  • This study was carried to analyze the demonstrational cultivation process of selenium supplemented P. linteus and G. lucidum from 2005 to 2006 and ifs effect at Hochimin Agricultural Technology College(HATC) in Vietnam, according to the mutual contract between the Yunjung-nongwon, a fanning company in Korea and HATC. As a result of the demonstrational cultivation of selenium supplemented P. linteus and G. lucidum, the external aspect, such as size, thickness and color of the P. linteus and G. lucidum were very much high qualified comparing to the same strain P. linteus and G. lucidum generally cultivated in Korea. The major contribution factors to this high qualified mushroom product could be drawn as followings; keeping growing condition of the mushroom with precise data collection of Vietnam climate and weather, involvement of the various professors of Korea National Agricultural College(KNAC), maintenance of bio-technical security through the strain cultivation on the oak log in Korea, the Yunjung-nongwon manager's endeavor being consulted by the various professors of KNAC even to be a student of the agricultural chief executive officer(CEO) training course in KNAC and the HATC's constant cooperation to the mushroom demonstrational cultivation instead of the orchid which was originally contracted item.

수출 화주기업 물류위탁 특성이 포워더와의 거래형성과 지속에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Logistics Consignment Characteristics of Export Shippers on the Formation and Continuation of Transactions with Forwarders)

  • If import/export shippers entrust their international logistics activities to forwarders, they can receive good logistics services at a lower cost. Therefore, it is important to form a trading relationship between the export shipper company and the forwarder, and it helps to improve the competitiveness of the company. This study derives factors that an export shipper company forms a transaction relationship with a forwarder, and analyzes the effect of transaction formation factors on transaction continuity. Next, the relationship between export consignment characteristics of export shippers and their influence on transaction formation factors and transaction continuity is identified. As a result of the study, transaction formation factors consisted of price, quality, and companionship, and all factors were found to affect transaction continuity. The characteristics of consignment logistics for shippers are the proportion of consignment, the number of business partners, and the transaction period. The proportion of consignment and the number of business partners affected the price factor, and the number of business partners affected the quality factor. There was no mutual influence between the transaction continuity and the characteristics of the shipper's logistics consignment. Therefore, there is a need for recognition of a relationship that can grow between shippers and logistics companies through consignment transactions rather than subordinate recognition based on fair transactions.

Hydration Effect on the Intrinsic Magnetism of Natural Deoxyribonucleic Acid as Studied by EMR Spectroscopy and SQUID Measurements

  • The hydration effect on the intrinsic magnetism of natural salmon double-strand DNA was explored using electron magnetic resonance (EMR) spectroscopy and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) magnetic measurements. We learned from this study that the magnetic properties of DNA are roughly classified into two distinct groups depending on their water content: One group is of higher water content in the range of 2.6-24 water molecules per nucleotide (wpn), where all the EMR parameters and SQUID susceptibilities are dominated by spin species experiencing quasi one-dimensional diffusive motion and are independent of the water content. The other group is of lower water content in the range of 1.4-0.5 wpn. In this group, the magnetic properties are most probably dominated by cyclotron motion of spin species along the helical π -way, which is possible when the momentum scattering time (${\tau}_k$) is long enough not only to satisfy the cyclotron resonance condition (${\omega}_c{\tau}_k$ > 1) but also to induce a constructive interference between the neighboring double helices. The same effect is reflected in the S-shaped magnetization-magnetic field strength (M-H) curves superimposed with the linear background obtained by SQUID measurements, which leads to larger susceptibilities at 1000 G when compared with the values at 10,000 G. In particular, we propose that the spin-orbital coupling and Faraday's mutual inductive effect can be utilized to interpret the dimensional crossover of spin motions from quasi 1D in the hydrate state to 3D in the dry state of dsDNA.

