The Process technology for uniform SLS poly-Si and performance enhancement of furnace activated poly-Si TFTs are reported. By strictly optimizing SLS optics, threshold voltage variation in pixel TFTs was remarkably decreased and the non-uniformity such as SLS shot mark was removed. Optimized doping process for low sheet resistance and passivation annealing are critical for the enhancement of device performances.

In-process diagnosis of the cutting state is essential for the automation of manufacturing systems. Especially when the cutting process becomes unstable it induces self-exited vibrations a frequent case of poor tool life rough surface finish damage to the workpiece and the machine tool itself and excessive down time. To ensure that the cutting process main-tains stable it is highly desirable to have the capability of real-time. To ensure that the cutting process main-tains stable it is highly desirable to have the capability of real-time monitoring and controlling chatter. This paper describes the detection method of chatter vibration using cutting force in turning process. In order to detect a chatter vibra-tion the dynamic fluctuation of radial force is analyzed since this components is sensitive to the chatter. The envelope sig-nal of radial force has been calculated by the use of FIR Hilbert transformer and it was useful to classify the chatter signal from the dynamically unstable circumstances. It was found that the mode and the mode width were closely correlated with the chatter amplitude was well. Finally back propagation(BP) neural network have been applied to the pattern recognition for the classification of chatter signal in various cutting conditions. The validity of this systed was confirmed by the experiments under the various cutting conditions.

A radiotracer technique has been developed to monitor the rotational movement of two piston rings in one cylinder during engine operation. The rings were labeled with two different kinds of radioisotopes, i.e. $^{60}$ Co and $^{192}$ Ir, for identification of the top ring from the second ring. The radiotracers were implanted in a small hole bored on the inner side of each piston ring. The rings were installed in a single cylinder hydrogen engine and three Nal scintillation detectors were mounted around the engine block to measure the gamma radiation. The angle of ring-gap orientation was determined from the radiation counts measured with the three detectors during engine operation. Two windows (upper window for $^{60}$ Co and lower window for $^{192}$ Ir) were set on each ratemeter to count radiation from the two isotopes separately. Procedure to convert the radiation counts to the position of the ring gap was established. With the software programmed with MS-Visualbasic, radiation counts were compared with the reference responses that were measured at angular intervals of 10$^{\circ}$for each piston ring in advance of the experiment. The result was used for the evaluation of the relationship between the orientation of ring-gaps and oil consumption. It was found that an increase in the oil consumption rate of a specific operation condition was closely related to the relative phase angle of the two piston rings.

Purpose: This study was aimed to clarify the concept of ego-resiliency in the context of nursing and to propose a definition of ego-resiliency. Methods: Rodgers' evolutionary approach to concept analysis was used to identify common attributes, antecedents, and consequences of the term ego-resiliency. A literature search of the RISS, NDSL, NAL, CINAHL, PubMed, MEDLINE, PsycINFO, and Scopus databases from 1980 to 2014 was conducted, using the key words of ego-resiliency, ego-resilience, and ego-resilient. Thirty-four relevant articles and one book were finally selected and throughly reviewed. Results: The results of the concept analysis concluded that ego-resiliency was a individualized, integrated, and coping resource and capacity leading personal adaptive capacity including physical, psychological, social well being in various adversity and challenge of life. Conclusion: The findings of this study warranted nursing research on a development of nursing intervention related with ego-resiliency as a pivotal personal characteristic. By doing so, better understanding of human and health within the context of nursing could be achieved.

이 연구는 농학분야의 정보자료를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 새로운 문헌분류표의 모형을 제시하기 위하여 시도된 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 농학분야의 학문적 정의와 범위, 체계에 대하여 고찰하였고, 현재 사용되고 있는 KDC, DDC, UDC, NDC 등의 문헌분류법에서 농학분야 주제를 전개하고 있는 강목표에 대하여 비교 분석하였고 NAL의 AGRICOLA SCC를 살펴보았다. 그리고 이를 토대로 농학분야의 새로운 문헌분류표의 강목을 설정하여 전개하였다. 새로운 강목분류표의 전개는 농업과 관련한 인문사회학, 식물관련 농업, 동물관련 농업, 인간과의 관계성, 농업관련 보조분야 순으로 전개하였고, 강목표는 23개의 항목으로 설정되었다.

