The ability of Ganoderma to produce extracellular enzymes, including ${\beta}$-glucosidase, cellulase, avicelase, pectinase, xylanase, protease, amylase, and ligninase was tested in chromogenic media. ${\beta}$-glucosidase showed the highest activity, among the eight tested enzymes. In particular, Ganoderma neo-japonicum showed significantly stronger activity for ${\beta}$-glucosidase than that of the other enzymes. Two Ganoderma lucidum isolates showed moderate activity for avicelase; however, Ganoderma neojaponicum showed the strongest activity. Moderate ligninase activity was only observed in Ganoderma neo-japonicum. In contrast, pectinase, amylase, protease, and cellulase were not present in Ganoderma. The results show that the degree of activity of the tested enzymes varied depending on the Ganoderma species tested.

When and why do states cooperate in international basins? In recent years, there have been increasing attempts to apply international relations theories such as realism and neo-liberal institutionalism in understanding prospect of cooperation among sovereign states over shared rivers. Realists of hydropolitics argue that fate of cooperation resides in hands of hegemons and distribution of aggregate power among riparian states. Such pessimistic contention has been challenged by neo-liberal institutionalists, especially through regime theory. However, regime theory barely explains why and how cooperation emerges in the first place prior to regime formation. Therefore, the research suggests the game theory from neo-liberal institutionalism as an alternative theoretic approach. The accountability of Oye (1986)'s theoretical framework is illustrated through the case of cooperation in the Rhine River Basin.

오늘날 지능형 로봇은 국, 내외로 많은 관심을 받고 있는 분야이다. 지능형 로봇이란 외부환경을 인식하고 스스로 판단하여 자율적으로 동작을 하는 로봇을 의미한다. 이에 대한 연구 개발이 활성화 됨에 따라 로봇 소프트웨어 개발을 효과적으로 지원하기위한 로봇 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 시시각각 변화하는 환경에서 민감하게 반응하기 위해서는 시각센서를 이용하여야 하고, 자신의 행위를 적절히 대응시키기 위해서는 주변 상황과 알맞은 행동을 추론하고 학습해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능 규칙처리 추론엔진을 토대로 한 NEO 시스템에 영상 처리 시스템을 올려 지능형 로봇을 제어하는 루틴을 추가한 VisionNEO를 개발하였다. 그리하여 주변 환경을 이해하고 알맞은 행동을 추론, 학습해 지식을 축적하는 지능형 로봇 비전 프레임워크를 제안한다.

기존의 자율형 휴머노이드 로봇 축구승부차기에서는 거리센서와 시각센서를 모두 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 시각센서만을 사용하는 사람과 유사한 승부차기 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 시각센서가 유연하게 움직일 수 있는 적합한 로봇의 조립 형태와 지능적 3차원 공간분석을 채용한다. 지식표현과 추론은 자체 개발한 지식처리 시스템인 NEO를 사용하였고, 그 NEO 시스템에 지능적 처리를 위한 영상처리 라이브러리인 OpenCV를 탑재한 시스템 VisionNEO를 사용하였다.