특허 출원인 간 상호협력이 기술혁신에 미치는 영향 (The effect of mutual cooperation between the Patent applicants on the Technological Innovation in ICT)

  • 본 논문은 우리나라 정보통신 분야의 특허출원인 간 네트워크 특성이 기술혁신에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 특허 데이터를 토대로 정부 공공기관, 대학교, 대기업, 중소기업 등 각 혁신 주체의 네트워크 특성 요인과 특허피인용 횟수 간 관계를 소셜네트워크분석법(Social Network Analysis)과 부정적 이항분포 모델(Negative Binomial Regression)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 우리나라 정보통신분야 혁신 네트워크는 밀도 0.009의 좁은세상 네트워크 유형을 보이고 있다. 또한, 연결중심성, 근접중심성은 특허피인용수로 대표되는 혁신 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데에 반해, 구조적공백 지수 중 효율성은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못했고, 제약성은 유의미한 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 본 네트워크의 혁신 주체 간 연결이 매우 가까워 정보 지식의 확산이 빠르다는 것이고, 이에 반해 정보 지식의 원천이 한정되어 있어 다양하고 창의적인 혁신에는 한계가 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이에 이 결과를 토대로 각 혁신 주체의 효율성 및 다양성을 개선하기 위한 정책을 수립해야 한다.

리더와 구성원의 리더십 이중주: 팀에서 리더의 변혁적 리더십과 구성원의 변혁적 리더십의 상호작용 (A Duet of Leadership by Leader and Member: The Synergy Effects of Leader Transformational Leadership and Transformational Leadership Shared by Members on Team Effectiveness)

  • The present study examines the effects of transformational leadership exercised by team leader and transformational leadership shared by team members on team creativity and team performance at the team level. A growing body on leadership research highlights the role of team leadership in work organizations. In team settings, studies have focused exclusively on individual leaders who occupy formal leadership positions and exercise vertical influence over team members. In contrast to this traditional approach, shared leadership highlights a horizontal influence process where leadership is collectively carried out by team members. In this shared form of leadership, members actively participate in the leadership process and horizontally influence other team members. This mutual influence among team members constitutes a critical condition for the success of team-based organizations. The ability of team members to work together as a team is the key to the overall functioning of the team organization. To verify the effect of two leadership styles, we analyze the effect of a leader's transformational leadership and members' shared transformational leadership on team creativity and team performance for the same team. This study also predicts that the transformational leadership shared by members will moderate the effects of leader transformational leadership on team performance and creativity. Our findings show that both leaderships have a positive effect on team performance. However, the main effect of a leader's transformational leadership on team creativity is not significant when members' transformational leadership is employed into the model. With the effect of leader transformational leadership controlled for, the main effects of the transformational leadership shared by members on team creativity and performance are significant. In addition, we also found the significant moderation effects of member transformational leadership by leader transformational leadership on team creativity. Based on these findings, we strongly recommend that team based organizations shift the leadership focus from the leader focused leadership model to the shared leadership model. We also discuss managerial implications of our findings in details.

불로환(不老丸)을 투여한 흰쥐 뇌의 항산화효과에 관한 연구 (Effect of Bulohwan-Decoction on Antioxidant Enzyme in Rat Brain)

  • Objectives: Resently Oxidative stress of brain was proved the cause of Alzheimer and stroke sequel. It has important significance in prevention and treatment of cerebropathia that Bulnohwan used as formula of senescence delay have antioxidative effect. The purposes of this study is to investigate the effect of Bulnohwan on antioxidant defense systems such as thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS), Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Catalase (CAT), Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), Glutathione S-transperase (GST), Glutathione (GSH) in rat brain. Method: Sprague - Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups; saline solution administered control group, Bulnohwan extract administered Experimental group I and Bulnohwan adminisrtrated, 40% dietary restricted Experimental group II. Animals were sacrificed at 12 weeks after treatment TBARS, SOD, CAT, GSH-PX, GST and GSH were measured in mts brain. Results: weight of brain was no stastical significance.(p>0.05) TBARS contents were significant decrease in Experimental group I, II. (p<0.001) SOD activity was stastical significance in Experimental group II, whereas it was no stastical significance Experimental group II.(p<0.0001) Catalase activites were significant increase in . (p<0.00l) Glutathione Peroxidase activites were significant increase in Experimental group I,II. (p<0.000l) Glutathione S-transferase activites were significant increase in Experimental group I, II. (p<0.000) However there were no statistical significance each other. Glutathione contents were significant increase in Experimental group I, II. (p<0.00l) Conclusions: According to the above results, it is considered that Bulohwan has antioxidants effect in rat brain. When Bulohwan goes with diet restriction, there has more Antioxidants effect in rat brain. but this study was perfored retrospectively. So more prospective studies about mutual relation of drugs are needed

