For improve level of information security, the necessity of evaluation and certification of Information Security System(ISS) in increasing. Evalustion and Certification Institute have evaluated ISS for risk prevention of information dysfunction in an advanced countries. But, the problem of the time and cost occurred when it is caused by with application of unlike evaluation criteria each other. The result of effort to solution, Common Criteria(CC) and Common Evaluation Methodology(CEM) is using for evaluation of ISS and mutual recognition. Evaluation participant is needed flexible and active interpretation of CC and CEM for an efficient evaluation preparation and performance.

Korea has been at the forefront of efforts to enhance international cooperation in transport and communications within Northeast Asia. This effort is driven not only by the benefits that could accrue to the Korean Peninsula but also to all nations in the region. Mutual cooperation within Northeast Asia would reduce transport and communications costs and provide the basis for a regional transport and logistics network. Before progress can be made towards an integrated transport and communications system in Northeast Asia, however, there is a need to evaluate its prospects, outline a visionary plan, and detail a preferred strategy. The strategy to develop the Korean Peninsula as the gateway for Northeast Asia should harmonize with the region's common transport (and communications) policy The strategy adopted by South Korea is focused primarily on the development of an improved logistics infrastructure that would be extended to North Korea upon reunification. The seaport and airport developments In Korea will have to be supported by improved access to planned high-speed railways, expressways and freight distribution centers that, in turn, are to be integrated with new telecommunications and computer technologies. The benefits from these improvements will be lost unless existing government monopolies controlling seaport, airport, rail, road and expressway developments are commercialized to ensure that the price of transport reflects its actual cost. Technical harmonization between different modes should be promoted to facilitate efficient intermodal transport between the Korean Peninsula and the rest of Northeast Asia.

As principles of our country's Business Enterprises Account are being developed, Customs of Business Enterprises Account are in the state of change and then Principles of that are in revision. According to systematizing contents of such a principle of Business Enterprises Account, having made an analysis and Investigation from versatile situation, I can deprive of the following conclusions from above facts. 1. The prelude of a general principle involves compulosory character like a forced law rather than a theoretical teaching of original character. 2. Because of making much of supply of account information, To make mistakes, emphasis on function of an information, on the other side, being apt to disregard control function of original account. 3. There is no such a mutual relation as theoretical systematic form among general rule, a profit-and-loss account, balance sheet and drawing principle. These rules which don't form gradual structure are prescribed respectively according to business like necessity. 4. An overall contents of account principle are regarded as principle near financial account rather than the Pivot of administration account. In the future, The whole academic world of account and business practice should become the idealistic account principle with lots of study and effort.

The public library and micro-library as institutions of social education have been greatly developed under the influence of the library law enacted 011 Octob~r 28,1963 and the micro-library movement begun in 1961. However, they have still yet many problems to solve in order to accomplish their purpose effectively. As compared with the staff and library materials, buildings are 1norc. than a match for the others. Although many facilities are not complete enough to serve the public, people do not make the best of the facilities in both the public libraries and micro-libraries. The cause of such a result ~vould be taken from a reason that the founders of the libraries could not concentrate their intcrest on the staff and materials, for they were bent on the establishment of external facilities of the libraries. The poorer materials and facilities are, the more effort a2d better quality of the staff are required for their best utilization. As it is the information center of the community, the management of a library should be scientific and reasmable. In addition, librarians have to do their best to serve the public with the spirit of Christianity under the more active suppxt of the government. Finally, institutions of social education in this comn~unityin cluding public libraries and micro-libraries might establish a mutual cooperative organization for more effective library service.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects which applies teaching program that search solution to prevent global warming in middle school gifted class. This program of total 10 class was theoretical and experimental class and the students presented after collecting the synthetic data about climate-change and roleplayed what they debated to firm their country's opinion about Kyoto Protocol. Finally, students as policymaker made mock Kyoto Protocol by discussion. Impression papers and images about climate-changes was made by students in last class. In discussion of making up mock Kyoto Protocol, developed and developing nations had an argument about carbon dioxide emissions because of their economic benefits. In the course of allocating mutual $CO_2$ reduction, they needed yield and negotiation among nations. Although they mainly took passive position about $CO_2$ reduction, atmosphere that all the country make greater effort for the future global environment was formed. Like this, students had more concepts over climate change by making mock Kyoto Protocol. And they could equipped global scientific literacy and responsibility by participating in social decision making process of solving global environmental issues.

