The main objective of this study is to investigate the influence of physician's communication styles and quality, and physician-patient relationship on patient satisfaction for improving physician's communication which is one of factors determining service quality in health care services, and providing the suggestion for building the positive physician-patient relationship. Data were collected from 341 inpatients in 13 general hospitals and university hospitals located in Busan Metropolitan City and Kyeongsang-do area using structured self-administered questionnaires. Major results of the empirical analysis are as follows; First, mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship, patient's communication receptive attitude, patient-oriented physician's communication style, and quality were significantly varied by respondents' characteristics such as age, consensual, job, and income. Second, empathy, patient's communication receptive attitude, physician-patient relationship, and patient satisfaction were significantly varied by respondents' medical-related conditions. Third, there was a significant correlation between active communication receptive attitude of patient and mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship. Fourth, patient-oriented physician's communication style and physician-patient relationship were found to have positive influence on total communication quality and effectiveness and empathy facet of communication quality both. Finally, patient-oriented physician's communication style, empathy, active communication receptive attitude of patient, and mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship were found to have positive influence on patient satisfaction. This research findings suggest that putting emphasis on effective physician's communication and enhancing positive physician-patient relationship are crucial for marketing activities and customer satisfaction management in health care settings.

This work shows dynamism of empathy which Thailand experienced while its monarchy was replaced by democracy with conflicts and harmony. In this work, two imaginary protagonists are put into the most important period in Thai history, from the political reform of the absolute monarchy in 1932 up to Black May in 1992, for 60 years. With the writer's imagination, they are actualized into the historically important situations with reality. One of them is Yeoy, a dissident and the other is a police officer, a concenter, who chases after him. In this dissertation, empathy is analyzed which the characters feel about real incidents in their country through trust and doubt, hope and anger. This research on emotional circumstance is all about figuring out the direction for harmony and coexistance. Thailand needs a powerful leader who deals with swiftly changing worldwide affairs and domestically economic matters. Even if their leader has the same destination to get to, their approach to it is different from each other. Therefore, conflicts come out and misunderstanding makes situation worse. Public sympathy among Thai is that Thailand contribute to global mutual prosperity, by which Thailand becomes a powerful and influential state in making the world harmonious and prosperous.

본 연구는 항공 및 관광서비스를 전공하는 여대생의 공감능력 및 문화적 역량을 확인하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 274명이며, 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 통해 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, pearson correlation coefficient를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 공감능력의 평균평점 $3.72{\pm}0.35$, 문화적 역량의 평균평점 $3.48{\pm}0.47$이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 공감능력 및 문화적 역량의 차이정도를 살펴보면, 공감능력 정도는 해외 방문목적, 외국어 실력에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 문화적 역량 정도는 종교, 외국어 실력, 외국인 친구, 외국인 교류경험, 해외 문화 교육경험, 해외문화 교육방법, 해외문화 교육필요성에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 상관관계는 공감능력과 문화적 역량(r=.425, p<.001)이 순 상관관계가 있었으며, 하위속성의 경우 공감능력의 인지적 요소, 정서적 요소는 문화적 역량과 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 공감능력과 문화적 역량 간의 상호관련성을 확인함으로써 문화적 역량을 증진할 수 있는 교육 방안이 요구됨을 확인하였다.

기업은 조직의 목표 달성을 위해 구성원 간의 공감이 중요하다는 인식하에 세대 간 상호이해를 증진시키기 위한 소통프로그램을 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 이를 통해 구성원의 공감능력을 향상시키고 궁극적으로 조직몰입을 높이고자 한다. 하지만 최근 기업에서 진행되는 소통프로그램은 기업 주도로 강제적인 참여방식이란 점에서 그동안의 의사소통프로그램 연구와는 차이가 있어 이에 대한 효과성을 실증하고자 했다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 연구모델을 검증하기 위해 기업에서 진행한 소통프로그램에 참여한 697명으로부터 데이터를 수집하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 연구모델을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과 비자발적인 상황에서도 소통프로그램의 효과성을 확인할 수 있었고, 세대 간 인식차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직 내 의사소통의 중요성과 공감능력의 역할을 확인함으로써 의사소통 전략구축과 소통문화 발전에 영향을 미쳤으며, 지식경영 관점에서 세대 간 인식차이에 관심을 두고 있는 연구자나 실무자에게 유용한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

