Public-key cryptographic algorithms such as RSA and ECC, which are currently in use, have used mathematical problems that would take a long time to calculate with current computers for encryption. But those algorithms can be easily broken by the Shor algorithm using the quantum computer. Lattice-based cryptography is proposed as new public-key encryption for the post-quantum era. This cryptographic algorithm is performed in the Polynomial Ring, and polynomial multiplication requires the most processing time. Therefore, a hardware model module is needed to calculate polynomial multiplication faster. Number Theoretic Transform, which called NTT, is the FFT performed in the finite field. The logic verification was performed using HDL, and the proposed design at the transistor level using Hspice was compared and analyzed to see how much improvement in delay time and power consumption was achieved. In the proposed design, the average delay was improved by 30% and the power consumption was reduced by more than 8%.

A spontaneously spoken, natural Japanese discourse contains many instances of the so-called redundant interjections and of backchannel utterances. These expressions have not hitherto received much attention and few systematic analyses have been made. We show that these utterances are characterizable as discourse markers, and that they comprise a well-defined category, characterizable in a regular manner by their phonologico-prosodic properties. Our report is based on an experiment involving spontaneously spoken conversations, recorded in a laboratory environment and analyzed using digital devices. Prosodic patterns of discourse markers occurring in the recorded conversations have been analyzed. Several pitch patterns have been found that characterize the most frequently used Japanese discourse markers

In this paper, we propose a lossless motion video coding method using motion compensation. For realtime coding and transmission, we developed a lossless video codec based on the proposed method. It was confirmed the codec functions normally in an experiment involving coding and transmitting through an actual ATM network. Furthermore, we proposed a lossless coding method with bit-plane expansion under a constant bitrate. Two approaches, a closed bit-plane approach and a merged bit-plane approach, are considered and characteristics of their compression efficiency are estimated. Simulation results show that the proposed method is suitable for lossless video coding with bitrate control.

현재 대부분의 국내외 종합통신사업자들은 외부적인 통신산업의 경쟁 격화 및 새로운산업 트렌드 변화로 인해 매출과 영업이익이 정체되는 위기상황에 처해 있으며, 이를 타개하기 위해 미래 통신산업의 mega trend에 대응하여 사업구조를 재편하고 신규 수익모델을 창출하는 등 사업포트폴리오를 변화시키고 있다. 국내외 수많은 종합통신사업자들 중에서 일부는 미래 통신산업 mega trend 변화에 적극적으로 대응하여 다양한 전략적 옵션들을 취함으로써 성공적으로 변모해가고 있는 반면, 다른 일부는 소극적으로 대처하거나 또는 아무런 인식이 없이 본업에만 안주하여 스스로 위기를 자초하고 있는 듯 하다. 이에 본 고에서는 새로운 패러다임 변화에 적극적으로 대처하고 있는BT와 NTT 그룹의 사업포트폴리오 변화 사례 분석을 통해 국내 종합통신사업자에게 미래 서비스 사업구조 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

MPEG-2 transcoding scheme is proposed as scalable transmission system for a video-on-demand system is described. In this system video contents encoded by MPEG-2 are transmitted to receiver terminals via communication lines that have different bit rate. A transcoding technique that directly converts a bit stream encoded by MPEG-2 into a lower coding rate stream without decoding is proposed. The transcoder called Trampeg includes size reduction and frame drop approach. The experimental results show that an MPEG-2 stream of 0 Mbps is able to be transcoded into a stream of 1.5 Mbps-300 Kbps.

Bias current dependence of a superconducting strip photon detector is studied in the wavelength range of 405 to 1310 nm. The detector is made of an $MgB_2$ meander pattern with the line width of 135 nm and thickness of 10 nm. At 1310 nm, the detection efficiency exponentially decreases as the bias current decreases. While at 405 nm, the detection efficiency almost saturates in the high bias current region. These features suggest that the intrinsic detection efficiency of the $MgB_2$ detector is high at 405 nm.

First, it should be developing auto Non-excavation tech, 2nd developing soil recycling system.

We introduce a mobile-type 3D display that achieves a full directional motion parallax and the real time interactions between the observer and the 3D image at the same time. These effects can be unique specified to the mobile-type 3D display.