Purpose: Given the importance and impact of trust between nurse and pediatric patient on treatment adherence and nursing outcomes, this study was aimed to investigate how nurses perceive the trust between nurses themselves and children in a hospital setting using a qualitative research methodology. Methods: In depth interviews with 10 nurses working at pediatric units were conducted using semi-structured questionnaires, and data were analyzed using a thematic analysis. Results: Main themes were categorized as attributes of nurse-child trust and influencing factors. Attributes of trust can be divided into definition and characteristics of nurse-child trust. Nurses perceived nurse-child trust were not coercive, and changeable mutual relationship needing time and effort, and helpful for child's hospital adaptation and child's participation for care. There existed facilitating factors and interfering factors in developing nurse-child trust. Conclusion: The findings of this study would help nurses who are caring children in a hospital setting re-shape their points of views on 'trust between nurses and children' in day to day practice. It is also hoped that these results contribute to develop nursing guidelines on trust building with children in hospital in future.

The Green's equivalence relations have played a fundamental role in the development of semigroup theory. They are concerned with mutual divisibility of various kinds, and all of them reduce to the universal equivalence in a group. Boolean matrices have been successfully used in various areas, and many researches have been performed on them. Studying Green's relations on a monoid of boolean matrices will reveal important characteristics about boolean matrices, which may be useful in diverse applications. Although there are known algorithms that can compute Green relations, most of them are concerned with finding one equivalence class in a specific Green's relation and only a few algorithms have been appeared quite recently to deal with the problem of finding the whole D or J equivalence relations on the monoid of all $n{\times}n$ Boolean matrices. However, their results are far from satisfaction since their computational complexity is exponential-their computation requires multiplication of three Boolean matrices for each of all possible triples of $n{\times}n$ Boolean matrices and the size of the monoid of all $n{\times}n$ Boolean matrices grows exponentially as n increases. As an effort to reduce the execution time, this paper shows an isomorphism between the R relation and L relation on the monoid of all $n{\times}n$ Boolean matrices in terms of transposition. introduces theorems based on it discusses an improved algorithm for the J relation computation whose design reflects those theorems and gives its execution results.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand and describe the meaning of the experience of male nurses working in Intensive Care Units (ICU). Methods: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 8 male nurses. Data were collected from november 2019 to february 2020 and were analyzed using Colaizzi's method, a phenomenological approach. Results: 8 theme clusters, and 28 themes were identified. The 8 clusters were as follows; the feeling of burden in a busy and sensitive situation, the daily life facing life and death, female colleagues and patients who are still difficult to treat, a reliable and grateful male colleague, being proud of this role that a man can do, various experiences that improve me, constant effort to be recognized as a team member, and wavering and weighing in the career. Conclusion: These results could help to expand understanding the role of male nurses working in the ICU and in other areas. In addition, the results provide basic data needed to improve mutual respect and relationships between male and female nurses. It is necessary to offer mentoring programs for male nurses to adapt to nursing field.

This study has focused on the transfer of infants and Toddlers-protecting responsibilities from families to infants and Toddlers education agencies due to an increase of a double-income family and nuclear family. It is because there is insufficient safe play space from the moment when infants and Toddlers return from infants and Toddlers education agencies to home due to a high crowding of housing and increase of vehicle, and there can be difficulties to take responsibilities of infants and Toddlers safety with a mere recognition and effort of parent. Thus, to suggest a safety education through mutual contact between the communities and agencies supporting parent role in a level of social welfare, its potential has been identified through a frequency analysis on 60 participants of experimental group who have trained a safety education and 60 participants of control group who have not trained a safety education. As a result of frequency analysis, the increase in safety condition in Korea, safety and development of infants and Toddlers, safety of play materials, and safety knowledge on general part of facility safety has detected and the practice of safety and safety consciousness has also identified to be more effective. The results of this study has shown a potential to verify its efficacy if it is verified through an elaborative model of safety education based on parents of young infants and Toddlers family.

Deleuze and Guattari introduced the concept of minority groups resisting the majorit. Minority groups consist of individuals who are excluded and marginalized by the majority. They advocate for a society in which these individuals, through mutual solidarity, can escape prejudice and fixed ideologies and lead a dignified human life. In this context, through his novels featuring protagonists with disabilities, Stéphane aimed to create an ideal societal atmosphere. The characters with disabilities in the novels incessantly strive toward life goals, emphasizing the importance of the process of effort and progress, even if the ultimate goals are not achieved. The dedicated pursuit of goals and the journey toward them hold significance beyond the attainment of objectives. Such an attitude and approach toward life by minority individuals is deemed sufficient to challenge the power structures established by the majority. This narrative challenges the societal norm and power structures, which highlights the value and meaning found in the process of striving and progressing, and ultimately contributes to breaking down societal barriers and fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.