유가공산업 순환생태계 내의 다양한 이해관계자들이 참여한 디자인 사고 기반의 협력적 워크숍(Design Thinking Workshop)은 '창의기제'로서 디자인 작업 방식을 바탕으로 직면 문제에 대한 구성원 간 공감대와 집단지성의 발현, 협업과 소통방식의 전환, 조직의 업무처리에 있어 실천적 프로토타이핑 문화 확산을 독려하는 새로운 문제 혁신 패러다임을 보여준다. '문제에 대한 접근', '문제의 재정의', '경험기반 미래비전 설계'의 3단계로 추진된 이 워크숍은 참여자들 스스로 사료공급업체와 축산농가주 간 사료주문의 정확도, 사료의 정시주문, 사료공급의 비용절감 측면에서 진짜 문제를 재정의 하고 새로운 대안과 확장된 비즈니스 영역을 제시한다. 이 워크숍에서 제안된 결과는 축산사료의 수급율과 품질 향상뿐만 아니라 산업의 직 간접적 이해관계자들에게 문제에 접근하는 방식과 그 해결점을 모색하는 창의적인 사고체계를 제시했다는 점에서 비즈니스 혁신에 있어 디자인 사고의 유용성을 시사한다.

Nursing, a behavior of caring, means a connection of patients and clients has done through the caring of clients. Nurses are always with patients. In fact, caring is very important and the core of nursing, the true meaning of caring was embedded in our custom and consciousness before the approach of academic research. As a result, the existence of caring has not seen and revealed. Therefore, there is a need to study and confirm that caring has been placed in nursing and, nurses are doing caring in practice. The purpose of this study is to present the basis of nursing theory and practice through careful analysis of presence being, an aspect of caring. The presence of nurse shows a personal and healing relationship between nurses and patients on the basis of the respect for the humanity, Also, the role of nurses is to help a patient to integrate one's physical, mental and spritual aspects. Thanks to role of nurse, the pratical nursing has the characteristic of art and becomes more aesthetic and artistic. As we have seen above, we define 'presence' as 'being there' and 'being with' a patient for the purpose of meeting the health care needs. The attributes for which presence would be most appropriate would include the following : (1) being with and being together (2) take attention (3) mutual openness (4) experience an empathy (5) have an intention (6) therapeutic interaction process A caring situation as a necessary condition must be presupposed and the factors in that situation are the nurse's intense attention to the patient and a humanistic philosophy of the institutions of the patient. In any nursing intervention skill, there is listening, touching, giving hope, reassurancing, comforting and so on ; as a result, some positive effects can be expected between nurse and patient.

본 연구의 목적은 인생의 선배 세대와 후배 세대가 멘토링을 통해 나눔, 배려, 공감, 소통의 인문정신 가치를 체화하는 <인생나눔교실>의 가치를 탐색하고자 하는 데 있다. 비자발적으로 참여하는 멘티들에게 집단적인 멘토링이 이루어지는 <인생나눔교실>에서 멘토에게는 진실성, 유동성, 배려 등의 역량이 보다 중시되었다. <인생나눔교실>에서 나눔은 인적나눔이며, 자원봉사의 의미를 갖고 있었고, 배려는 멘토와 멘티 간의 상호의존성과 관계성을 형성할 수 있도록 몰입, 공감, 수용, 확언의 측면이 강조될 필요가 있었다. 또한 공감은 멘토들이 멘티들에게 가져야 할 바람직한 태도와 자질을 의미하였고, 소통은 현대 사회가 안고 있는 소통의 모순성 측면에서 세대 간 갈등의 증폭현상을 해결하려는 모습을 보여주고 있었다. 이를 통해 <인생나눔교실>은 인문정신 가치의 체화라는 목표를 가진 문화예술을 매개로 하는 멘토링 프로그램으로 특화될 가능성을 엿볼 수 있었다. 또한 삶의 성숙기에 들어선 세대가 지역공동체에 봉사할 수 있는 기회를 줄 수 있다는 점에서 그 가치를 찾을 수 있었다.