영화 비주얼 이펙트 제작의 커뮤니케이션을 위한 자료검색 시스템 제안 - 컴퓨터 그래픽 기술을 이용한 이펙트를 중심으로 - (A Visual Effect Retrieval System Design for Communication in Film-production - Focused on the Effect Using Computer Graphics Technology -)

  • 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술의 발달로 영화 초기에 사용되던 특수효과의 대부분은 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술을 사용한 비주얼 이펙트 기술로 대체 되었다. 이러한 변화에 따라 현대 영화의 이펙트 장면은 감독과 비주얼 이펙트 제작자의 상호 소통에 의해 합의가 이루어진 후 제작된다. 하지만 감독과 비주얼 이펙트 제작자는, 스토리를 전달하기 위한 내러티브 언어와 컴퓨터 그래픽스의 기술 언어라는 각자의 언어를 사용한 커뮤니케이션으로 인해 제작과정의 많은 시행착오를 겪게 된다. 이 연구에서는 감독과 비주얼 이펙트 제작자의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 돕기 위한 자료검색 시스템을 제안 하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 내러티브와 비주얼 이펙트 사용의 적절함을 인정받은 영화 14편에서 비주얼 이펙트가 사용된 장면을 찾아 내러티브와 비주얼 이펙트를 유형별로 분석하고, 사용된 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술을 데이터베이스화하여 그 장면을 검색 할 수 있도록 만든 어플리케이션이다. 감독과 비주얼 이펙트 제작자는 이 어플리케이션을 통해 원하는 비주얼 이펙트 장면을 찾아 빠르게 장면에 대한 합의에 도달하여 합리적인 제작 파이프라인을 구축할 수 있도록 도울 것이다.

병원조직의 경력관리활동이 행정직종사자들의 고용불안 심리에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Career Management Activity in Hospital Organization on the Job Instability for Hospital Administrative Staff's)

  • 본 연구는 병원의 조직차원 경력관리활동이 병원행정직 종사자들의 고용불안 심리에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여, 내 외부 고객과의 상호작용을 강화하기 위한 조직차원의 효율적인 경력관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산권역에 소재한 종합병원 7개, 병원 7개, 총 14개 병원의 행정직종사자 192명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구방법은 SPSS통계프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 검정, 회귀분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 조직차원의 경력관리활동은 타당성과 내적일관성 검증결과 직접적인 경력관리활동과 간접적인 경력관리활동으로 구분되었으며, 고용불안 심리는 직접적인 경력관리활동에 의해 유의한 영향을 받는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 조직차원의 직접적인 경력관리활동 중 '조직구성원들의 경력을 위해 필요한 훈련을 받을 수 있는 대책강구'가 고용불안 심리와 가장 강한 상관관계가 있었으며, '새로운 직무기회에 관한 충분한 정보제공' 과 '직원들을 참여시켜 경력관리 계획과정 개발'도 상대적으로 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 따라서 고객과의 상호작용을 강화하기 위한 조직차원의 효율적인 경력관리방안은 경력관리 대책 수립 시 조직구성원들을 참여시켜는 것이 바람직함을 시사하였다.

