본 연구는 마이데이터 개념 태동에 따라, 기존과 상이한 양상을 보이는 마이데이터 비즈니스 생태계의 프레임워크와 해당 생태계에 참여하는 행위자의 특징을 정의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 마이데이터는 개인이 자신의 데이터의 주권을 행사하는 것이기에, 개인이 비즈니스의 핵심 행위자로 참여한다는 특성이 존재한다. 마이데이터 소유자인 개인, 마이데이터 생성자 및 활용 서비스 제공자와 더불어 개인의 데이터 관리를 지원하는 마이데이터 오퍼레이터가 비즈니스 생태계에 참여한다. 이에, 마이데이터 산업 생태계는 기존의 디지털 비즈니스 생태계와 상이하다. 그러나, 이러한 차별적인 특성에도 불구하고, 그간 마이데이터 생태계를 세밀히 분석한 연구들은 아직 진행되지 못하고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 국내 마이데이터 산업 활성화를 위하여 국내·외 마이데이터 비즈니스의 사례연구를 수행하여, 마이데이터 비즈니스 생태계 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 45개의 해외 마이데이터 오퍼레이터 사례의 비즈니스 모델을 분석하여 4개 그룹 7개 유형으로 분류하였으며, 마이데이터 산업 생태계에서 마이데이터 오퍼레이터 역할의 중요성을 확인하고 발전적 생태계 모델을 제안하였다.

개인데이터의 활용을 넘어서 마이데이터로의 전환에 대한 관심이 세계적으로 높은 가운데, 실질적으로 마이데이터의 이념이 구현되고 발전하기 위해서는 마이데이터의 사상에 충실한 유용한 서비스가 다양하게 개발되어야 한다. 특히 마이데이터의 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다 융합이 전제되어야 한다. 본 연구는 마이데이터 융합서비스 활성화 전략을 균형 잡힌 네 가지 관점(BLTS: Business, Legal, Technology, Social)에서 제시하였다. 마이데이터 분야에서 가장 선구적이라는 유럽의 정책과 서비스 등을 국내 상황과 비교하여 국내의 융합서비스 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 마이데이터 산업 및 정책에서 균형적이면서 발전적인 아이디어를 얻을 수 있기를 기대한다.

This paper identifies challenging factors that hinder the successful settlement of the MyData industry, which is drawing global attention, and it analyzes the priority of solutions. To this end, a mixed-methodology including analytic network process technique was borrowed step-by-step to identify variables, analyze them, and provide interpretations. From the first step, the study found that the market aspect was the most important for the success of the K-MyData business, and the release of interesting representative services was found to be the easiest way to inspire market growth. From the second step, as a socio-cultural issue, the lack of consensus on data provisioning was found to present a major obstacle. To achieve consensus, it is very important for business participants to gain the trust of consumers. From the third step, it was found that the scope of data collection and responsibility for accidents needs to be clarified. Government and business-related persons must observe the principles of MyData while tackling these obstacles. It is also necessary for the government to be sensitive to changes in the environment as a focal actor. Doing so will lead to data industry activation and will help guarantee of rights of data subjects in a balanced manner. Finally, it is notable that technical barriers now have the lowest priority. Although technology is important, MyData business must also overcome market, socio-cultural, and institutional challenges. The study selected Korea as its research target, but it is expected to provide useful insights to other countries that are planning MyData business similar to Korea.

With the development of the 4th industry, big data using AI is being used in many areas of our lives, and the importance of data is increasing accordingly. In particular, as various services using personal information appear and hacking attacks that exploit them appear in various ways, the importance of personal information management is increasing. Personal information must be managed safely even when collecting, retaining, using, providing, and destroying personal information, and the rights of information subjects must be protected. In this paper, an analysis was performed on the notification of usage history during the protection of the rights of information subjects using the MyData model. According to the Personal Information Protection Act, users must be periodically notified of the use of personal information, so we notify each individual of the use of personal information through e-mail or SNS once a year. It is difficult to understand and manage which company use my personal information. Therefore, in this paper, a personal information usage history notification system model was proposed, and as a result of performance analysis, it is possible to provide the controllability, availability, integrity, source authentication, and personal information self-determination rights.

2020년 8월 데이터 3법의 개정으로 마이데이터 산업이 가능해졌으며, 2021년 2월부터 각 개인은 사업자가 제공하는 앱을 통하여 마이데이터 금융거래가 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 금융서비스 시대에 마이데이터 기반 금융 자산 관리 앱의 사용자경험 동향을 파악하기 위하여 성인 300명을 대상으로 8개 기관의 11개의 앱의 사용성 평가를 진행한 후 평균값 비교, 방사형 그래프 분석, 히트맵 분석을 통하여 선호도 조사를 하였다. 앱 디자인 선호도에서는 자산리스트형이 가장 선호하는 형으로, 다음으로는 자산 비교·리스트형으로 나타났다. 마이데이터를 통해 향후 누릴 수 있는 혜택에 대한 기대인식으로는 '편리한 서비스의 다양화'가 45.3%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 사용자가 느끼는 부정적인 요인으로는 개인정보와 관련한 요소가 71.4%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 마이데이터 플랫폼 사용자 인터페이스 개발과 개선에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