건축을 비롯한 디자인 분야에서 인간중심의 디자인이라는 패러다임의 전환에 부응하는 경향이 조성되고 있으며, 건축분야에서 인간의 감각과 감성에 대한 고려가 필요함을 인식하게 되었다. 그러나 그동안의 건축디자인에서는 이러한 점을 고려한 연구와 디자인 성과의 대부분이 시각 중심으로 편중되어 왔다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 디자인 측면에서 인간이 대상을 인지하는 데는 여러 가지의 감각을 동원하게 되고 이의 통합결과로 인지하게 된다는 것을 이해하였고, 특히 문화적 배경과 인간중심의 경향을 보이는 다감각을 고려하고 적용한 미래지향적인 감성디자인 연구가 미흡한 실정에 있다는 점을 주목하였다. 공감을 불러 일으키는 디자인이 감성디자인이며 이의 인식과 적용이 디자이너에게 중요한 과제로 부각되고 있는 만큼, 건축 디자인에서도 인간 중심적인 경험과 감각, 감성의 감흥을 바탕으로 계획되어야 할 것이다. 다감각적 면에서 인간중심의 감성디자인이란 시각에 편중되지 않고 촉각, 청각을 비롯한 여러 감성요소들이 통합된 관점에서 공감적 대상으로서 건축 디자인에 적용되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 우리 지역의 고대 마한역사문화제에 대한 축제를 독자적으로 개최되고 있는 것을 통합적인 발전 방안을 제시해 보는 데 있다. 또한 마한의 역사, 문화를 통해 관광객 유치와 홍보를 통해 집중적인 마한문화를 알리는데 있다. 그러기 위해서는 독자적으로 열리고 있는 문화제 및 축제를 보다 효율적이고 집중될 수 있는 총합적 방향성과 향후 발전 방안에 도움이 되고 상호 공감대를 형성 할 수 있는 발전 제시와 심층 분석을 통해 미래적인 고대 역사문화를 모색해 보고자 하는 데 있다. 또한 마한문화의 가치를 재조명하고 지역주민 및 전문가들의 실증분석을 통해 차후 통합된 마한문화를 관광지를 발전시키고 관광객 유치를 위해 연구를 통해 현황과 추진방향을 제시하고자 하는데 연구 목적을 두고 있다.

본 연구는 새로이 재편되는 AI 상용 미래 시대에서 웹툰 작가가 창작자로서 직업적 계보를 존속시키기 위해 어떠한 역량이 요구될 것인지를 파악하기 위해 진행되었다. 생성형 AI의 기술 발달이 어떻게 이뤄질지 알아보고, 그 시점에서 창작자의 역할이 어떻게 변화되어 갈 것인지에 대해, 웹툰의 실례로 현재와 미래의 AI 기술력과 웹툰의 활용 현황에 대해 각각 알아보고 미래 변화될 웹툰계의 생태 속에서 요구될 작가의 역할에 대해 전망해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 미래 AI는 자립적인 존재로 인간과 협업이 가능한 수준으로 인간 작업자를 대체할 것으로 예측됐으며, 그 한계점 역시 드러나, 물리적 기술 측면에서는 AI가 대체할 수 있으나, 인간 공감형 분야만큼은 존속시킬 수 있음을 알아보았다. 스토리 기획자, 시각 연출가, AI 편집자라는 창의적인 영역이 창작자의 역할 모형으로 도출되었다. 또한, 현시점에서의 모호한 용어 정의로 인한 혼란을 해소하고자 AI 3단계 단계별 모형으로 기계형, 인간형, 초월형으로 보다 현실적으로 분리 제안하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 연구자는 앞으로 유입될 신진 창작자나 기존의 창작자들의 재 역량 개발을 위한 가이드라인으로 새로운 기술인 AI에 대한 부정 수용보다는 협업을 통한 상생임을 제시하였다.