프랜차이즈 조직의 학습지향성과 관계마케팅지향성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Franchise's Learning Orientation and Relationship Marketing Orientation on the Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - Nowadays, more than ever before, fierce competition, deep market segmentation, short product life cycles, and intensifying customer needs are putting increasing pressure on franchise's organizations to satisfy their customers by creating market-oriented relationships with and enhancing their market knowledge of them. One way that this might be achieved is by establishing deep ties (i.e., job commitment and job satisfaction) with their employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine how two important constructs of franchises' strategic efforts, LO (learning orientation) and RMO (relationship marketing orientation), affect job satisfaction, given the mediating role of job commitment. A franchise system comprises a set of contractual arrangements by which mutual obligations are performed. An organizational learning goal motivates employees to improve their abilities and master the tasks they perform. Relationship marketing, in addition, is to identify, establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers and other stakeholders to ensure that the objectives of all parties are met and this is done through the mutual exchange of promises. In a relationship marketing orientation, then, a firm creates, maintains, and enhances a strong relationship with its customers by sustaining long-term ties. This study was designed to examine the evolution of various theoretical approaches to franchise systems in order to determine whether theories about firms have significantly affected the franchise system. To this end, the authors developed a structural model consisting of several constructs. Previous studies have suggested that franchises' learning and relationship marketing orientations are important occupational immersion dimensions driving job satisfaction. Research design, data, methodology - We empirically tested a process of how the learning orientation and the relationship marketing orientation influence job commitment and job satisfaction using survey data drawn from 150 responding franchisees who were interviewed about their individual tendencies. Results - The results of this study provide empirical evidence that learning orientation, relationship marketing orientation, and job commitment all influence franchisees' job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that, first, learning orientation had a significant effect on job satisfaction; second, relationship marketing orientation was positively related to job commitment; third, job commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction. We also found that relationship marketing orientation and job satisfaction were mediated by job commitment. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the importance of learning orientation and relationship marketing orientation in maintaining a positive marketing relationship between franchiser and franchisee from to the perspective of the market. This indicates that franchiser support such as educational programs provided by the franchiser will help franchisees attain higher business management achievement and satisfaction. Moreover, a positive relationship between franchisees and consumers can be maintained through tie effects. Our findings also suggest that learning orientation plays a critical role in job satisfaction within the franchise system.

항공사 아웃소싱 종사원의 직무환경이 직무만족, 이직의도와 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Airline Outsourcing Staff Work Environments on Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention and Achievement)

  • 본 연구는 한국지역 항공사 아웃소싱의 적용분야 등 점차 확대추세에 있는바, 아웃소싱 관계지속 요인과 필요성에 치우친 기존의 연구에서 벗어나 아웃소싱이 실질적으로 조직성과로 귀결될 수 있는 영향요인연구를 위해 아웃소싱 종사원을 직접적인 연구대상으로, 항공사 아웃소싱종사원의 직무환경이 직무만족, 이직의도와 조직성과에 미치는 영향연구를 실시하였다. 연구분석은 SPSS ver 18.00과 AMOS ver 18.00을 이용하여 실증분석을 실시한 결과 첫째, 항공사 아웃소싱 종사원의 직무환경 중 상호협조요인, 교육체계 순으로 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 인적역량과 노동강도는 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않아 기각되었다. 둘째, 항공사 아웃소싱 종사원의 직무환경 중 상호협조요인은 이직의도에 여향을 미치지 않으나, 인적역량, 노동강도, 교육체계 순으로 이직의도에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 항공사 아웃소싱 종사원의 직무만족은 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로, 항공사 아웃소싱 종사원의 직무만족과 이직의도 순으로 조직성과에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 해당하는 항공사와의 상호협조가 무엇보다 중요한 요인이므로 상호협조 강화에 힘써야하며, 본인의 인적역량이 높다고 평가할수록 직무만족은 낮고, 이직의도가 높은 분석결과를 반영하여 좋은 인재를 채용, 확보할 수 있는 직무환경 조성이 항공사 아웃소싱의 실질적인 성과향상에 중요한 요인임을 제시하였다.
