Reservoirs, facilities to store water, are being used in several fields for their ability to hold back a large quantity of water for a long time before the water is actually used. However, at the same time, the reservoirs are considered to have a flaw: the longer they store water, the more the quality of water in these reservoirs deteriorates. Further, when the reservoirs are large, they are more likely to have dead-water regions in out-of-the way spots far from either an in-current or an ex-current canal. This study conducted a Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) simulation and tried to figure out the internal flow inside each of the reservoirs with different in-current canals built by the multiple hoe screw nozzle method and the drop in-current method. The drop in-current method is more frequently used. According to the analysis of the internal flow inside each reservoir with the different methods applied, we found that the reservoir with the drop in-current canal would have two rotary currents in the lower region of the reservoir and that the velocity of flow would decrease. For a reservoir with the screw nozzle method, a single rotary current occurred, and inside the reservoir, regardless of height, the current turned out to flow in a regular manner.

본 논문에서는 잡음이나 질감특성에 의한 과분할과 긴 처리시간 등의 기존 영역분할 방법이 갖는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 Cylindrical metric을 사용한 블록단위의 컬러영상분할방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법에서는 일정 크기로 분할된 블록들로 이루어진 초기 영역들을 병합하기 위해 HSI 컬러값에 따라 분류된 채색(chromatic) 영역과 비채색(achromatic) 영역의 컬러특성과 질감특성을 고려하여 영역간의 유사도 함수와 병합조건을 새로이 정의하며, 영역 병합 후의 명확한 윤곽검출을 위해 영역간의 경계부분에 위치하는 외곽블록들을 추출하여 기존 영역에 병합하는 과정을 화소레벨까지 반복한다. 모의실험을 실시한 결과, 질감영역과 윤곽영역의 분할에서 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 처리시간은 제안한 방법에서 2배 정도 단축됨을 알 수 있었다.

When a Bus voltage is low, the Load-Flour is generally blown up. If Bus voltage is normalized. the convergence of Load-flow is improved. This paper introduces virtual bus with tap. In that case, the Bus admittance will be considered. And the convergence of Load-Flow in applying virtual bus is debated.

This Paper proposes a new toplogy snubber circuit of Full-Bridge DC-DC Converter for reducing conduction losses and snubber circuit heating loss. Using Partial Resonent Soft Switching Method and Clamping, studying on a new snubber circuit for reducing losses that a snubber circuit heating loss in the secondly diode rectification side, a switching losses in the primary side of IGBT inverter and conduction losses in the high frequency insulation transformer. In this paper, we present FB DC-DC converter included a new lossless snubber circuit, and then be analyzed and simulated.

알려진 공격 방법에 대해서는 다양한 방법으로 공격을 탐지하여 적절한 대응을 할 수 있는 반면 알려지지 않은 방법에 의한 공격은 침입탐지 시스템에서 공격 자체를 인식하지 못하므로 적절한 대응을 할 수 없게 된다. 따라서 비정상행위에 대한 탐지를 위해 데이터마이닝 기술을 이용하여 새로운 유형의 공격을 추출하고자 하였다. 특히 대용량의 데이터에 공통적으로 나타나는 순차적인 패턴을 찾는 순차분석 기법 중 PrefixSpan알고리즘을 적용하여 비정상 행위 공격을 탐지할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

This paper describes a soft switching using discontinuous inductor current. The soft switching snubber circuit provides ZCS and ZVS for main switch. For high power applications, the input ractifier is fed from a three-phase ac source. The Conventional switching method is hard switching technics, because of the device turn off is ocurred in maximum reactor current. In this time, switching losses are maximised by the hard switching. In generally, soft switching technique has been adjusted with the snubber condenser in order to compensates for this losses. So, it was compared hard switching with soft switching which has proposed in this paper for switching losses, distortion factor by the simulation.

본 논문은 HSI 컬러 모델에서 색상(Hue)의 주기성을 고려한 블록기반 영상분할 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서는 영역 병합 시 사용되는 영역의 색상 대푯값으로 색상의 평균 대신 중앙점을 사용하며, 영역 간 색상차를 계산하기 위해 단방향 거리를 사용한다. 그리고 기존방법에서 사용한 복잡하게 계산된 영역별 임계값을 파라메타를 통해 조절할 수 있는 간단하지만 효율적인 임계값으로 수정한다. 실험결과 제안한 방법의 분할결과가 질감 성분이나 붉은 색상을 가진 영역에서 기존 방법을 사용했을 때 보다 더 자연스러우며, 제안한 방법과 기존 방법으로 버클리 영상분할 데이터베이스에서 제공하는 자연영상들을 분할하여 평가값을 비교해 본 결과 제안한 방법이 기존방법에 비해서 더 우수함을 알 수 있었다.

This paper is to describe how to apply the Phase-shifted Full Bridge 100kHz high frequency soft-switching PWM method to 48[V], 200[A] DC/DC converter. The soft-switching is achieved from light load to full load by using phase-shifted zero voltage switching method with additional capacitors besides the MOSPET's of the right leg even though the leakage inductance of high frequency transformer is designed small. This method can reduce the switching tosses, EMI problems, and increase the effective duty. Also, this paper includes the simulation, analysis, and experiment results of the DC/DC converter unit.

This paper presents an improved method of calculating the penalty factors for economic load dispatch based on B-coefficient and AC load flow and their performance comparison. The algorithm for calculating B-coefficients by Meyer is improved and its performance is compared with that of AC load flow. The B-coefficient method is superior to the load flow method in its simplicity and computation speed. However accuracy of the B-coefficient method is not satisfactory when it is applied to the ill-conditioned systems where generators produce excessive reactive power.