모바일 기기의 확산과 ICT 기술로 핀테크 혁신이 더욱 가속화 될 것으로 전망되는 가운데, 최근 금융의 화두는 '디지털 전환'이며, 여기에는 빅데이터의 활용이 주요 요소라 할 수 있다. 특히 오픈 뱅킹이라는 인프라가 마이데이터와 마이페이먼트 산업과 연계되어 금융정보의 이종결합, 자산 조회 및 이체 기능이 결합되는 오픈 파이낸스 시대가 도래고 있다. 마이데이터는 데이터 활용을 통한 가치 창출에 주목하여 나타난 개념으로, 데이터의 주체가 능동적인 자기결정권을 갖는데 의의가 있는데 현재 국내에서도 마이데이터가 시행 되며 전략적 활용방안을 모색되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 마이데이터 관련 비즈니스 사례를 분석하여 향후 금융의 디지털 전환을 위한 전략적 활용방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 해외 주요국가에서 마이데이터 개념을 적용한 PSD2 및 오픈뱅킹 정책을 적극 추진하고 있는 가운데 성공적인 비즈니스 모델(Mint, Information Bank, Strands)의 분석을 통해 데이터 기반 비즈니스의 타당성을 확인하고 공통점을 모색하기 위한 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 거래의 효율성과 다양성을 향상시키는 사업 모델을 제공한다는 관점에서 마이데이터는 기존의 사업 모델을 개선할 수 있는 잠재력이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마이데이터는 본인 중심의 모든 데이터로부터 개별적인 데이터 생태계를 쉽게 구현하고 관리할 수 있어야 하는데 개인이 스스로 이를 관리, 통제, 활용하는 것은 현실적으로 어렵다. 따라서 마이데이터 오퍼레이터 또는 마이데이터 서비스 제공자 역할을 할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델이 적극적으로 모색될 필요가 있겠다.

Amid the global movement to harness individual data and boost the data economy, MyData services that utilize personal data are being implemented in earnest in the financial sector in Korea due to the government's active encouragement policy. To this end, MyData service providers must have a service system for business operators that collects and efficiently loads personal information scattered in various financial institutions with individual consent, and comprehensively analyzes and provides it. The system must not only have strict security management capabilities, but also be built in a flexible form that takes into account future data scalability and additional services. In this paper, it has been proposed to be implemented the essential functions that MyData service system must have and the core functions that can manage the entire data life cycle from data collection, distribution to disposal in the form of a platform. In addition, the strengths of the platform structure were reviewed, and the effectiveness of the platform model was examined upon application.

최근 데이터의 중요성과 개인정보보호에 관련된 이슈가 함께 주목받으면서, 마이데이터 시장이 성장하고 있다. 마이데이터는 본인 정보에 대한 개인의 권리를 보장하고, 개인의 동의에 따라 자신의 데이터를 제공 및 활용하는 개념을 의미한다. 마이데이터 사업자는 고객정보를 결합, 분석하여 개인 맞춤 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 초기 마이데이터 사업은 민간기업, 금융산업을 중심으로 활성화되었지만, 최근에는 공공기관도 마이데이터 활용에 적극적으로 나서고 있다. 한편, 마이데이터 사업의 성공을 위한 개인의 마이데이터 제공의도 중요성은 지속적으로 증가하고 있지만, 이와 관련된 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 더욱이, 기존 연구는 마이데이터의 개인혜택 측면에서 주로 이루어졌으나, 공공혜택 및 지각된 위험 측면 요인이 모두 함께 고려된 연구는 충분하지 않다. 이에, 본 연구는 마이데이터 제공의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 프라이버시 계산모형을 통해 도출한 후, 그 영향 메커니즘을 살펴봄과 동시에, 개인역량과 수집기관 유형에 따른 조절효과를 추가로 검증해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 마이데이터 제공의도 맥락에서 프라이버시 계산모형을 실증했다는 점에서 학술적 의의를 찾을 수 있으며, 본 연구의 결과를 통해 민간 및 공공기관이 마이데이터 사업을 진행하는 데 있어 새로운 서비스 개발 및 관리를 위한 실무적인 지침을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

South Korea has the most advanced technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era because of its high-speed Internet commercialization. However, the industry is shrinking due to its various regulations in building and its utilization of personal information as big data. Currently, South Korea's personal data utilization business is in its early stages. In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is difficult for startups to use data. There are various causes here. Above all, legal regulations to protect personal information are emphasized. This study confirms that transactions of personal medical records through My Data can be made. Moreover, it confirms that there is a need for a mediating role between stakeholders. This study lacks statistical access in the process of performing stakeholder roles. However, personal medical records will be traded safely in the future, and new subjects will enter the market. Furthermore, the domestic bio-industry will develop. Through this study, various problems were derived in establishing Medical MyData in Korea. Moreover, it looks forward to continuing various studies in the health care sector in the future.

최근 마이데이터 사업이 본격화됨에 따라 개인데이터 활용에 관한 관심은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 그러나 마이데이터에 관한 연구들은 아직까지 초기 단계로서, 법·제도적 논의에 집중되어 있으며 종합적인 시각에서 마이데이터를 조망한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 데이터거래에 관한 논의가 본격화된 2018년부터 현시점까지의 뉴스를 분석하여 사회적 논의가 형성한 잠재적 주제를 분석하고자 하였다. LDA 토픽모델링 기법을 통한 뉴스데이터 분석을 통하여 마이데이터 기반 금융혁신, 마이데이터 사업자 지위 및 허가, 데이터 관련 법 개정, 안전한 데이터 활용, 데이터 경제활성화 정책, 사업자의 전략 등 6개의 잠재적 주제를 도출하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 마이데이터 태동과 함께 나타난 사회적 이슈를 종합적으로 조망하고 관련 논의의 공백을 도출하여 시사점을 제시한 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 마이데이터 서비스 개시 이후의 변화를 파악하고, 마이데이터 산업별 심도깊은 연구를 통하여 구체적인 시사점을 제공하길 기대한다.
