이형을 생성해야 한다. 또한, 이용자 중심의 전거제어를 위해 전거데이터 기술요소가 추가적으로 입력되어야 하며, 전거형간, 전거형과 이형간의 다양한 관계를 기술할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 국가, 개별도서관, 이용자가 선호하는 전거형접근점을 수용하는 전거제어를 모색하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

The Impact of Program Improvement Using Forest Healing Resources on the Therapeutic Effect: Focused on Improving Index of Greenness for Adolescents

  • This study is to examine the effect of improving the forest therapy program for adolescents using forest healing resources (focused on improving index of greenness for adolescents). The participants were 30 students from in the control group that participated in the 2018 program, and 51 students in experimental group that participated in the improved program in 2019. The questionnaire, developed by Korea Forest Welfare Institute, was comprised of items on general matters, index of greenness, restorative environment, positive emotion, negative emotion, facial expression and psychological assessment. The control group had 30 and the experimental group had 49 valid copies of the questionnaires. As a result of the paired sample t-test for each group, the control group showed a significant increase in all categories except restorative environment. In the experimental group, all categories significantly improved to a higher level (p <.01). An independent sample t-test (one-tailed test) was performed to test the effect of the forest therapy program with improved index of greenness. As a result, the index of greenness increased by 0.73 points(t=2.555, p <.01) and restorative environment by 1.01 points (t=2.567, p <.01), showing statistical significance. Negative emotion increased by 0.04 points (t=0.183, p >.05), which was not significant. On the other hand, positive emotion decreased by 0.42 points (t=-1.918, p <.05), facial expression by 0.57 points (t=-1.775, p <.05), and psychological assessment by 0.29 points (t=-0.981, p >.05), showing significance in positive emotion and facial expression. However, all the decreased items showed significant improvements between the pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group.

Input Constrained Receding Horizon Control with Nonzero Set Points and Model Uncertainties

  • An input constrained receding horizon predictive control algorithm for uncertain systems with nonzero set points is proposed. for constant nonzero set points, models with uncertainty can be converted into an augmented incremental system through the use of integrators and the problem is transformed into a zero-state regulation problem for the incremental system. But the original constraints on inputs are converted into constraints on the sum of control inputs at each time instants, which have not been dealt in earlier constrained robust receding horizon control problems. Recursive state bounding technique and worst case minimizing strategy developed in earlier works are applied to the augmented incremental system to yield an offset error free controller. The resulting algorithm is formulated so that it can be solved using LP.

  • To force an aircraft to track the specified path, the generation of the smooth desired trajectory is essential. In this paper, the cubic spline function is used to generate the trajectory which passes through the specified intercept points. The simulation results show that the desired trajectory generated by the spline interpolation is very smooth and the aircraft tracks it with small position errors.
