The objective of this study was to find the musculoskeletal stress problems at chicken farms in Korea. One typical chicken farm was surveyed in this study. NLE(NIOSH Lifting Equation), REBA(Rapid Entire Body Assessment), and OWAS(Ovako Working Analysis System) were used to evaluate the extent of the musculoskeletal stress. It was found that there were some tasks which required fast innovation. It was also found that the RWL (Recommended Weight of Lift) was 4.6Kg. that was lower than weights which were handled by these workers.

Neurokinin A(NKA) and its derivatives ([Nle$^{7}$NKA,[Leu$^{7}$NKA] were synthesized by solid phase peptide synthesis method using Fmoc-TFA strategy and their smooth muscle contractile activities were measured to examine the structural effect of alkyl group at the 7th amino acid NKA on the smooth muscle contractile activity. The smooth muscle contractile activity. The smooth muscle contractile activities of [Nle$^{7}$]NKA and [Leu$^{7}$]NKA were only 5.64% and 1.55%, respectively when compared with NKA. This result suggested that the more three dimensional structure of th 7th amino acid as well as the whole message segment of NKA would be necessary to show the biological activity.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the ergonomic verification of suitability of the 4-wheeled hand cart to prevent musculoskeletal problems in the firing test range. Because of the increasing amount of firing test, the needs to develop a projectile transferring device such as 4-wheeled hand cart has been increased. For the 4-wheeled hand cart, the lifting and carrying activity in the manual handling method were transformed to pushing activity. The risk of low back pain for lifting and carrying the projectile by manual was estimated by NLE and 3D SSPP. On the other hand, the risk for pushing the 4-wheeled hand cart was estimated by psychophysical and biomechanical method such as Mital's equation, Snook's table and 3D SSPP. It was shown that the 4-wheeled hand cart reduced the risk of low back pain drastically with higher efficiency and design compatibility.

일반적으로 대규모 언어 모델들은 다량의 데이터를 오랜시간 사전학습하면서 레이블을 예측하기 위한 성능을 높여왔다. 최근 언어 모델의 레이블 예측에 대한 정확도가 높아지면서, 언어 모델이 왜 해당 결정을 내렸는지 이해하기 위한 신뢰도 높은 Natural Language Explanation(NLE) 을 생성하는 것이 시간이 지남에 따라 주요 요소로 자리잡고 있다. 본 논문에서는 높은 레이블 정확도를 유지하면서 동시에 언어 모델의 예측에 대한 신뢰도 높은 explanation 을 생성하는 참신한 자연어 추론 시스템을 제시한 Natural-language Inference over Label-specific Explanations(NILE)[1] 을 소개하고 한국어 데이터셋을 이용해 NILE 과 NLE 를 활용하지 않는 일반적인 자연어 추론 태스크의 성능을 비교한다.

Neonatal lupus erythematosus (NLE) is a rare disease characterized by typical clinical features and the transplacental passage of maternal autoantibodies, particularly anti-SSA/Ro. The major clinical manifestations are cutaneous lupus lesions, congenital heart block, hematological disorders, and hepatobiliary diseases. We report a case of NLE presenting with multiple round and oval target-like erythematous skin lesions and abnormal liver function, born to a clinically asymptomatic mother whose diagnosis was made retrospectively only after her newborn's diagnosis. Both the infant and the mother were positive for the anti-SSA/Ro and anti-SSB/La antibodies.

Explosive blasting performance is composed of charging, tamping and connecting performance, which need lots of power and time. Thus, operator's inconvenience and muscle load are increased by their pose. Then it's unavoidable for one to make a human error. As a result, blasting accidents and disasters of explosives may happen. So we need to have systematic study. According to their pose's changing we have OWAS, RULA, REBA, OSHA, ISI, NLE, TVAV, BLUE-X. In this article, OWAS, RULA, REBA have been evaluated. As a result of this research, it is shown that work-related musciloskeletal disorders are related to the second accident's happening.