Underweight patients were studied with respect to changes in their nutritional status before and after administration of nutritional beverage. Patients with renal hepatic or endocrine disease gastrectomy malabsorption and weight gain over past 6 months were excluded. Ten patients were participated as controls and were allowed to eat ad libitu, Twenty patients were served as case and were administered in addition to their usual diet 400ml of nutritio-nal beverage(Greenbia) high in calorie and protein for 8 weeks. In the beginning of the study most underweight patients showed depressed nutritional status in terms of calorie intake quality of protein intake and the levels of visceral protein status and serum micronut-rients. The controls consumed less amounts of calories proteins vitamins and minerals while those given the nutritional beverage exceeded their estimated energy requirement(105%) and consumed a mean of 96g protein per day. Those given nutritional beverage for 8 weeks showed significant increase in body weight(3%) hemoglobin(3.2%) hematocrit(5.4%) serum transferrin(19.4%) iron(30.1%) and zinc(20.9%) In the controls however significant improvement was not observed in any parameters compared with initial values. significant improvement was not observed in any parameters compared with initial values. This study suggests that patients with underweight can show mild nutritional deprivation nutritional support can improve their unbalanced status and prevent severe malnutrition.

This study was conducted to investigate the contemporary dietary life of residence in Kyunggi province. People living in Kimpo, Yoju districts(farm villages), Kapyung districts (mountain villages) and Hwasung districts (fishing villages) were selected for this research as subjects from August S to 19,1997. The results of the survey are summarized as follows: 1. Cooked rice was a staple food. However nuddles and soojaebees(soup with dough flakes) was taken as lunch or snacks but Juk(rice guel) or Dduk(rice cake) was not treated as a meal. 2. Dishes were consisted with soup or chigae, kimchi and namul(seasoned vegetables), and fishes, meats, salted sea foods, dried fishes, jangacchi(dried seasoning radish) were also taken by sometimes. 3. Soy sauce, bean paste, red pepper bean paste were made by every home even if they were very busy. 4. Festival days such as New Year's Day, daeborum(the 15th day of January), chusok(mid-autumn festival), and kosaa(October ceremony) and dongee(one of 24 seasons by lunar calendar) are skipped oftenly and slowly forgotten by people. They do not celebrate Samgin-nal(the third day of March), Buddha's birthday(the 8th day of April by lunar calendar), danoh(the 5th day of May), yoodoo(the 15th day of June), chilsok(the 7th day of July), Jungyang(the 9th day of September) and the last day of the year either 5. Due to improved kitchen system, we couldn't see the old kitchen devices.

본고는 미국의 도서관전산화, 도서관간의 협력, 인터넷과 정보서비스, 도서관정보서비스기관의 현황과 동향에 관하여 기술한 것이다. 도서관전산화시스템은 클라언트/서버 환경하에서 웹기반 기술을 적용하여 통합된 시스템을 구축하고 있으며, 디지털도서관 구축사업이 활발하게 진행중이다. 도서관간의 협력은 콘소시아를 형성하고 있는데 국가수준에는 ARL/AAU와 지역단위에는 CIC가 있고 주단위의 정보네트워크는 GALILEO, LLN, OhioLink, TexShare, VIVA, ILLINET 등이 있다. 인터넷과 월드와이드웹이 도서관에 미치는 영향이 지대하여 각 도서관들은 인터넷정보자원을 활용한 부가가치정보서비스를 개발하고 있다. 마지막으로 의회도서관, 국립농업도서관, 국립의학도서관 교육정보센터, 국립기술정보서비스의 최근 정보활동을 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 저연산, 저지연성을 보장하는 다중 비디오 스트림 흔합 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 슬라이스기반 H.264/AVC 비디오 스트림들을 화소 도메인에서 혼합하지 않고 압축 도메인에서 신택스 비트스트림 변경에 의해 혼합한다. 혼합을 위한 신택스 비트스트림 변환은 혼합화면을 구성할 비디오 스트림들의 위치에 따라 변경한다. 실험결과 4개 이상의 비디오 스트림들을 고속으로 혼합할 수 있었다. 또한 표준 H.264/AVC를 지원하는 플레이어에서 화질열화 없이 재생할 수 있었다.

Bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is one of the most potent inducers of various cytokines nad other proinflammatory mediators in macrophages. Although pathophysiological consequences of LPS-induced responses are well established, the mechanisms through which LPS-generated singals are transduced remain unclear. In the present study, we attempted to determine early intracellular events after LPS binding which transduced the signal for the induction of arachidonic acid metabolism in rat alveolar macrophages. While H-7, a protein kinase C(PKC) inhibitor, did not affect LPS-stimulated prostaglandin synthesis, staurosporine enhanced archidonic acid etabolism in macropahages treated with LPS. Phorbol-12-myristate-13 acetate snesitive to LPS compare with control group. PMA and H-7 did not alter the effect of flucose. Pertussis toxin did not show nay effect, thus pertussis toxin snesitive G-protein pathway appears not to play a role in this experimental system. Genistein and tyrphostin 25, protein tyrosine kinase 9PTK) inhibitors, markedly inhibited prostaglandin synthesis in macrophages nal transduction events leading to icnreased macrophage arachidonic acid metabolism.