방송 콘텐츠 제작에는 카메라, VCR, NLE, 인코더 등의 장비가 사용되고 있으며, VCR 헤더 불량, 테이프 노후화/보관불량, NLE 편집 오류, 인코더 장비 불량 등의 다양한 이유로 콘텐츠에 예기치 않은 비디오 및 오디오 오류가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 콘텐츠에 포함된 다양한 비디오 및 오디오 오류를 자동으로 검사할 수 있는 자동 검사 시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다양한 오류를 자동으로 검사할 수 있는 방법 중 특히 비디오 내에 종종 포함되는 블록 오류를 대상으로 하는 고속 오류 검출 방법을 설명한다. 제안한 방법은 비디오 내의 매 프레임의 코너 수를 계산하고, 시간 증가에 따른 코너 수의 변화량을 검사하여 블록 오류가 포함될 것으로 예상되는 후보 프레임을 찾는 1단계 과정과, 후보 프레임을 대상으로 Adaboost 인식 기술을 사용하여 학습한 분류기를 통해 최종 블록 오류가 포함된 프레임을 검출하는 2단계 과정으로 구성된다. 시스템 구현 실험 결과, 비디오 내에 포함된 블록 오류를 프레임 단위로 정확하게 고속 검출 하는 것이 가능함을 확인하였다. SD급의 경우 실시간 대비 2.3배속 가량의 고속 검사가 가능하고 HD의 경우에도 0.8배속 수준의 고속 검사가 가능하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess the ergonomic risk factors in beekeeping, and to evaluate the effectiveness of assistive device hive lift. Methods: This study included 30 subjects of beekeeper in Pocheon, Korea. We assessed the ergonomic risk of main task in beekeeping with NLE, OWAS and evaluate the effectiveness of hive lift. We also surveyed prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms among the subjects based on the Korea Working Condition Survey. Results: Moving to different floral origin, internal inspection of beehives, feeding syrup is the most burdensome to musculoskeletal system (NLE LI value=2~3. OWAS action category=4). The prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms (lower and upper extremities) among the subjects was over 80 %. The introduction of assistive devices in the three hazardous tasks has dramatically reduced the risk by removing manual lifting hives (OWAS action category<1). Conclusions: Beekeeping is a heavy workload on the musculoskeletal system because it has a lot of manual lifting task. As a result of applying the hive lift, the burden could be reduced.

In this paper we introduce a system that assists news reporters to easily edit source video anywhere, and transfer the result from a remote site to the station. Presently reporters are bothered to edit source materials, compress and transfer using several separate tools. Moreover such tools have lots of too complicated features to use only for news production. We have integrated file sending and video editing functions together for seamless workflow. News programs usually need promptness in production. For this reason our system is designed to make it possible the one-stop production of news items outside the TV station. Also the system reflects the demands of field workers, that is, easy usage for the beginner and features for speedy news production. One of the most focused is that the reliability of the system is guaranteed in the process of transfer. To achieve this end, we have implemented several error-resilient schemes for unexpected network errors. Our system consists of remote laptop editing terminals and a newsgathering server. DV-format based editing and analog-to-DV converting device are adopted to capture video from not only lightweight DV camcorders but also old-fashioned ENG cameras into laptop computers. We expect that news reporters and cameramen can take terminals anywhere the Internet is available and both editing and sending will be done on the spot. This will help increase the competitive power of our news production.

Digital cinema based on digital master distribution increases with stereoscopic film as the center. DCI specification V1.0 announced at 2004, it considerates stereoscopic film screening. And now, the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers is establishing a task force to define the standards of a stereoscopic contents viewed in the home. Today, most Hollywood commercial stereoscopic film features animation using computer graphic. However, considering film making characteristic, stereoscopic digital cinema is required shooting in real world and editing, screening. This paper presents possibility of stereoscopic examination at NLE in the stereoscopic workflow. And we will propose new stereoscopic digital cinema workflow to apply the stereoscopic examination. Based on experimental results, the 3D ready television using 120Hz has some obstacles for contents editing, but most domestic stereoscopic monitor using circular polarization is possible for successful editing.
